I tired several times to get the B-12 shot package. I filled out the paperwork and was told the doctor had to make them for me and then bring them from his Redmond office and they should have them the next day and call me. No call, so I called them got a different person who said there was none there and she would order from the doctor. Again no call. Where to begin? I suppose at the beginning. My husband needed to know his blood type for an issue related to my pregnancy. According to their website, Any Lab Test Now can do that for 30 bucks. Cool beans. We walked in to this location at about 3:30 pm on Monday, December 28th. There were a couple of mechanics in the lobby, one on the couch and one being helped by the receptionist. She ignores us, but I assume she'll acknowledge our presence soon. She's the only employee I see in the clinic. So far so good. Then I notice that she's wearing blue latex gloves. At the front desk. As she fills out paperwork, answers the phone, hands a clipboard to the mechanic, she's doing it all with a pair of gloves on. This is the first thing that makes me uneasy. If you have gloves on all the time, it's the same as not wearing gloves at all. Your gloved hands are no longer sanitary if you're touching everything in the clinic with them on. About 5 minutes of talking to the mechanic go by, and she takes him back to the bathroom for a urine test. She leaves him alone in there and comes back to the front desk. Still does not look at us or acknowledge our presence, even though we are less than 5 feet away, staring at her. The mechanic comes back and says he's finished. She goes to the back, gets the urine sample, AND BRINGS IT TO THE FRONT DESK. Places it on the desk and starts slapping labels on it. With those same dirty gloves. I can see what color this dude's piss is because she's freaking PROCESSING A URINE SAMPLE ON THE RECEPTION DESK. At this point we've been standing right in front of the reception desk without her looking at us or uttering a single word to us for about 10 minutes. But at this point it also doesn't matter because I am so horrified by now that there is no way in hell I'm letting this woman stick a needle in my husband's arm. Safety protocols may be able to be discarded by people like this woman when it comes to urine samples with no ill effects, but not being careful when needles are being stuck in people's arms can be a life or death situation. I am not willing to risk my husband contracting a blood-borne illness through this woman's outrageous carelessness, so at that point we left. I would rather pay hundreds of dollars for this same service at a reputable place that follows safety protocol (and common sense) than risk it here. You're probably safe giving them your pee to analyze but there's no way in hell I'd let them stick a needle in my arm or the arm of a loved one for a blood draw. We do our pre-employment checks through this location. COMMUNICATION: The main phone number takes you to a help center in Atlanta. Those people are helpful. But once you are transferred to the Renton location.... They use "Magic Jack" for their phone system. They rarely have anyone answering their phone. When they do answer (which is VERY rare) they will put you on hold and then suddenly your "disconnected." When you call and leave a message they do not call back. TURN-OVER: They have a high turn-over for staff. Once I actually find a helpful staff member or manager to deal with and know them by name...they no longer work there. RESULTS: I rarely get the results of tests without having to call and nag them. Their fax is down regularly, I will call and leave several messages until results arrive sometimes weeks later. Over the past 4 weeks I have had 6 employees go in for a UA. I have received 2 results of the 6. This is a terribly managed business. I am currently shopping for another test place to use. Great people with fun personalities. I told them I needed the test results as soon as possible because I'm out of my meds and they told me they would email them the following day. I called 2 days later and was told that they didn't have the results yet but I would get them the next day. 2 days after that I called, they looked in their computer and found and emailed my results. Your appointment means nothing to this lab. One person to run the front desk and also draw blood. She was too busy talking to immigration and helping those who could not understand the forms to actually do any other work. After waiting in a room where no seats were left to sit in for 1/2 hour I left. I will NEVER use this lab. You might as well go to a third world country you would get better service. read more

Wow! Danyel at the Renton location at Any Lab Test Now was PHENOMENAL!! I am absolutely TERRIFIED of getting my blood taken. Danyel was SUPER nice and made me feel really comfortable. Before I knew it she had already finished filling up ALL 3 TUBES! Her customer service was awesome. She has a natural ability of making people feel VERY comfortable. If I could have her draw my blood every single time I need it drawn that would be awesome!! I would sincerely like to personally thank Danyel for a perfect and outstanding visit to Any Lab Test Now. do not come here! First of all the toilet seat was covered in pubic hair. It was disgusting I stood up & peed in the cup. the male nurse put the needle in the arm and poked around forever. I went in to try a B-12 shot. It was pretty fast and straight forward, with some quick paperwork before getting the shot. Although it was a bit of an awkward place, the lady was very nice and make me feel comfortable --- the shot was almost completely painless (by far the most pleasant one I've had) and she couldn't even find somewhere to put the band-aid because it didn't bleed. Although the B-12 only had a an effect for a few hours, that is more about my lack of B-12 deficiency than the shot itself. read more

Very disappointed, unprofessional. I went in to have a couple tests done. The receptionist/nurse spoke very poor English​. She couldn't understand what tests I was requesting to have done, she fumbled around on the computer and then thru papers. I'm thinking why is she the only one in​ this office. Finally,​ she figured out what I wanted. Went back to give a ​urine​ sample, bathroom door handle was busted so didn't lock, no paper towels in the ​bathroom for drying hands. Came out with my sample and she proceeds to transfer the ​sample to a ​smaller vial, using a plastic pipet that had been sitting on counter touching unsanitized surface! This was a red flag to me she didn't have proper training in nursing. Now I'm thinking my test results could come back with anything since potentially contaminated. I was told my results would be emailed to me. Now Saturday and I'm notified my results are ready for pick up. I called and asked why my results weren't emailed to me. They said its company policy you have to come in and pick them up. I'm out of town and can't pick them up. If my test results are positive I would like to know when ​course​ of action I need to take while gone. Honestly,​ why do I​ have to walk in and get results, like its going to change the outcome​ of my treatment if any is needed?​ Out of frustration,​ I call other Puget Sound locations to see if I can get help. Seattle, Redmond, ​and Tacoma are all closed on weekends? On the ​website, it says​ if you need further​ assistance you can text them for help. I texted but have not received​ a response. Great place with great service. Got everything I needed at a low key place. Clean and great workers.

First of all, the receptionist was rude. Secondly no one working here speaks english very well. I I wanted a test done and when I looked online it said it would be around $100, but when I got to Any Lab they said it was going to be around $200. I was told I would get my results on Friday, which I did not. I had to call them and text them just to find out what was going on. I finally get my results back on Wednesday and the results are NOT even accurate. I don't know if they didn't handle my sample properly or what, but everything came back negative and shouldn't have. Don't waste your money here like I did. I should have gone with my first instinct which was that this place is sketchy. read more

I was scheduled this morning for a mandatory pre-employment test. I arrived at the Renton location, the doors are locked and no one is there. The scheduler was not helpful at all. The manager offered to see me in Redmond "only 15 minutes away". How long have you lived in WA, it's 30 without traffic and according to GPS 45 minutes minimum. No thanks. read more
