My wife & I enjoyed her class and her attention to detail, the class had a unique flow that the both of us enjoyed, Emily not only was in front of the class leading us through the moves but she also moved around and corrected the postures of the students. Also enjoyed going to the BeYoga Burien studio which has lots of character (meaning old) and was honored to be walking around the studio which was watered by the sweat and tears from yogis past! I also take Yoga classes at their newer studio BeYoga-Renton, super clean but like every yoga studio has a few minor things that are being worked on correcting. The instructors are top notch and staff is friendly. Ang is the manager for BeYoga Renton & Josh is the manager for BeYoga Burien, both are excellent instructors, friendly and will make sure that you have a good experience at both studios.....

I stay and do a Yin class afterwards. The temperatures are good - the Vinyasa and Yin are done at reasonable warm temperatures which is very important to me. If you like that really hot stuff, the Hatha classes are there, but I never do them due to the heat. The facility is nice with an excellent sound system. I love it that there is a variety of music, even within the same class. All of the instructors have been very good. Special mention of Kelsey whose classes particularly resonate with me. Kelsey often does one small adjustment per person per class, and that has slowly improved my yoga practice.

Even the weekday classes before 4 PM were either pretty full or completely full. The studio itself is clean and well maintained. Just a heads-up : the showers are group-style (there's one for women, and I assume one for men), so no individual shower stalls. There are only a few toilets and the changing space is quite small, so it can get a little crowded before and after class. Overall, though, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this studio to anyone looking for quality yoga classes and great instructors. The price, atmosphere and teaching make it totally worth it!

I have locked in at their yearly rate, it has been a great investment. I initially thought that yoga could help with my flexibility, but it's been more than that. This yoga studio used to be…read morelocated in Normandy Park, but has moved to a bigger studio in Burien (off Ambaum) with plenty of space. Anne taught my prenatal yoga class. It was very helpful to me in so many ways... the class helped me stretch those tense muscles that develop during pregnancy, strengthen / prepare me for child birth and in general helped my body and soul relax! She is also really good about making sure your body is positioned correctly while you're in different poses and positions. There are other wonderful instructors that teach at the studio as well. I didn't know the difference between good and bad yoga instructors until I attended a few yoga classes at LA Fitness. It's definitely worth going and paying for "real yoga" and quite frankly, it's not that expensive per class. It's so much fun and you feel great afterwards!

Of course, me being a true yelper, searched and discovered many great reviews. It was then decided, I've got to schedule. The online scheduling process was extremely user friendly, and immediately sent an email confirmation with the details of my deep tissue massage appointment... I've been working heavily lately, so I knew I was in severe need of self care, my only hope was that Kim could help ease my physical discomfort. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment, the door was unlocked, and upon entry I noticed the cleanliness of the yoga studio, and the organization of the many products offered. In addition, there was the amazing scent of sage burning (spiritual satisfaction) so now my senses are heightened and anticipation is rising. A short moment later, out came Kim with a very bright smile and open arms. We had a great opportunity to briefly get to know one another prior to my treatment while also completing the registration. I told her what I needed her to focus on, and she made note of it. During my phenomenal treatment I was mentally taking back to childhood ages when I could float in the bath tub and all of my body was relaxed, a time where there was no pain, no hurt, no job, no bills, and certainly no stress...
