    I enjoy the Cardio Fit and HIIT classes at STZ. The facility is very clean and Cameron is an awesome trainer.

Nick brings great knowledge, energy, and encouragement to every session. He carefully watches every movement, ensuring proper form and making adjustments so I'm training safely and effectively. He consistently pushes me out of my comfort zone -- every workout leaves me with nothing left in the tank. Since training with him, I've seen real results -- lower body weight and body fat% while increasing muscle mass. Nick's programming was spot-on, blending mass-building workouts with fat-cutting routines. He didn't just stop at the gym door, either--he provided excellent nutrition guidance to maximize my results. He regularly checked in to monitor my progress and make sure I was moving in the right direction. Thanks to his guidance, I've seen amazing results. I'm now benching 225 lbs for 3x3, deadlifting 300 lbs for 3x3, and squatting 255 lbs for 6x3. If you're willing to put in the work, Nick will get you where you want to be.

Let's start with the positives, the members, the energy they brought into the studio and constant motivation they showed for one another was one of a kind. They were nothing but welcoming to me as a newer coach who still had a lot to learn in the beginning. The staff, for the most part was a family like team, I had a great experience with a couple coaches, others not so much. The front desk, SM and ASM were some of the friendliest people I got to work with. And I don't want this review to paint anything negative about them at all. Now the reason I put 1 star was because of how it all ended. The owners. They will belittle staff, only look at things through a numbers perspective without understanding the reality of situations, deny you of pay raises and embarrass you in front of the WHOLE team and then berate you when you stand up for yourself. I was not allowed to have a proper send off and was let go, because of how I felt about the owners that I had through a PRIVATE conversation with a coworker. Now am I saying don't go here? Not at all, the workout is great, the staff even better. I just want people to see through the lens of someone who gave it 110% consistently. I personally just wouldn't want to give my money to an ownership who does not truly value their team.

Christine is HANDS DOWN the epitome of what a personal trainer should be. Her care, dedication, and passion for her clients blew me away. She took the time to not only listen about my health and fitness goals but took it 1, 2, 3 steps further by providing me with customized eating plans, motivational reminders and investigating the route cause (and natural relief of) several medical ailments I had never taken the time to address or noticed before. I'm talking about even the way I walk here, folks. Incredible!! I truly never thought I could look forward to getting my butt kicked in an intense workout, either, but Christine had me leaving her gym with a smile on my sweaty face every time. I can honestly say that she has made me stronger both physically, mentally and even spiritually. Moving to the city for work has been an incredibly bittersweet experience mostly because I'm no longer close by to see her regularly. If you're looking to make dramatic changes to your body with a partner/mentor by your side who 1. Has known your struggle firsthand and 2. Sees you as much more than just a client, welcoming Christine into your life will be the best thing you EVER do for yourself. It was for me!

She has taken the time to get me. In every training session, Christine brings her authenticity to the mat - with a spirit of curiosity, patience, non-judgement and motivation that is beneficial for anyone from the individual who can't walk a mile to super athletes. She is not a rote cheer leader; what she offers is more rare and valuable. Christine brings the physiological and nutritional science. She brings genuine care. And she brings real, unfettered energy. Christine has helped me to help my body remember what it is capable of. Somehow, she surreptitiously invited me to do things I didn't think I could (and honestly, sometimes didn't want to!). And, at 42, thanks to my work with Christine and her faith in the body's capacity to heal, I've exceeded my fitness goals, am stronger than I've ever been and am excited to continue growing stronger and more confident in my body with her expert guidance.

    It's been over half a year since I started going to this gym and the review definitely needs an…read moreupdate. Cleanliness of gym: 5/5 The gym is always clean. You consistently see staff cleaning and maintaining the gym. And I don't mean a superficial clean either. I love that I can be assured that the staff is always going above and beyond to maintain a clean environment and all I have to worry about is people wiping down the equipment after they use it. Customer service and staff: 4/5 Overall, the staff is friendly. They typically always welcome everyone in and say bye when leaving. You don't typically find the front desk unattended but during certain times when only one person is working, you may have to wait a few moments if you want to use the black card amenities. Equipment: 4/5 There is a good assortment of equipment and weights. They do not have as much new equipment as some of the newer PF locations in the surrounding area but they a good assortment of weight machines. And a few newer ones that they didn't have before. It would be amazing if they had free weights added to the Room where you can work with a personal trainer or really just the area where people do workouts with mats. When I went to another location and they had the free weights on stands that you could use in there, I was thinking all locations should have that. Black card amenities: they don't have as luxurious massage chairs as other locations but these chairs do the job. The tanning beds and booths are top notch and excellent. The hydra bed and lounges are also great amenities to take advantage of. I have yet to use the red light booth but plan on it. Culture of the gym is a very mixed vibe. There is often a large assortment of people. Teens, senior citizens, middle age like myself, newbies and avid gym goers, as well as a few muscle body builders. But I never come to the gym and feel uncomfortable. I never feel like I'm in a space I don't belong. Instead I feel comfortable and happy and know that I can get a great workout in. Even on busy days, it's pretty easy to rotate between the machines. It may be harder to use the machine with the cables and pulleys as these are very popular and it may be hard to get a bench right away by the dumbbells and barbells but with a little patience you can get access to one. Overall, this gym is definitely one of my favorite locations when it comes to comfortability and accessibility to equipment.
