With time to kill I splurged for the hand/head and shoulder destressor. Now at $50 for 30 mins I was expecting something really good. My masseuse had good hands and pressure was good, clearly had a knack BUT lying down in the pedi chair was not really ideal and hampered the shoulders part a bit. I did manage to get a nice eye pad to shut out the light. Not much head massage went on, I get more from my haircut lady. All in all not very good VFM but nice people. read more

Jim just gave me the best neck and shoulder 15 minute massage. Loose in places I did not know were tight! Wish I had more time b/c all else below stands out now. Would go to Jim regularly if I lived here! He has a lovely energy about him, too. Go for it! read more

Xpress Spa Marcel Brun was one of the best massages I've ever had. I've had lots of massages and Marcel's deep pressure massage was one of the best I've ever had. He should be working in a 5 star spa but he is available at the Orlando Airport. If you are looking for a GREAT deep massage, ask for him. I was very disappointed with my service. The nail technician rushed through service to the point that I asked the polish be removed (and indicator of how poor the French polish looked and how fast they were going). I was at first told I was not allowed to change my mind, despite the obvious poor quality of work. When I firmly repeated I wanted the polish removed, I was charged for a manicure I didn't receive. Others seemed to enjoy their massages, but I would be wary rushed technicians. I also waited for well over forty minutes and expected a modicum of care for quality for my patience. This may have been the worst massage I've ever received. The therapist didn't wash his hands to start, didn't use lotion and was pulling on my skin, and was so far down my shirt I thought he might unhook my bra. It was very uncomfortable with absolutely zero flow to it. I get massages and chiropractic care a lot, and I would not recommend this place unless you'd like to leave worst than you started. read more

My nails were a mess after our vacation and I wanted them to at least look presentable going to work the next day so I did the express mani/pedi thinking I would get them redone this weekend. 6 days later they still look great so no need to spend extra money this weekend to get them redone. The nail technician was super helpful making sure I would make my boarding time. I only gave them 4 stars b/c it was a little pricey but it was worth it. I would definitely go back again. read more

I had a 4 hour layover, so like many other reviewers - I thought this would be a great way to kill some time and destress from travel. I opted for a mani/pedi. The manicurist convinced me to upgrade to deluxe pedi, as it included an "extended" foot scrub, and some sort of masque. After she went over to her coworker to congratulate herself on upcharging me - she got to work ont he worst mani/pedi I have ever had. She barely even grazed my cuticles, the extended foot scrub was probably 30 seconds, and the polish job looked like a 4 year old. I gave up on the expereince being relaxing when the manager started coming over trying to review the schedule with my manicurist. Some people give the excuse - what do you expect, its an airport spa? I expect some standard of quality because they do command airport prices. read more

So yes, it's a touch on the pricey side (you are at an airport after all) but I have to say this was one of the most pleasant surprises of my vacation! My boyfriend and I had some time to kill before our flight and were having a touch of the "blahs" as we waited for our plane home. We stopped by for the dual wellness package (2 15 minute services for $50) and it may have been the best money we spent all vacation! I get massages on a regular basis back in DC, and this was by far one of the best massages I have had in years! The therapist (male, but didn't catch his name) was sooooo good and got me all nice and relaxed before my flight home. Great way to end our trip! read more

The best thing about this place is you can get a manicure/pedicure/massage at the Airport!! How awesome is that for all you who have arrived early!! Checking into the amenities at the Orlando International Airport (MCO) and learning there was an XpressSpa right on the way to my gate, I decided to do just that-arrive early and get a manicure. My nails were much neglected, and I myself was very road weary; so even though the price tag was $30 dollars (almost twice the cost of a land-based mani!), I decided to plot down my money and my tired ass in the big massage chair and let the über efficient Yolanda have at my fingers. What I received was mediocre "Xpress"manicure. It looks fine, yes, but a big "meh" on the experience-especially for the big price tag. The foot elevating, calf jigging, back rolling massage chair was honestly the best part. Bright side - I love the color, and I managed to board my flight without wrecking my new polish. Can't say I won't ever go back but, I could buy lunch and two glasses of airport bar wine, watch some sports, and talk to interesting fellow travelers for the money. read more

I had a terrible experience with a brutally rough massage therapist who didn't respond to feedback to be gentler, and pushed me around so much that the massage chair lifted off the ground several times. I left in quite a bit of discomfort, and the therapist was very curt when he couldn't get my card to run and I didn't leave a cash tip. I'll not be back, although I've had great experiences in other locations. read more

Awful start to holiday :-(...With a 2 hour wait I thought I'd go for a nice manicure and eyebrow wax to relax and pass the time. My manicurist made no effort to communicate after a few attempts to engage her in some conversation. I tried a colour on which I liked and asked her opinion in which she responded urgh no! Then I asked to have the massage chair on again as it had turned off and she tutted and turned it back on as if I was a nuisance. After she had finished the manicure I checked and there was a lot of dirt under the nail. I immediately told her. She looked as if to say: and what?! So I embarrassingly asked for a rod to do it myself. The whole salon sat there and watched me finish the manicure myself! If that was my salon I would be horrified and would have gone back and checked her nails and finished it myself. After I told supervisor she asked the manicurist her side. At this point she was extremely rude in her response and only after I turned away and don't enjoy being spoken to like that she then couldn't apologise enough but still didn't understand why you wouldn't give your client the tools to finish off! Or at least have the professionalism to ask if everything was ok rather than walk off. Then had to spend 20minutes at the till who eventually spoke to manageress. Although the manageress did not ask to speak to me rather listen to the two collegueas who weren't part of the service! I then had to request to speak to the manageress myself after getting a lot of disapproving looks. I NEVER complain but together with the half job on the nails and the attitude and friendliness of the Mancurist it pained me to pay and reward such terrible customer respect and service. Such a bad start to my holiday. :-( read more

I went into XpresSpa Orlando for the basic manicure one hour before flight time. I asked whether I would be done in time to catch my flight, and they said yes. I was dubious about the place because the chairs were dirty, but I really wanted a manicure, so I went ahead. The manicurist was very inexperienced. She roughed up my fingertips while filing, left my cuticles ragged, applied the polish in uneven layers, and really globbed it on -- so thick that there was no way it was going to dry (it still wasn't dry hours later when I had to peel the whole mess off before going out to dinner in NYC). Worst of all, she applied some incredibly greasy hand cream that got onto my glasses, my clothes, and my purse. She handed me a kleenex to soak it up, but that was inadequate. I had to scrub in the airplane lav to clean my hands. $35 plus pre-paid tip (my choice). Either go elsewhere, do it yourself, or go without! read more
