I've utilized this place a few times for a toe nail polish change. I will say the quality of the paint job is definitely dependent on the worker. I've had some good and some terrible paint jobs, but never anything great. Sometimes they don't have a nail technician, but it seems they always have a masseuse. A couple people got massages while I had my toe nails filed, buffed and painted. They offered me the file and the buffer to keep, since they throw them away after each use. Kind, but I declined. Good to know they use a fresh one on each client. The price for the polish change is $17. It's a nice way to relax in the terminal before a flight. The massage looks decent. She got her elbows and knees into the guy's back. They change the cover on the face pillow for each guest. Not sure of the prices. read more

I had two hours to waste at the airport and really wanted a manicure after a long week of work. I decided I would walk to the nail salon across the airport when I arrived. They had numerous employees and only one customer but when I asked for a manicure, I was told it would be a 45 minute wait. For a nail salon in an airport that is fully aware of time constraints, it was very confusing and offputting. I won't even bother next time. Don't waste the journey to get there. read more

Turns out that their nail technician was either not scheduled or called in sick so I was unable to utilize their services. This was very disappointing. It's a great concept if it works. Three members of the staff were talking about him while he was face down and had his headphones on. As they pointed at him and laughed I was very uncomfortable. Good, courteous, friendly service with decent prices. It's a small spa with 2 massage chairs, 2 pedicure chairs, and 2 manicure tables. My "Elite" level pedicure was comprehensive. I sat in a comfortable chair with my feet soaking in warm fragrant water. She cleaned, cut, buffed, and shaped my toe nails and cuticles. She scrubbed and exfoliated my feet and legs with a salt scrub. She paid special attention and exfoliated by heels using a pumice stick. She massaged my feet and legs. She painted my toe nails using a primer, the nail color, and a top coat. Then she carefully slipped my feet into disposable flip flops so my toe nails can continue to dry as I waited for my flight. All their products smelled so good and all her tools were clean. Most of her tools were one time use tools such as the pumice stick, nail file, and nail buffer. They use Opi nail polish and you get to keep your nail polish with the "Elite" level pedicure. read more

Located in Gates 100-129, this mini spa was a Godsend for me after an exhausting weekend trip. First, the prices-- they're the only negative I have to say. Everything is nearly double what I'm used to paying back in Atlanta. My 20 minute chair massage was around $35, but damn was it worth it! A young man was the only massage therapist on staff so I had to wait an hour for my appointment (they take walk ins as long as they're not already booked). As each of those 20 minutes passed, I kept wishing I would have paid more for a longer one. He hit the right spots, especially in my lower back from the absurd amount of walking I did that weekend. The pressure was spot on, and it even included a little bit for your arms and neck (which was surprising for something so short). There is also a list of nail services, which my girlfriend got. She said it was perfectly acceptable, though probably not worth the price. If you have time to spare and feel beat up after your trip, definitely try to make it to this spa! read more

My massage therapist was not very good. I had a kink in my shoulder that I needed worked out. At times I couldn't even feel her massaging, the pressure was so light. When she did apply more pressure (never much) her nails dug in. She had longer nails are too long for a massage therapist. Very expensive and definitely not worth the cost. I travel for work and frequently use these and don't mind the cost when you get great treatment. I won't use this one again. read more

We got to the airport early and decided to treat ourselves to a massage, prices are decent, and the light music drowns out the airport. As we checked in they get your info, and say they will call you (10-20 min wait) We are watching this man massage, he is doing an amazing job. They ask the lady massage therapist if she would like to do our massages. Her answer was she was busy getting a manicure. So we waited the 20 mins, came back. My husband got in for his massage, the male massage therapist is amazing. The female is the laziest person I have met. Again she said she was too busy to massage. I stopped in here for a massage. It helps take away the strain and stress during those long distance flights. Service was good. The actual massage was decent. I have had better and way worse. I think they are new because they were not listed on any airport directories I looked at and then walked across this location looking for the bathroom. Started off with me putting my name down on clipboard for them to call me when they are ready for me. They called and scheduled a 4pm start for 40 minutes of work on me with a known 5pm boarding time. I come back at 4pm and a lady say okay we start ! I said, start what you don't know my name muchless the services that I want as her name was Veronica. She didn't go "oh Kyle" after I introduced myself and then grab the sign in clipboard to VERIFY the services I wanted. Instead VERONICA just prepares a massage chair with the assumption that I want a massage there. She was WRONG, I told her I signed up for FOOT massage 20 minutes and I walked over to the counter to grab the clipboard to show Veronica what I wanted. She blew me off and said you want foot massage ? Yes, Veronica I would like the foot massage before my chair massage as I just ate. Then she started the water for my feet to soak in the blue water. She neglected to ask me if the water temperature was okay. So, I had to speak up and say this was too HOT. Then she add cold water to help. Then I asked her for some water to drink ?? She said they are so cheap that they don't WATER for a customer to drink at a SPA are you SERIOUS !!!! No water dispenser or small bottles from say COSTCO. This was this first time that I had ever not been offered WATER at a Spa. Sadly enough, I will not return as they need to focus on customer service and has procedures in place to better service the customer with an employee flow chart or something similar. That way you can give positively outrageous customer service to every customer. Last don't be so cheap give the customer water when they ask !!! Find room to have and store water !!! read more

Not a negative thing to say here. When I went in there was no one but during my 30 minute visit a few more customers showed up and due to the 2 person staff, they had to wait but not long. I was very pleased with my manicure and polish! I was skeptical at first but I had a long layover and my nails needed some TLC prior to an interview. My tech, her name started with an M, was fantastic and very detailed. She took her time, since I had a lot of it, and cleaned my cuticles nicely and did a lovely polish. The place is very relaxing with calming music playing for the massages. It was $25 for normal polish and manicure which I thought was fair enough for airport prices. Got to the airport about 730, plenty early for my flight. Got thru security and got a bite to eat....planned to go get a quick 10 minute chair massage at this place. It was about 8:40 at this time. Lights were on and four employees poised and waiting at the door; awesome. Walked up, grabbed a menu and started to make a selection. A dude named Victor was quick to tell me they were getting ready to close in 15 minutes. Seemed like he was in charge of the other three. I said that's OK, I'd still like to get a massage. He said that wasn't possible and they had to prepare to close. Guess 15 or 20 minutes isn't long enough for a 10 minute chair massage. Great labor model though....pay four people to stand around for 15 minutes, just so they can turn away customers. I get you gotta close at night, but 1. Don't close early and 2. when you're done talking customers, turn out the lights and close the door. Don't treat me like a jerk because you need to get home to watch desperate housewives of the airport foot massage parlor. If I was their regional VP I'd be lighting somebody up. read more

This place was awesome! I had extra time at the airport and happened to walk by. They had two males who were giving massages and a female doing a pedicure. While they were all with other customers, they were very helpful and gave me an estimated wait time. They even came out to update me at one point, which was very nice. Once inside, the lady doing my manicure was so good. I mentioned that my cuticles were gross and she was meticulous, and did an amazing job. At check out, the staff was professional and efficient. There were many people in and out for chair massages while I was there, and everyone I overheard was very satisfied. I was so happy to find a spa in the airport! I had 4 hours to kill before my flight and after a weekend of walking miles at the Disney parks, my feet needed some TLC. After 20 minutes i left with full function in my shoulder area... something i haven't had in nearly a month.
