Carlos did a phenomenal job detailing my '21 LT1! My car came new from the dealer with an unbelievable amount of swirl marks and after Carlos was done with it, it now looks like a show car. This was my second time using Carlos and he is always courteous and takes real pride in his work! He worked on my car for close to 7 hours till he was satisfied with the results. I don't trust anyone with working on the paint of my cars due to prior bad experiences. But Carlos is one of the few people where I hand him the keys & simply walk away and let him get to it. Communication was a bit difficult but we finally got a time schedule. The detailers were on time but honestly they just seemed like a couple of guys that were picked up from the car wash and put to work as detailers. Very nice but I feel like I paid $250 for some kids to wash my car and clean it up a bit. I had just bought my SUV and my primary concern was to get out the musty smell. Well when they were done it didn't smell musty any more it smelled like carpet shampoo... bad smelling carpet shampoo (I know that's personal perspective) which was actually worse than the musty smell. I've been leaving all four doors and the hatch open in the garage trying to air it out. If you roll down the windows you can see the dirt line where the window goes into the molding and you know they never rolled those windows down at all. I had removed the front plastic plate holder and there was some dirt that had needed scrubbing off. Still there after the detailing. So the outside looked about the same as before the "detailing", the smell was worse, parts were still dirty and I'll probably take care of the rest myself. Not really why I hire a detailer to do it for me. I wouldn't use them again. read more

Awesome price for a full size truck. My truck was in pretty rough shape due to never really washing it. He showed up right on time and got straight to work. Original estimate was 2 hours but the guy spent about 4 hours. nothing wrong with that at all, happy to see the extra effort to make my truck look amazing again. The attention to detail was great. I did a bit of research and decided to go with Xpros auto detail. Considered price, services offered and of course the responsiveness from business. I decided for xpros because received fast reply and an In person visit for a more detailed quote since I was looking for more than a regular detail (had not had it detailed in years). Was not cheap but cheaper If you factor in that it was done at my home. The only area that I suggest improvement is in the communication when running behind. We had agreed on a certain time and I had to follow up when they were not here. Ended up running a couple of hours behind, but the owner graciously gave me an extra service for my inconvenience and I truly appreciate it. My experience then turned back to the best when I met the team who came to do the job. A couple hardworking guys who kept me informed and promptly addressed my requests when doing final walk through. I am AMAZED at the work that was done detailing my car. I just bought this car a few days ago and it was more than atrocious. Not only did it smell bad but it.was covered with filth on top of filth. I contacted Xpros for mobile detailing service. I explained to Xpros I needed interior and exterior service for my vehicle. I asked Xpros for a quote for cleaning my 2017 Subaru Forester. I let Xpros know that my reason for the detailing was because I was selling my car to a dealership and wanted it to look good. Xpros hooked me up with a custom quote, offered me a few extra services that would benefit my trade in value and gave me three time slots to choose from. They arrived on time and took a look at my vehicle. There were two Xpros employees working on the project and let me know the job may take up to three hours. They hustled and finished faster! I asked if they needed water and a hose, I didn't know what I needed to provide. They explained they had their own water, cleaning products and would only need access to power. They plugged in and got to work. The cleaner the engine bay, exterior of the car, tires, trim, windows, and cleaned the interior, cleaned the fabric, vacuumed carpet and shined up the dash and interior trim. Once they were done they walked me through the work they completed to make sure it was done according to my needs/wants. Couldn't be happier. The Xpros team worked quick, were courteous and went out of their way to make my job a priority for them. I definitely will be saving their contact information and using their services again.
