Jonathan knows when to push me to add more weight and when to leave me alone if I am hungover and just want to survive the workout :) I love that they have additional events like hikes and holiday grill outs. I've made so many friends through the gym which is tough to do in Seattle! It takes some time, but the same people go to the same class times, so you start to see familiar faces over time. And there's fun little perks once you join like free in-body scans to track your progress AND a loft space where you can do co-working and hang out with free drinks!

There is even more that I haven't taken advantage of such as personalized programming and nutrition coaching. I really leaned into the program and have been seeing results. They do gym events such as internal competitions and social outings, which helps with building community. My only critique would be that I wish I got to do more CF classics like the Girl WODs and Hero WODs. But hey, I'm stronger and more fit so it's hard to complain about a great gym like this.
