They sent Dick Doyle out ahead of the installer team to review the scope of work. He was extremely professional and friendly, and let us know the installers would be arriving in 30 mins. The team of installers headed by Hayes Sheldon did a phenomenal job, as you will see in the photos, of installing the padding and carpet as well as the Z-bars (at the entry of the door) that we requested. After having such a great experience with them, we would highly recommend Casey Carpet One for your flooring needs.

Then we started noticing that the longer fibers, which had been twisted together, were starting to come untwisted. The carpet was Shaw brand, so it was a good brand of carpet. Finally, my husband called Lance, our sales associate and told him he was not happy with the carpet. This was 10 months after it was installed. Lance came out and looked and the carpet and agreed it wasn't performing as it should have been. He offered us a credit in the store for the full amount of the current carpet to get it replaced. We paid the difference and ordered a different carpet with shorter fibers. It just really means a lot to have a business care for us 10 months after the initial sale like Lance and Casey Carpet One did. I would definitely recommend them for your carpet and flooring needs!

Logan is charming in the beginning then he turns into a liar and we had to step around him and go to the owner. Owner Victor was better but prices continued to change until the very end. They couldn't do an accurrate bid and continued to go up and up and up! Logan lied multiple times to my elderly mother. The price didn't go up a little bit the prices went up thousands over $6000.00. The way they send you the bid if you do not downloaded or print it when they updated the bids the previous bid disappears and this is when Logan started to lie. He said we always said X when we never said it. Logan was so bad the owner Victor became our primary contact because we could not trust Logan. Upfront: They ask whats your budget then give you a spineless amount around your budgeted amount and raise it with each conversation even though you gave them all of this information up front. We asked them to order everything and have it in stock before beginning the job. They said they had everything but lied. We had to wait because the flooring people were out of the tile because they didn't order it as they said. The same thing happened with the shower walls they were out of the color we wanted. Do not trust them. They said 2 weeks from start to finish it was 90+ days. I knew 2 weeks was wrong but thought it would be quicker then over 90 days. So many issues I can't even list them all. Best thing about them was the man that did all the work Blake was good however his hands were tied due to Logan and he needed to keep his job.

I found Rick on yelp, read his reviews and picked him based on similar type of work. Read the negative reviews he had but contacted him anyway. Without knowing or meeting him he immediately set up an appointment to see the job through my tenant. After the site visit he prepared a detailed proposal, which looked like he was familiar with the scope of work I needed. He did this almost contactless with my tenant, which I appreciated in this era of Covid. We reviewed the written proposal over the phone, came to a meeting of the minds really fast. My tenant was moving out in 2 weeks so he agreed to start the work the day they moved. I needed quick turnaround so I could re-rent the property. All the time I was long distance, never meeting him and he completed the work (replaced sill plates) in 3 days.i met Rick 2 days after he finished the work. I was pleasantly surprised, he executed the work exactly as the proposal stated. Prices were very reasonable. Timing was better than I would have expected. Saved me time, all without actually meeting until after the work was done. I will call him in the future to take care of other issues with my rental property. Thank you Rick!

They also…read morefixed some structural foundation issues, stuccoed the back of my house and side of my garage, and installed a sliding glass door. Rick Miller, owner of RDM Construction, was very courteous and knowledgeable. Rick dealt with the pricing and estimates himself and came by the project fairly often. He did have a construction manager on site that did a lot of the day to day operation and work. Rick's crew worked hard and seemed very trustworthy. We had some minor issues arise on occasion and Rick attempted to rectify them at minimal cost. Rick is a solid contractor to hire. All-in-all, RDM is a good "bulk" construction company. In other words, from my experience, they seem to do things like foundation work, framing, and stucco very well. Where they lacked a bit on my project was the finite details. PRO's Honest and trustworthy Does well with "bulk" contruction Always answered my calls promptly Lower cost price than the competitors CON's Finished work not always as detailed as it could have been Did not initiate contact regularly Was a bit over the time frame we had agreed to (though to be fair, some of this was weather related.) I think if you are looking for someone honest and reliable, RDM Construction would be a very good choice.

Initially, we had carpet in our home when we bought the house back in September of 2025. But before doing the floors, Victor and his team did our kitchen remodel. The brick backsplash in our kitchen turned out exactly the way we envisioned it to look. On top of doing the floor, Victor helped us create our vision of doing a beautiful brick floor that lined up against the fireplace. It transitioned very well to the PVL flooring we choose to do throughout the rest of the house. Throughout the entire projects, Victor provided wonderful customer service. He follows up daily ensuring that we were happy with the work. If any problems occurred, he would fix it and make sure we are happy before moving on to the next process. Finally our latest project with Victor and his team, was rebuilding our shower. It was leaking and needed to be built for the ground up. We had chosen to do a design layout from the 1980's. His team did a marvelous job. We are very pleased with the work and is undergoing another project with them soon remodeling the rest of the house.
