I actually love those tiny carts, because I'm 5'3 and they make me feel much bigger in height than I am, so much that I don't have to wear my 4 inch heels to feel taller when I go. You'd go to a Sally looking for a bargain. Me, I go there looking for ponytail holders that are cheap, rollers for my head, hair creams, and etc. If I want a hair dryer or something I want long life out of, I'd go to Ulta. Period. That being said, this one is MUCH better than the typical Sally. I've seen some that are dirty and tight and just not up to par. This one is clean, open and staffed with people who know the layout of this place like the back of their hand. The reason for the three stars is that I'd called to check if they carried some products and was told they'd set them aside for me. When I got there, not only were the products I'd asked for gone, the bunch that were set aside were gone as well. And seeing as how this was the only Sally that had said items, and I'd driven a while especially to get here, I wasn't happy. Plus, there was some weird man who kept asking me what color my hair was so he could get the dye to match. When I told him my hair wasn't dyed, he wouldn't leave me and my hair alone. I asked the staff to do something about it and the girl acted afraid. So I had to kind of flip out a little. And you wouldn't like me when I'm angry. LOL.

This one, was bright, with aisles that you could walk through without bumping into people. The shelving was well organized without the stuff being jammed in. The floors were clean, so clean that the lighting bounced off the surface. (I have a thing about clean floors) The staff was friendly, I asked if they carried an item and they were helpful with that. All and all, if I were in the area I'd stop back in without hesitation.
