My first visit was a complete mess and I absolutely planned on never coming back…read more I placed an appointment online and after arriving and checking in 15 mins early, I waited 30 mins after my appointment time. I finally asked the desk how much longer it would be and was told I don't know. The screen showing the list of check in was working and then wasn't. Then was back up but didn't have everyone's name on it. So I just left and decided I would reschedule somewhere else. However the lab corp locations around me, this ended up being the most convenient one. My rescheduled appt did go much better but there was a gentleman there who said he's been there for 1.5 hrs and was being told at the desk they already had his blood work. He was highly confused and pissed off and I was scared to do my blood work. Bc what if they are mixing labels on the tubes ? I made sure to check mine that day. I've since been back a couple more times due to routine blood work I need to do now, but each time the visits have been pretty straightforward. I've been in and out with my appointments. The staff is mostly friendly. I guess it just depends on how busy they are and how well the staff is managing their workload. Just be prepared to wait if you come here, esp if you don't utilize making an appointment prior.

I showed up without an appointment and it was standing room only, I almost left but needed to get this bloodwork done so I stayed. I had to be at work in less than an hour. I signed in on the kiosk. The young lady at the window was super friendly, my name was called shortly after. The phlebotomist was also so nice & efficient. I was in & out in approx 25 min & they cleared through their waiting list. I made it to work on time too! I will definitely use this location again in the future.

They only call your name out in the office. So if not in the office, you will miss your appointment. Front desk person flippantly stated that system has always been broken (so why not post a note about this on the kiosk?). Compounding this issues is the lobby is very small. So naturally, awaiting patients will not even be in the office to hear their name called out. Lots of frustrated people there on my visit. Also, the location is not marked on the building directory. Expect long waits standing by the front door (they appear to be understaffed). Actual care provider was great.

I had to get a drug test for a new job…read more I have had to have a drug screening for several corporate jobs over the years and some have been scarier than others. Like when I lived in NYC and right outside the drug testing place a car was being stolen and the inside of the drug testing place looked like a large dirty bathroom. This place, on the other hand, was clean and efficient and the woman (Rachel) who worked there (later I found out one of the owners) was so super nice- she was friendly and everything was MODERN and clean. I called earlier and she said they weren't that busy and to come on in. When I got there she was efficient and even with 2 people ahead of me she took care of each of us with respect. I asked her a few questions and she was so knowledgeable about the process and really had the answer for everything. I hope I never have to be drug screened again (and I doubt most people are aching to get a drug screening on the daily), I would come here. Clean, friendly and efficient. After he brought the pee up, they eyed it, threw it away, and said just by looking at it they were not going to test it. And claimed that it was "fake pee." King county declared racism as a public health crisis. And this is a prime example of it. Amazon, do NOT send your business here. If YOU are anti racist.
