The only change that would have made my experience better is if I did not have to leave the room. Between services, you exit the room and sit in a chair located in a small hallway until the next service. It would've been better and more relaxing, as the client, to stay in the room for all services. Understandably, the spa is small and they do their best to ensure comfort despite the necessary merry go round. This is NOT a deterrent from returning by any means but it did catch me off guard. Gratuity is added and given to an each team member. My appointment was scheduled over the phone which allowed me to customize a service included in the package. A deposit is required at booking and the remaining balance after appointment.

I requested a deep tissue massage and Matthew took the time to understand my specific needs and where I sought improvements. Beyond his empathy and amazing technique, Matthew was highly focused on identifying the source of my leg pain (I'm a runner). His experience as a sport massage therapist for the Orlando City soccer team made me feel confident he could help me. Although my 50-minute massage ended at the spa, Matthew followed up with a sample of CBD cream and provided me with a muscle massage gun to use during my stay. And to top that, he made a connection with the sport massage therapist for Sporting Kansas City (the soccer team in Kansas City) to help me find a great sports therapist at home.
