Never a smile, no pleasantries and it felt like she didn't want to serve us despite our never having interacted before. The second time was more of the same treatment and the photo was again rejected by the government. Walgreens is hurting these days, I highly suspect its due to customer service issues.

Walked around the store then sat for a while. Checked my phone and had not received a text that my prescription was ready. I went to the counter to check the status and was told that they did not have the medicine in stock. Mind you, an hour and thirty-four minutes had passed. Stopped by this Walgreens and asked Angela, the Pharmacy Technician if they had the medicine in stock. She checked and came back and let me know that it was in stock. She said it would take about an hour. I told her that I was feeling horrible and couldn't wait that long. She asked me to have a seat and said she would take care of me. Not even fifteen minutes passed before Angela called my name. I am truly grateful for my angel of the day. A woman who was kind, caring and empathetic. I had just left Urgent Care with a fever of 103.7, body aches, chills and feeling weak. Tested positive for the flu strain A. Took a pill as soon as I got into my car with some water I had earlier. The associate tells me that you will not honor a refund as it is your policy to accept ink returns. I stated that the refund process was processed on the app and that a barcode was sent to me to honor the refund. When I asked to see a manager, she then proceeded to call me a fuckin asshole in front of 3 other customers. Very professional associates you have working here. If she does not like her job, then quit and work somewhere where poor customer service is tolerated and put up with. Spoke to a manager who looked at me like a deer caught in the headlights.

There were ways of handling this even if they didn't what to do the refund. This is the closest Walmart to where I live, but I may have to find another Walmart or another store to shop at.
