Worst pharmacy EVER! I don't know why I have not switched yet, but after I pick up my prescription tomorrow I'm so done with them. They are the biggest inconvenience ever! They also fill your meds, and hold on to them for 2 days because "that's our store policy." If you have a 30 day prescription, they do not count the day you picked it up, and they will not release your meds until the 30th day. It makes NO sense at all. It goes through insurance 2 days earlier, they fill it but Hoard it for 2 full days! Then you have to call them the same day and wait for them to release the meds which doesn't happen until the evening of the 30th day. It's nothing but a hassle!! They also leave you on hold forever, hang up in your face. I Understand being "busy," but what are they getting out of holding someone's prescription that they ALREADY GOT PAID FOR, and waiting to release it. It's just an annoying inconvenience! Not to mention how many times my doctor has called in my scripts and they say "we haven't received it yet." But 2-3 hours later "oh sorry he did call it in." So I end up battling with my doctor for nothing. I wouldn't go here ever again! Losing prescriptions, making you wait. Every month I have to go hell just to get my prescriptions. read more

Love my local Walgreens. Just got my first COVID shot thanks to online scheduling. Pharmacy staff is great. BUT...watching stockers right next to pharmacy with masks under their noses is upsetting. They are touching stuff that others will touch and breathing their unfiltered breath onto it, and walking around the store like that. Masks don't work if you're not covering your face holes. Of ALL places where people should be consistently and properly wearing masks, a PHARMACY should be #1. read more

If I could give this place negative zero stars, I would. These pharmacists are the most rudest bunch of people I've ever come across in my entire life. They have no compassion or empathy. They are downright rude. I can count on my hands and toes how many times they've hung up on me additionally, they like to dictate what medication's I should and shouldn't have that have already been agreed-upon by two of my physicians.!! They also are very discriminatory when you are prescribed a controlled substance. Every time I call every month, they give me a hard time filling my prescriptions for chronic pain, even though I abide by all of the rules. They treat me like I'm some addict. This is my second review. The only reason I continue to use them is because they're close to my house and because of their hours, but I guarantee this is the last month I will ever give them a bit of business or my time. They should be absolutely ashamed of themselves no wonder why this place has under three stars I'm surprised it has that many. read more

I love this location not only because it's close to home but it's always neat clean and organized. The managers and associates are always helpful and even the guys that work there for Sprint often extend a helping hand. More often than not, if and item is on sale, they will have it in stock. I never liked this Walgreen's. I made a yelp just to review this store!!! Mostly the pharmacy! The wait time for meds is outrageous I've stood in the pharmacy line for 30 min to pick up an already filled prescription and they told me it wasn't ready. Just today I went in to ask a question the girl I talked to was so ignorant I wanted to scream. Get a new job. I'm switching pharmacys seriously I'm so done with this one. I've been going to this Walgreens for over 7 years now along with some friends and family members who also go their along with my Mother who also shops their. It is a great Walgreens store that has very friendly employees, reasonable prices on products including food and medicine and the employees are helpful as well. I really like this Walgreens and would recommend it to other people as well, including family and friends. The store is also well kept, very clean and neat, including the bathrooms as well. The only problem I've really had was with one asst. manager at the store who acts rude to certain people but that's about it. All in all, a great store to shop at. read more

Slowest. Pharmacy. Ever. Seriously. They kept me waiting in the drive thru for ten minutes to pick up a filled prescription and there was no one at the counter! You can see right in the window! One person at the counter? Good luck. You may as well leave and come back. Not to mention for a while they asked for my insurance information every single time until I told them to look in the computer. I can't believe these people are handing out medication. read more

Worst Walgreens! when it comes to thier Pharmacy. There's always a long wait in the drive thru. It's usually up to six cars in one avaiable lane. They use to have two lanes in the past. The staff are very rude. I almost got ripped off on a prescription, because the worker refused to check my insurance and charged me full price. They also wouldn't take my 100 dollar bill for a large purchase. My complaint went to their corporate office, but I haven't heard any reponses. There is an Family Dollar store currently being built across the street and I can only hope that there will be some priced competition once it's open. Everything inside that store is way overpriced. Plus they allow solicitor's to haggle you in front of this store all of the time. Not a very good store at all. They used to be better at one time. read more

I have been going to this location for over 10 years. The main part of the store is wonderful. Usually clean, employees helpful, they have what I need. However, the customer service at this pharmacy is atrocious. I was treated so badly by both the clerk and then subsequently her superior that I will NEVER step foot in this store again, whether for pharmacy needs or any other. I am sorry that I can no longer enjoy the rest of the store and it's wonderful staff, but I can't even say I would recommend this location anymore read more

The store is fine. However, the Pharmacy Department is a joke!! The women are rude & unprofessional. I live close but have to drive to Chicago Ridge or Hickory Hills where the staff actually cares about its customers. They should all have to watch and take notes from the other pharmacies. Horrible pharmacy services. Rude staff and every time I go there, I always have problems. I even got the wrong medicine one time and when I contacted them they accused me of lying about it. It was only after "they" went to the "office". I got a call back to pick up the correct medicine. No apologies for the inconvenience or anything. They treated me like I was the one who made the mistake. Thank goodness I realized that they gave me the wrong medicine. Could have been a dangerous situation. read more
