I do the Power the Active and the Spin classes, in a way a blended kind of Crossfit but one that normal people like me can enjoy being part of. No one walks around in the latest spandex and there are no 'muscle heads'. This is interesting entertaining and refreshing exercise that anyone can do and do it up to any level they choose. I heartedly endorse this gym, its programs are designed by doctors and trainers and based on reality not on fantasy. It's also costs a fraction of the other two clubs i mentioned which were both a waste of a lot of my money. Give it a try you wont be disappointed.

Our class consists of five people (the maximum size), and he customizes each workout to accommodate individual body types and prior injuries. Drake is extremely knowledgeable about the body and its mechanics--muscles, fascia, ligaments, and more. To us, he is not just a trainer; he could easily pass for a physical therapist. His deep understanding of different body issues has helped us stay strong and avoid injuries, which is especially important as we remain active into our seventies. Their prices are hefty, so I expect them to be attentive. Unfortunately that is not what you get. It doesn't seem to phase them that there are parents who come/go. They just continue to look at their phones. Unfortunately, that's not what I'm paying for. After this session, we will go elsewhere (unless they will commit to putting the phones away). Lastly, I would like them to know that I am aware of other clients who have left for this reason. I was recently having a discussion with a group of parents and this topic came up. Since then, I have been focused on my medical treatment, which has included an MRI, X-ray, and surgery. My doctor has advised that my recovery time will likely be 4 to 6 months, during which I am not permitted to work out. I have kept the owner, Dan, informed about my medical condition and my doctor's recommendations. I also requested again a temporary suspension of my membership. However, I noticed that Dan has ignored my written request and charged my credit card approximately $300 per month for November, December, January, and February. In early February, I emailed Dan again to request a full refund for these four months during which I could not participate. He responded that I am still required to pay for these months, regardless of my situation. I find this incredibly unfair and am very disappointed.

I used a vanilla diet from Google and burned myself out. I found myself dreading the gym and eventually quit going altogether. My experience and process ruined it for me - 100% my fault. I've made several attempts to get back into a program/routine at a few of the larger gyms over the years, but found trainers to be mostly incompetent and I spent most of my time waiting for weights or machines. Fast forward to this year - my wife is entering her first competition (E Cup). Accordingly, I recommended she connect with CZ Fitness for competition prep. After connecting with Pete on her goals I found myself signing up for training as well after being out of the gym for almost 7 years. It was important to me to have someone I trust guide me towards my goals. It was even MORE important to have someone I trust guide my wife towards hers. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely professional and helpful.
