The initial back and forth to the store was a pain due to not knowing what I needed to have for the installers (first wood floor) to start and the desk lady seemed distracted so something was lost in the communications as to the what's and when's. The four stars is completely on the backs of Damon Dubois and his crew. They went above and beyond to make the job happen. Communications with Damon were excellent. He would return calls asap and went out of his way to make things happen (driving to Canyon in snow and ice to get an asbestos test kit, which he wasn't responsible for). His crew did a great job on all of the angles and the molding cuts and the clean up was very good. They were super efficient and saved me an entire box of lumber to return for a refund. The floor looks great and is so much easier to clean than the old carpets. The regional Manager Jimmy Sloman was great about the return with no issues and a quick turn around on the charges. read more

The crew just finished my second flooring job I had done by Lumber Liquidators. No complaints or problems whatsoever! Both jobs were vinyl plank flooring, but I would expect the same quality of product and workmanship if I had done wood. I shopped around with the 2nd job more than I did the first. Labor was fairly priced and got a better quality of product at a cheaper price than other places offered. The store staff is very knowledgeable about their products and services, easy to deal with, and helpful. They want every finished job, either DIY or their installers, to be total satisfaction. That's what I got with both jobs. Best of all, the wife is VERY happy with the new look from both jobs. I don't know about other locations, but this one is excellent. read more

I visited my very first Lumber Liquidators store in search of laminate flooring this morning per my brother-in-law's suggestion. I was pleasantly surprised to have help offered very shortly after I walked into the store as "true service" seems to be rare these days. Tina had a very professional, pleasant personality & proved very familiar with their products while having the knowledge to answer ALL my questions without hesitation. She politely offered products that directly linked with my purchase. She never made me feel pressured to purchase anything nor did she make me feel I asked silly questions although I asked her several. Tina also explained the store policies & the paperwork I was asked to sign. Where I was to go & get my product loaded was explained in detail including the fact I would be asked to sign that the product was received once it was loaded. The man in the warehouse was prompt & friendly as was the other man in the loading area. My experience was so pleasant I felt the need to complement the gentlemen at which time I learned the "other man" was the manager. He was rightfully proud to hear how pleased I was & asked that I post my comments on Yelp to help them. Although I am not in the habit of posting reviews, these people were very helpful and provided TRUE PROFESSIONAL SERVICE which is why I'm compelled to help them any way I can. Bottom line, I LOVED this store, it's staff & most of all the FULL SERVICE experience I had this morning! read more
