They only call your name out in the office. So if not in the office, you will miss your appointment. Front desk person flippantly stated that system has always been broken (so why not post a note about this on the kiosk?). Compounding this issues is the lobby is very small. So naturally, awaiting patients will not even be in the office to hear their name called out. Lots of frustrated people there on my visit. Also, the location is not marked on the building directory. Like when I lived in NYC and right outside the drug testing place a car was being stolen and the inside of the drug testing place looked like a large dirty bathroom. This place, on the other hand, was clean and efficient and the woman (Rachel) who worked there (later I found out one of the owners) was so super nice- she was friendly and everything was MODERN and clean. I called earlier and she said they weren't that busy and to come on in. When I got there she was efficient and even with 2 people ahead of me she took care of each of us with respect. I asked her a few questions and she was so knowledgeable about the process and really had the answer for everything. I hope I never have to be drug screened again (and I doubt most people are aching to get a drug screening on the daily), I would come here. Clean, friendly and efficient. It is hidden, but if you give Rachel a call, she will easily guide you there. I've had bad experiences at other drug testing facilities such as long wait times and mixing up my urine with others and having to have me come back again for another sample, but this place is legit. She shows you the packaging once it is sealed so you are assured it gets sent to the lab. I don't want to have another urine test but if I do, I would definitely come here.
