Quoted me 900$ for my windshield replacement took a cc on file set an appointment. After I dropped of my car I received a call that they ordered the wrong glass and it would be an extra 500$. They did discount labor costs only after I had complained. I received my car back with the heads up display not working and was told I'd have to come back tomorrow. Guess I'm missing more work. And to top it all off there was pollen all over my dash touch screen radio and gauges. ( I'm allergic to pollen) they couldn't even have used an air hose to blow it off after they worked. If you value your time,money, and any sort of quality Work take your car somewhere else. Update a week later still no progress my hud is dim in the day my whisper fluid was not plugged back in and the plastic housing that cases the sensors on my windshield is loose and rattling. Further update things are looking up spoke with the owner and she said she is going to speak with Genesis and see what happened. Further updates: my HUD IS FIXED it was a long journey to get here but my work has finally been completed. The glass they installed was defective so it's not their fault. If anyone deserves 5 stars it's Mike for staying cool call and collected while I was getting frustrated!!!! Pros: Taylor the front desk lady at the Marietta shop is so nice patient and amazing at her job!!!! Be careful!!!! They have great reviews BUT they replaced my Honda windshield with AFTER market glass. Now, my collision mitigation braking system does not work! The mitigation braking system is a VERY important safety feature of my car. It's kept me from crashing. After a windshield is replaced, the windshield needs to be recalibrated, because the sensors are behind the rear view mirror (in the glass). Xpress Auto Glass said the senors for the braking system "are in the grill". Duh. NOT TRUE!!! So, I took my Honda to the Honda dealership and asked them to run a "diagnostic". Sure enough, it was not calibrated. Honda said 75% of after market windshields (that are not made by Honda) will lose their calibration because the glass is of a different curvature. So here I am, left with a crap windshield and I've lost a very important feature of my vehicle. Taking it up with USAA at this point. The worst part, is they obviously do not know what they are doing because they DID NOT EVEN KNOW that the windshield needed to be recalibated. Go with Safelight. At least they TRY! read more

I had the rear window glass replaced after it exploded in my carport. It happened on a Tuesday, late afternoon, and they were at my house at 11:30 on Thursday with the replacement glass. Berry did a fantastic job! He was very professional, courteous, and personable. I was very pleased with the prompt response I got from Brie in the office when my claim was filed through my insurance company. She patiently answered all my questions, and when she couldn't reach the dispatcher late in the afternoon, promised me a call the next morning, which actually happened! I have found my new windshield replacement company! Previously I had used Safelite for a replacement and did not receive great service or a great installation. Express Auto Glass was amazing! My installer was Eric and he called me with an expected arrival time and arrive on-time. He was very nice and very professional. He even let me watch the whole process, which he handled expertly. He took his time to ensure that the installation was solid for me instead of him rushing to get to another job like with Safelite. When I called to make an appointment they were very professional and also very nice. I received a call a to reschedule my appointment since the rain would not stay away. They worked to get me into their schedule when it was convenient and safe for my car to be done. They also helped me by contacting the Lexus dealership to confirm the type of glass and features my car was originally installed with by my VIN #. No other company did that for me. Apparently there are 6 different types of features for Lexus glass. They confirmed the ones I had and priced my glass plus the ones that were a little less so I could select one that fit my budget. When Eric was finished, I was able to pay on the spot with a credit card, which was so much nicer than having to call my payment in or pay in cash. I paid for mine since my deductible would have been more than paying for the replacement myself. Their prices were the best I received over multiple companies in the metro area. The glass quality and installation process was much better than what I had received from Safelite. If you are in need of a replacement, this is the best place for you to go. I am very pleased with the service received here! There was an issue where the model of the car was miscommunicated, and the staff bent over backwards to get us taken care of and even tried to get us to class on time. One of the owners treated us to coffee, and she was very accommodating. One of the employees drove to two suppliers (one apparently was mistaken about having it) in rush hour traffic to get the window that we needed. Had a great experience with Xpress. I called up one day during the holiday season and got a quote from them. I believe the man I spoke with was Jay or had a name similar to that. He said he could have gotten me in the next day but due to scheduling conflicts for me I went to see him a few days later. He told me they also do mobile glass repair, which would have been nice but it was actually easier for us to drop our vehicle off. We dropped my vehicle off before work and it was done by lunch. Not only did they offer more work for a smaller price, but they didn't charge any extra to come to my work and replace it, where the other one charged $30.
