I called to get a repair but the man that answered the phone was extremely rude. I couldn't make out if I had the right place since he just answered the phone "yeah". When I verified this was the place and explained that the greeting was mumbled he shouted" mam what do u want!" Nothing. Nothing at all. I have had a concerning chip in my windshield for several weeks and further waiting would've resulted in $2,000 new windshield. Did some research to identify a good option. Superb kept showing up at the top of lists. I called to make an appointment and I spoke with LeBron, owner. He asked a few questions to make sure my windshield could be repaired so I didn't waste my time. Fortunately, he had an appointment open same day. Only took 40 minutes to repair and now I don't need a new windshield. LeBron is great. Very experienced. Not some kid working under a franchise business. Price was very fair. read more

My windshield was chipped and most of the other auto glass places were closed, but this place was still open. The owner (LeBron) was very informative and patient. He accepts CashApp and I really liked his waiting area/workspace. The chip is still in my windshield, but it's significantly smaller than it was and I don't think it will spread. He said he has a 2 year money back guarantee, so I'm not as concerned about it. BOTTOM LINE: I've been screwed over by other businesses, so I'm a little concerned about his "money back" guarantee for 2 years. However, I am definitely recommending his services and if I ever have another windshield problem, I will return to him. read more

Drove from Alpharetta, Le-Bron did a great job with my windshield chip repair, would definitely recommend. 1st visit: I got a windshield chip on a rental vehicle when I was going on I-75, a rock flew from the car in front of me going on the other lane. Le-Bron is a very professional, he knows what he does, the rental agency did not notice as Le-Bron's work was flawless. The terrible noise of a rock striking your windshield, and the inevitable damage left behind, is an experience nobody wants. No doubt you are reading this because you have a chip in your windshield. What are you going to do about it? I suggest calling Le-Bron at Superb Windshield Repair to fix your woes. I was once in this same position; I like to keep my car clean and in good shape, and road debris robbed me of this. Powerless. Le-Bron has a command of his trade, better said his process and his art, that is seldom seen anywhere, especially in this modern disposable and consumable world. Today (March 17, 2023) was my second visit to his shop - the first time was late 2015 or early 2016. That time I had only one chip in my windshield that I won on I85 South of the airport. He fixed my first chip perfectly. I came back because of my first experience. Now I have two chips, also thanks to I85. One was a spider-web-looking divot (smaller than a quarter) and the other was a match-head sized chip. I called Le-Bron to make an appointment and he pointed out that it was rainy, and asked if my car was garage kept or outside. He said if it was totally dry and I put clear tape to keep the chips dry (to prevent moisture while driving to his shop), he would work on it. I went to his shop, pulled right in, and he started. Although I could see what he was doing, I actually didn't know "exactly what' he was doing - he's got a process, and it works. He said some chips, due to their nature cannot be fixed, and he would decline to work on those. I really like that approach. Direct and up-front. In short order, my two blemishes were history, and I was on my way with a smile. Wonderful service, excellent results, very tidy and comfortable shop and an over-all pleasant experience - we even chatted while he worked. I could not recommend Superb Windshield Repair more!! read more

LeBron was GREAT! He was very understanding about my arrival time. We had great conversation while he repaired my windshield. You know that feeling when a rock hits your windshield and leaves a small crack? I do... frequently. I think I am jinxed in this regard. BUT, this time it was tiny, so I went looking for a repair shop. I saw great reviews and recommendations on Nextdoor in my area for Superb Windshield Repair, and when I called he was able to get me right in, and even gave me great directions on how to find his shop as I am new to the area. Performed quality work in the 1/2 hour needed, and you can barely tell the crack is there. Even better, he offers a money back 2 year guarantee for his work! Definitely recommend giving Le-Bron a call for your windshield cracks and repair work. read more

Le-Bron, of Superb Windshield Repair, did a fantastic job repairing my 2020 Tesla X windshield! I had a combination break (bullseye & star combo) and, because of the size, most repair companies would not have touched it. Tesla would have charged me 16X to replace my windshield and I am very grateful for the expertise of this place! Le-Bron and his shop both have great energy and it was a pleasure to sit and talk while he repaired my car! I will definitely bring all of my vehicles to him in the future. With a decent size chip in my windshield, I reached out to check availability and luckily something was open the same day. Great reviews everywhere from Google to Yelp. I got there and waited for the repair to be complete. What great service and a few good stories to boot! If you want to support small business and get exceptional service this is your guy! I was expecting to still see a decent amount of the chip and spidering once completed due to the size. But.. it's barely noticeable and I have to really look for it to even notice. Le-Bron did an outstanding job repairing the chips and cracks on my windshield. While most other shops likely would have recommended a windshield replacement, he was willing to take on the challenge and took the time needed to get the job done right. His shop is conveniently located at the 75/285 interchange, and is full of character. I enjoyed my time learning about his craft and chatting with him. Will certainly be returning for any future needs and will recommend everyone else to do the same. Fair pricing and excellent service! read more

Take your windshield for repair to Le-Bron and his home-y shop set up in the parking deck at Galleria and he will take care of you.

Called Lebron at 6am since my newly purchased f150 had a 1.0 mm chipped window. Lebron was very responsive and quick. I got lost with Waze and drove into the 400 loading dock of the same parking lot. His repair shop requires a slight right when the two parking deck road split off. The resin and dot is still noticeable but I guess it won't grow any bigger. I gave Lebron a tip for being so responsive and helpful as he personally drove out to lead me to the shop. read more

As luck would have it, my beloved chariot got dinged with not one but two rocks. I remembered the great experience I had at Superb Windshield Repair a few years ago, when I first got my car, and went back for more assistance from Le-Bron. You can hardly see the chips and damage. He even offered free refreshments, which was nice to have on this hot summer day. I highly recommend Superb Windshield Repair.
