Hey fellow Yelp users! I have gone to CVS location multiple times as it is right near by job. I started my couponing journey this year (2025) and have already saved $430.32 with my purchases just this year. I highly recommend downloading the CVS mobile app to scan prices of items and see if there are any coupons or deals you can attach or attached with it. Overall Experience: Overall, I always have a good experience at CVS on 103rd St. & Pulaski Rd. One suggestion would be adding a button in the laundry/air fresher aisle since those items are locked up. There are times where I needed to get items that are locked up and waited a while just for someone to assist. I placed my prescription order last night and pick up afternoon after their lunchtime The prescription still not ready yet

If I could give 0 stars I would. I waited in a long drive thru line and by the time it was my turn they closed the window and placed a sign saying they were closed for lunch. Professionalism at this location has and still is at an all time low. You're constantly met with pharmacy techs and pharmacists that have attitudes and seem to hate their jobs. It's sad because this is your 24hour option. I just found out I can transfer all my prescriptions to Walgreens so I'm out of here. I urge you to do the same if you are reading this and have the option. You deserve to have your meds filled by caring and compassionate individuals. They missed the mark badly. read more

What a great experience! I was visiting my mom and caught the flu from the flight or one of the many coughing Chicago Uber drivers. I visited MinuteClinic for the first time and I was impressed. The doctor was thorough and ran a test, confirming the flu. The doctor set me up with a prescription and I was on my way. Thanks CVS! read more

If I could give one stars I would. The pharmacy techs are lazy and don't do their job. I asked one to add my phone number they never did. I asked the same lady not to ever switch to me the generic prescription. This is the second time I asked that not to do that and they hung up on me. No customer service skills and just rude. I finally got answers how to fix part of my problem but still doesn't explain the rudeness. read more

Got a text from them stating too soon to refill my prescription if had questions call this number. I called about 5 times and waited on hold about 20 minutes each time with no one answered the phone. There was a mix up in the pharmacy's so I was trying to get them to straighten the mix up out but never got any one on the phone meanwhile I'm in pain. This is the worst CVS pharmacy that I have ever seen. I usually won't to the one on 103rd and Kedize but that one was closed so the dr. transferred it to 103 rd and Pulaski. It is the worst I have ever seen. They should have closed this one. Now I have to drive all the way over there just to have this straightened out then once it's straightened out if they can, I have to go back and pick up the prescriptio wasting my gas up. read more

Called this morning to get a prescription filled. No problem, can pick it up later today. I get there, it's on hold, can't figure out why. They'll have it done in 15 minutes. 15 minutes later, I'm finally told they don't have it. They'll order it for Monday. So I'll have to make a third trip. Not happy. CVS used to be the best pharmacy. CVS is just HORRIBLE. I took a COVID drive thru test, and it's been two weeks with no results. ITS A SHAM! What I feel sorry for is the people working there with no corporate backing. These hard working people there deserve better! The nice lady helped me take this drive thru Covid test. To call the pharmacy workers incompetent buffoons would cause a bunch of incompetent buffoons to wonder what they did wrong to be compared to CVS Pharmacy workers, so I won't do that. I have never been able to call in a prescription and walk in and pick it up, there is always an issue, either they are running behind, or they are short handed or their dogs are their homework or "something". My prescription went in in the afternoon. No text stating it was ready. Next morning I decided to go pick it up. They said they were still working on it and it would be another half hour. I drove off and got home (2 blocks away) and got. text that it was ready. So infuriating! This is not the first time the same thing happened! How do you spell ghetto? CVS. I have disliked this store since the day it opened. Nothing has changed since that time. The store is filthy. The employees are slow and ignorant. Expect a minimum of five to six people in line when you enter. The aisles are disorganized. Nothing is faced. My biggest complaint is that many items are under lock and key. Really? I went into CVS on Tuesday thinking I had Impetigo. My brothers had when we were little, and I thought that's what it was. But Nurse Practioner Lindsey diagnosed it as Shingles, and got me on the right meds. She checked out my other meds to make sure there would be no adverse reaction. Lindsey also called me today (Friday) to see how I was doing, and to see if I had any questions. My BP was on the high side when I went in, and she also brought that up, asking if I had checked it since. Lindsey was attentive, thoughtful, and she was very knowledgeable. Waited 20 minutes at the drive thru, went inside to see if I had been forgotten about. The employee was having a personal conversation. I stated I would wait for my prescription to be filled and was informed the wait would be twenty minutes due to several patients ahead of me. Then I was urged to come back at a later time to pick up the prescription. I waited five minutes and received my medication. The price was then quite larger than previously. In trying to explain this, the tech walked away with no statement at all and did not recognize the odd behavior on return. They just repeated the total. I was informed by my normal location that there is an easily accessible discount that I normally receive. I hope management sorts the work ethics out for their loyal customers ... read more

This pharmacy is awful. They held my prescription for mental health medication hostage for three days claiming they were "calling around to try to get the medication as it's in backorder and no one has any" (I called a cvs in hickory hills and it was in stock) they never informed me via their texting service or phone call that they could not fill it, and then were extremely rude when I requested all three of my hard copy prescriptions back to take elsewhere. As pharmacists and health care providers they absolutely know that not having a consistent level of medication can be deadly. Shame on this team for their carelessness and lack of compassion. read more

This is based on cleanliness of the outside of the store and the service inside the store. It is absolutely embarrassing how abysmal the service is here. Not once but twice I've been here in the last couple weeks and encountered similar garbage service. The first time the two clerks talked the entire time, complaining about work and whatever other bs that they were blabbering about. They did not even acknowledge our presence, greet us or give a salutation when we were leaving. I work with severe behavior disordered students that have better social and customer service skills than this. If these are college students from St. X which is a block away than apparently any idiot can get into that college. I cannot comprehend that the managers of the store can't find workers that are better than this. Either you aren't trying too hard or you are hiring friends and family. Bad move sir or madame because these people suck. Now the outside of the store. There must be upwards of 200 cigarette butts on the sidewalk. I know I know it is the person whom smoked the cigarette to dispose of it properly. However, with that said, we all understand how many smokers dispose of the butts by just tossing them wherever. Someone from the store please go out and pick that garbage up. Have some personal pride in the place you work. Maybe you don't want to be a clerk at CVS all your life but it is your job now. Act like you deserve to be earning a paycheck. 1000's of people would love to earn a paycheck from CVS and cannot. I will not patronize this store ever again. Crunch the numbers management. CVS has left their service delivery slip so far that it most likely will never return to acceptable levels. The new normal CVS pharmacy experience is to submit your prescriptions and wait wait wait. When your hopes are dashed and you cannot wait any longer and days have passed, you then get in line on the totally frustrating auto call line and hope that somehow you will get through to a human, but mostly you are forced to jump through hoops with the CVS auto voice guy who evidently also works at Disney parks. Once you get through and get to speak with a human, only then does your prescriptions begin to process. The pharmacy hell does not stop here. Once the meds are ready for pickup, you arrive at CVS to see car after car waiting in the drive thru line and quickly see that one car is serviced on average every 15 minutes. Carve out at the minimum an hour for that wait and hope to not overheat your engine as you wait. CVS has become a sad joke. It's not the employees who are feverishly working...it's the BIG guys in the CVS ivory tower making decisions based on money, not people. Support any local small pharmacies before they are all gone and all that's left is incompetency. read more

The staff at this pharmacy is so rude! And to top it off, they filled my prescription incorrectly, and tried to tell me I made a mistake when I have been getting the same prescription for years. The only reason they get two stars is because they are open 24 hours, which is convenient when I need to pick something up late. read more

I went to Good RX..retrieved a coupon to discount my prescription by half...the coupon named the medication, it named how many pills. The savings was great! Erin, at the cvs pharmacy on 103rd Pulaski refused to use the coupon. She is a lazy, horrible person who is supposed to give great customer service but instead she is not an asset to customers. Erin was rude and didn't offer any positive alternatives. If you don't like your job, get out of customer service! Worst ever!!! read more

Was there yesterday to pick up a prescription. Couldn't believe how dirty the parking lot and area is. I felt like I was in rural Mississippi or someplace in the south. (Probably shouldn't say that because it's an insult to the south). From one end of the of the lot to the other it is overgrown with weeds and garbage strewn along the fence line. If CVS owns the property they should be ashamed of themselves, if they don't, yet should quit paying rent. Called the Asst. Mgr and let him know what I thought. See what happens. read more

I went to this CVS to have a Covid 19 test as I was symptomatic. I went there specifically because it said 2-4 days for results. After I took the test, I was told they were backed up and it would be 10-14 days. I quarantined myself and kept away from everyone. It was torture. Fortunately if it was positive it was a mild form. Sill nothing from CVS so I called. My complaint was that I should have been told that it was going to take 10-14 days for results before I took the test to give me the option of going somewhere else (which I ended up doing anyway. My call was a waste of time. Just now, I received a call from the second place I went to and they told me I tested negative. I'm not sure when Illl get results from CVS but I would highly recommend that you ask when the results will come in before you take the test. It will save you a lot of aggravation and quarantine time. Poor poor customer service. read more

I went to this CVS with my cousin because I was visiting her in Oak Lawn. We went for snacks and Tequila. I'm not into snacks but my cousin insisted so I found some. What I really liked is that the spirits aren't all locked in a case, only the semi top-shelf I guess. read more

Rude 2-3rd shift pharmacy department. After being told that I could get a refund on my prescription ($129) when my new insurance card came within 14 days, the store manager nor pharmacy techs didn't follow through even with receipt in hand. More specifically, the older Caucasian women with glasses was not empathetic nor apologetic for being told the wrong information. After being with CVS for 8 yrs, I will now be filling my prescriptions at WALGREEN'S. read more

I go here for my medicine. The pharmacy department is great. Always making calls in to the Dr if needed. I use coupons when getting name brand meds. They never have a problem doing the work. One lady in particular goes out of her way. Helped me find a coupon one day. With Caremark I can go anywhere but I'm happy here. The regular part of the store the prices are higher then other places. If you just need to pick up some thing while waiting on meds is fine. read more

I go here frequently to get my medicine refilled. Every time I drop off my medicine, I am required to get a certain quantity of medicine. When I picked up my medicine, I was counting to make sure I had the correct amount. Sure of it I was 2 short of my quantity. When I called and told the pharmacist of the problem, she told me that the manager would call me the next day and hasn't. This is the most appalling thing to happen. Next time this happens, I'm going to have to come inside to pick up my medicine and make sure that they give me the required amount. How embarrassing for the CVS pharmacists employees to have to see this. read more

I get multiple voicemail messages saying my prescriptions are ready but when I go to pick up, they don't see anything ready for me. iv been a customer of cvs for over 30 plus years. all my medications come from cvs. i was at urgent care to get a steel sliver removed from my eye. they tried but could not get it. so its off to the eye dr tomorrow, in the mean time i was given a script for ointment for eye pain and anti bio-tic. was called in to this 24 hour store. drove over 20 miles to get there only to be told i dont exist after giving him my name and dob four times. then he asked if i was using a different name as if im pulling something on him . family member call when i got home and they had the nerve to say i gave him the wrong dob. 4 times ??? really???? i would have rather him just admit he screwed up. not im in for a fun night thanks to this poor excuse of a store . dont waste your time here read more

I wish I could give this location zero stars. Always messy, never have items organized, and this is now the second time my prescription was out of stock and they failed to let me know. Absolutely ridiculous. People depend on these medications and your pharmacy has a responsibility to alert customers when their medication is out of stock.
