The check in at kiosk was a bit difficult for me because the tablet. It took me a bit longer to check in because there was no one at the front desk to help. But as soon as I was able to check in, the phlebotomist took me back pretty quick and got my labs done. She was very nice, caring and quick with that needle. The process went smoothly and I'm glad this is over with for me. read more

From making an appointment to showing up and doing my bloodwork, every detail was a success! Phil, the phlebotomist was friendly and got me talking, so I didn't even notice he had drawn my blood sample. Thanks Phil! You're really good! read more

Had my blood drawn here around 7:30-7:40am three times for appointments I have scheduled online at least 2 days ahead through Function Health. Two visits had about 10 tubes of blood. Amy has done my blood draw each time, prompt and without any issues (I have tiny veins). Check in is by kiosk, with a ID or drivers license (quick process). Facility is clean. Staff is polite. read more

My Husband and I had the nicest experience here today. They were super gentle and friendly as well. We would definitely go back to have labs drawn in the future. read more

Very rude lab tech. Talked over me like I was her dog with an elevated tone. She was black with a ponytail. Lady calm down. You don't own the business. Avoid her like a plague. Very mean and unhelpful. read more

I got in quick and my tech was nice but it has been over a week and I still have no results and there is no way to get any information from anyone about this. It is very frustrating. I don't know if I need to redo my blood work or not because there is no way to contact anyone. read more

I arrived early for my appointment and check in was very simple via either your cellphone or on site kiosk. I was seen by Sierra before my scheduled time. She had an incredibly gentle touch with my blood draw, was very warm and efficient. Parking is ample and easy onsite. No one wants to get a blood draw, but this place makes it as painless and easy as possible. read more

They can't even do a drug test. Walked into this dismal looking place that doesn't even have a front desk. Checked in and wait for 30 minutes. Lady walks out and says no drug tests today, and that appointments will be needed. Then offers another location 15 to 20 minutes drive away! Needless to say, not happy at all. Based on the other reviews here, this place is awful. Employers need to just find another place to get drug testing done. Quest is a joke. read more

Terrible service. Disorganized. Late with their appointments. You can't even talk to a human until they call you to the back. There is no way to reach them if you have an issue with your appointment. They have a computer to greet you in the lobby. read more

I had some lab tests done here and was able to get a same day appointment which was very helpful. The check in process was seamless, the staff were friendly, and the whole process went off without a hitch in less than 30 minutes. The staff member that drew my blood made no mistakes and provided great care. read more

I have been here 4 or 5 times in the last year and each experience has been wonderful! Amy has drawn my blood every single time. Amy is efficient and really just excellent at her job. Each appointment has been essentially painless and very quick, yet meticulous. I tried a different location closer to my home, but it wasn't worth it. I will continue spending the extra time to drive to Renton because the care I have received has been so superior!! read more

Renee at this clinic is absolutely rude. Went there the last two days and she is awful. I will be advising my doctor's office to never use this facility. Wife had to go back into the clinic because the gauze they put on her became instantly saturated. When we walked back in there is no one in there so we knocked on the window at the reception desk. No assistance came. So we opened the door and Renee shouts "don't knock on the window". I told her about my wife and her reply was "who knocks on a window". I told her she was rude and to get the gal that helped my wife. The gal came but Renee kept on me. She couldn't care less my wife was bleeding! Told me to leave and she was calling 911 on us!!!! There is more but I am sick and tired of wasting any more energy on her. Will be speaking to the office and corporate as this is bad. Go somewhere else. She is horrible. Looking at all of the other reviews, the word "rude" is a very common theme. Sad.... read more

First time ever I leave a review on Yelp, and only doing so because the service was appalling. I will notify my insurance company to not send clients there until the technician in question is replaced. I fasted on lost 2 hours off work for this botched attempt at simple labwork. I have some tolerance to rudeness and lack of people skills, always remaining cheery and positive. I even tolerate for some minor "oopsie" filling out patient info, but measuring BP wrong, being unable to draw blood (which I've had done to me for decades with zero issues) And, the technician not feeling the need to apologize or even explain why she started working on my other arm until I questioned (she curtly said she got no blood from the first arm). And when I asked, politely, if there's someone else who could do it, she said no, suggested I go to another location and showed me the door. To be honest, I do not even trust her with the personal information she collected on me--she seems like the type you don't want handling anything of yours. Expecting a call from her supervisor while typing this. read more

Absolutely the worst, called for an appointment. They said they don't do screenings. Called location, couldn't schedule an appointment. Arrived 2 in waiting room, no appointments that day. Never, let this terrible company die. read more

We had an appointment for 10:10am, arrived at 10 am. Lady walks out at 10:13am to tell me she will need to take a 15 minute break before she can help us. What is the point of making an appointment??? My young daughter had been fasting for the blood draw and had another doctor appointment right after this one that we had timed to work out time wise. So had to leave without the blood draw. Get your crap together Quest diagnostics. What terrible service. read more

I suppose if one likes being treated like a robot, this is the place for you. I didn't get past the door, I arrived 20 minutes prior to noon (for a blood draw that takes less than 5 minutes) with no one ahead of me, and no one greeted me except a check in kiosk. I checked in on the kiosk and there were no appt times given except that it could be a while. I tried scanning their qr code and couldn't get to the website to make a later appt due to no phone service, and 10 minutes to noon there was a food delivery for one of the employees, who gladly accepted it and completely ignored me. No thanks, I'll get my blood draw at my doctor's office, no wonder your reviews are so bad. Must be nice to have an hour and a half long lunch. read more

Don't bother coming here or booking an appointment!!! The staff is rude and unavailable they close themselves off at back pretending they have other patients. Waited for 2 hours because I had booked through a third party and chose an appointment but when I got there they said it's not valid since I didn't book through quest website. They only did my test after I told them I've been sitting here for hours and they didn't have that many 'appointment' patients.... Don't come here, horrible service! read more

Checked in at 4:15. Monitor said 0 people being helped, 0 people ahead of me. At 4:25 phlebotomist said that they were closing soon and I could come back tomorrow. I said well I've been waiting for 10 minutes with no one ahead or me and no one being served. She said that they stop taking walk in patients at 4:00. No signage. I will not be doing business with Quest lane in the future. read more

No one to help when the sign in kiosk was having problems, lab person was unfriendly, had to take shoes off and walk on a dirty floor, BP measured high because my watch detected a fall and I couldn't get the alarm off. Lab person would not retake it; feet are to be flat on floor and I could t reach the floor. She didn't care.y BP is totally fine now at home. Absolutely the worst lab in the area. read more

The collection process went really smooth. They got me in and out in about 5 min. and I was happy...until they "lost" my sample. They said it'll be back within 72 hours. After several days of waiting I asked them for a status update. The first time they told me to wait a little longer. The next time I was sent down a maze of talking to different people over the course of 2 weeks only for them to say that they can't find it. Great. On the plus side, my provider was able to light a fire under them and the sample that they said was lost was found, but UGH!! I ended up missing a deadline because of them. Add in the stress of not knowing where my sample is and when/if they're actually going to run the test? I didn't want to go to Quest in the first place (my provider requested it) and at this point I'm never going again...even if it means I have to pay more to go somewhere else. read more

Never been to a medical facility where you had to basically fight with the intake person to do her job. Recommendation for her: customer service skills. She refused to look up my appt and then told me not to have attitude when - after I'd been gaslight and denied medical service and blamed for it by her - I said and I quote "yes I would really appreciate it if if you could go look up my appt." Personally I don't see what is so upsetting about that statement but I will say that white fragility is spreading to shades of brown who have proximity to whiteness and it ain't cute. Perhaps if the attendant doesn't wish to receive "attitude" the attendant will not force an argument with clients and allows them at least to register for their scheduled appts. I showed her several times my scheduled appt. Perhaps the reason I've never had this experience is because it is actually illegal and outlawed in all states across Turtle Island to deny medical service Her name was Jasmine :) read more

Worst Quest Diagnostics ever. I've had multiple drug screenings for different jobs, every quest I've gone to allows walk ins for drug screenings. This one however, will not allow any drug screen walk ins, by appointment anyways. This is something that should be told to the patients online & when we call we should definitely be notified! Horrible experience, now I have to wait another week because Thursdays are my only available days. Avoid this quest Diagnostics at all costs read more

looking for a covid test on sept 30th about noon. receptionist on her phone- hard to get her attention. tells me they don't do covid testing. Told her i was from out of town and which of their locations did covid testing. she says she's new and doesn't know and hands me a 1-800 number. she couldn't be bothered to educate herself on what their company did where. she couldn't have cared less. read more

Good luck in finding this place. I spent an hour driving up and down and around 180th Street (aka 43rd) looking for this place, and never found it. Tried calling, but they have an automated phone system that is designed not to help. Go somewhere else for your testing. read more

Unprofessional staff! Older woman behind the counter was clearly having a bad day and unfortunately I was the next face in front of her. She was rude! When I came to the counter and said hello she rudely told me to sign in if I had an appointment.. so I did then she said I was too early. I'm not sure why they were so rude but after looking on here I can see I was not the only one. This was the closest location to me but I will be going somewhere else. read more

So rudely service, her name is Astron. She is so freaking rude and mean to me. I asked her, she does not want to answer me. Later, the white lays come after me, she is so nice and friendly with that lady and had a small conversations. And I am an Asian woman, she talked to me so fast that I couldn't hear clearly, I ask her to repeat, then she stare at me and repeat so rude. Wish can give negative feedback read more

So I made an appointment a few days in advance to for a pre-employment drug test and when I got there and waited 30 mins after my appointment time to be called up, they had no record of my appointment. I clearly got a confirmation email and had the code but they didn't budge and sent me up the road to a walk in that, honestly only took 15 mins after I walked through the door. If I would have known that, I wouldn't have even bothered with Quest. There is a clinic on 43rd and Talbot. Go there. read more

I called a head of time for a appointment for a drug test as soon as I got there a rude young lady totally messed up my name not say sorry try to say I made a appointment for a blood draw . Then another lady came to the picture explain to me they dont do drug testing after 3 but I made a appointment already at 3:30 . Ending up getting sent to a different 3rd party place just to pee in a cup because this place doesn't take people for drug testing . There is a walk in in tablot road up the hill from this place who are much friendly and helpful then this place could ever be . I wouldn't want a rude young lady to even put a needle in me with her sour attitude and such poor staff .very unprofessional very rude nothing got done it was all a waste of time! read more

I showed up at 3:02 for a 3pm appt for a urine drug screen. I waited a few minutes and the woman rudely informed me they don't drug screen after 3pm. I told her this isn't listed on their website, nor was I notified when I made the appt, and when I call I can't get ahold of a real person. Now she rudely says "it's posted all over the office here". (Um how does that help me?!) Then she claims it's illegal for her to test after 3pm but somehow sends me to some other Renton address. She was such a b@&$* I cant comprehend how she is allowed to work with the general public. Sure it was 3:02 not 3:00 but it's not like it was 3:30. The test itself takes under 5 minutes from paperwork to walking out the door. As a healthcare professional myself I understand how much customer service is needed in our job. It is not okay to speak to people so rudely. I would have called to speak to a manager about her horrible attitude and unprofessionalism but again there was no way to speak to a real person on the phone. I wish I had caught her name. She had glasses and light hair was in her 20-30s, but you won't miss her with her BAD ATTITUDE. She should be embarrassed. The second address I went to gladly helped me, now 3:15. They also said it is not illegal to drug test after 3pm. read more

Came in for a pre employment drug test at opening, there was a guy in the front with tattoos on his arm who took me in and told me to go to a lab down the street cause this place can't do my test. I told him I had called and have paperwork saying to be here and he still told me to go down the street. So I go only to be told the second place can't take me and quest should've done it for me and they even said they told quest to stop sending people to them. So I go back to quest and the same guy was there, he was on the phone with someone saying he's the only one in the front and he's not "feeling so hot either" and when he got off he looks at me and asks why I came back and I told him they sent me back and how I should've been here and he gives me a look at says I need to make a appointment and when I said I did and showed him the paper he walks away saying I have to wait. So unprofessional! Someone needs to retrain him and make sure he understands where patients need to be and for what reason. read more

Horrible customer service! I went in last week for a urine analysis because the website says walk ins welcome and they told me I needed an appointment. So I made an appointment for today at 8:30am just to be told when I got there that they don't do urine tests before 9am. You'd think they would have told me that when I made that appointment! I will never use them. They are rude, unprofessional, and VERY unorganized. read more

I had a standard physical exam and they entered, or measured, my waist circumference incorrectly. Despite having measurements 2 years earlier with the same height and weight, the increase of 10 inches to my waist measurement was not considered a mistake. A mistake compounded by incompetence. Someone isn't using their intellect. read more

The employees here clearly hate their jobs, everyone is rude and trying to rush people out. There's no lines or people waiting, but walk-ins are not welcome, even the ones set up via your own website? Then why does walk ins welcome appear all over your site, for this specific location? Would be a different experience if I was treated with kindness instead of contempt. read more

Well the old lady in the counter needs to retire... the rudest person ever... please learn how to talk or address people..

Had a really bad customer service experience. Went to get a COVID-19 antibody test. I was the only customer there. After my blood was drawn, I was asked to sign a form. I took a picture of the form so that I could read it later. Tech very rudely said "You're not allowed to take photos in here!". Then required me to delete the photo. There are no notices anywhere stating that photos aren't allowed. I asked for a copy of the form. Both the tech and receptionist refused and were very hostile about it. Hope my blood still gets tested! read more

A very unorganized testing center and the staff are not accommodating at all. I went to the lab for a pre-employment urinalysis; my instruction paper stated the lab opens at 6:30am. I arrived at 7:00 am, signed in and waited for 30 minutes. As I'm waiting for them to call my name, the man calls all the others and answers questions from people who arrived in after I did. Frustrated, I went up to the front desk and asked if he noticed my sign in. He then asked what I was there for, and I replied that I was here for a urinalysis. He goes on to tell me that they don't do that until 9:00a but he can refer me to a place that opens within an hour that uses the same they pick up from. I wound up having to go to Any Lab Test Now which was much better anyways since the staff were very nice and professional. Even ALTN badmouthed them since I am only one of many of patients whom Quest Diagnostic redirects to them. It seems pretty pointless for Quest to send me somewhere else, they weren't even busy.. and I was only doing a pee test. I had to go recently take another urinalysis a second time (new job) and made sure I arrived on the designated times they stated to me last time. I was able to take the test, but AGAIN had to wait for sometime while some people went ahead of me who just walked in and went to the front desk ( instead of the staff telling them to sign in like I did, they would just take care of them then and there while the people who sign in once arrived have to wait until they are called). The lady who finally called me was very smug and the lady who ushered me to the bathroom was impatient with a bit of an attitude. They need to become more organized with registration, big time. And also clarify with screening services and place on their .com site time when they open for urinalysis. My recommendation: Go to Any Lab Test Now up the hill to expedite time and get ensured friendlier service. The two are linked to each other and will report to your employer as the same testing center. read more
