Never come here! The bouncers are super hostile and rude. They grill you before going in and made my friend and I extremely uncomfortable. This place has gone downhill, I've been at least 5 times the most recent a couple weeks ago will proly be my last unless they change things. First of all we reserved a section for 10 people which was $20 okay cool, then we know we had to pay $5 to get in and $5 byob charge for everyone that is drinkin which is corny because they still get charged if they don't drink. On top of that they were trying to make us buy 2 $39.99 hookahs even though none of us were gone smoke them, mind u we had at least 8 in our party which we were already payin at least $60 not including the $20 for the section..we just decided to leave after being there for an hour because we weren't payin an arm and a leg for a hookah we weren't gone smoke..this place is very disappointing because of how they try to charge you but don't mention anything about a mandatory hookah until u get in and sit down, avoid this spot at all cost literally..the only thing goin for this place is Pilar the beautiful waitress and I mean that, u will regret wat u spent when u leave.. read more

We arrived around 8pm last Saturday. They were having a private party and didn't even greet us at the door. They looked at us as if we were in the wrong place. We were told due to the lack of space (we saw vacant spots) it would be $5.00 per person. We immediately the building. They were rude and discourteous. Me and 3 other friends went here 2 nights ago and ordered one "sex on the beach" hookah. That costs 18.99 according to their menu. We smoked one hookah with 4 people so the other two people was an extra $5 each. So we're at roughly 28.99 before tax. We also brought a bottle of wine but only 3 people were drinking so that's $15 for BYOB. So we're looking at 43.99 before tax and we were going to split the bill between 4 of us. Tell me why these people charged us $24 each!!! THATS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! We paid a total of $96 dollars for ONE hookah and BYOB!! The hookah and the music was good. I went on a Friday night. There was a dj playing hip hop music. I may go back and give it another try. We made it there around 11 PM and had to stand in line probably about 30 minutes. The bouncer said we had a better chance of getting in sooner because there were only 2 of us; however, after growing tired of waiting outside, we had to pay a $5 cover, which isn't really bad...I mean they don't sell alcohol so I can see why they would charge the $5, but the space for a party of 2 was 2 fold up chairs with a table about the size of a nightstand. The seats were actually in the aisle. I immediately told the waitress that I didn't like the spot and if something opened up, we wanted to move. In addition, there was a loveseat and table reserved next to us. It was open for maybe 2 hours. I asked about it and the lady told me that it was reserved all night, not for a specific time. Seriously, if you habe a line of people outside ready to spend money, why would you just hold a table all night with no specific time when someone could be sitting there bringing in money. I even offered to pay extra to get moved to another spot. Later that night, there was a guy taking up an entire couch by himself and a couple that left that was taking up a booth. I asked to be moved again. The lady at the front was cool and said she would work on it. I asked another guy that worked there and he said it was this other lady's call. When I asked her, she said she couldn't move anyone and seated 2 girls from outside in the spot. $5 to get in and another $5 to drink your alcohol. I really wouldn't care about that if the employees would have been accommodating. In addition, it was pretty dirty in there too. The furniture is worn...it just doesn't look that bad because it's completely dark in there. The music was litereally the best part of my visit...well that and the hookah. They could probably step that up to by getting the ice hoses. read more

We arrived around 10:45pm and the place was nearly empty, but the bouncer had to dramatically ask if there was room for 2. Guess what? They had two lawn chairs just for us amidst 20 open and empty couches. We ordered one hookah, smoked for about an hour, then the check came. The waitress had marked us as a party of 4 in order to get the 18% automatic tip. When I pointed out the error, she said that because we were at a table for 4, she had to mark it that way. However, we were a party of 2, seated at a table for 3. I asked her to fix the check and she did. I gave her a more appropriate tip after that and we got up to leave. The owners are very childish, cheap, and don't actually manage, they just sit in their back corner and get drunk with their buddies all night. When there is an issue needing to be addressed by management, they often ask their employees to tell the customers they "aren't there," or for example, if they don't like a complaint made by a customer they will tell the servers to just ask the customers to pay out and leave making it uncomfortable and upsetting for the server as well as the customer. If they are extra upset by a customer for whatever reason, they will ask the customer to pay a $5-$10 "cover" for absolutely no reason, and if you are a customer with a group of friends who wants to visit and doesn't smoke, be prepared to pay an additional cover for not smoking. They don't actually charge cover, its completely up to the owners, they're mood, and the level of alcohol in their system. If it starts to get busy on any night, at any time, they might decide to implicate a cover charge, so you never really know what you're walking into. No organization. No set policies. They treat their employees like trash, which is why their turnover is SO high. The hookahs are $18-$22 FYI, their "lamb kabobs" are actually just a pre-packaged, frozen hamburger/lamb mix that they just heat in the microwave which looks like the meat on the inside of a breaded steak finger basket that you would get from the lunch room in elementary school. We came in from Las Vegas and were looking to find a hookah lounge with a Bellydancer. Both my Girlfreind and I work in a hookah lounge. (Me, as a bartender; she, as a traditional middle eastern dancer) We first tried a very traditional dancehall, but we had missed the dancer by minutes. So we looked in yelp and decided to give X Shisha a try. I was very impressed. The decor reminded us of some of the Ultra lounges in Las Vegas and the DJ reenforced the feeling. His selections, transitions, and video editing was worthy of the hottest clubs I have been to. The manager was very hospitable, seating us quickly and with a smile. Our server was Brie, she is awesome! She knew her shisha, helped us find great restaurants, and introduced us to the dancer. The Bellydancer was energetic and worked the crowd well. We found out after that she was performing with a very recent leg injury; we never would have known from her performance. Seriously give this place a try, ask for Brie, and enjoy your night. Oh! I should mention that it is BYOB, I was thrown off at first but that faded with every puff of Brie excellent selection of shisha. read more

I give ZERO STARS. So we went to this location 7/29/17; me and 3 others. We paid, went in, and sat down. Less than 5 minutes later we had to leave due to the place being over booked. We asked for a refund being that we wasn't in there no longer than 5 minutes. We were told if we get to the back of the line we could get in at some point. Keep in mind it was 11:44pm and they close at 2am. And most likely we weren't going to get in. We asked for a refund and was told it's a no refund policy, but there's no sign posted stating that there's no refunds. No manager was called to diffuse the situation. The bouncer then approached and said its business while also mentioning he's college educated and that's how it works. Not to mention the bouncers selling and drinking alchol outside the establishment. This is unacceptable and this business lacks customer service. I must say this place has lost customers that frequented the business often. FYI small businesses should pride themselves in customer service to attract loyal customers, but this place does not.
