Wow, I do not understand why these major brands still do business with XPO for delivery/installation. Sorry everyone, I am going to be repeating what everyone else (who's real) has been saying. Ordered all new appliance for my home, with installation and haul away from Samsung. I got confirmation that it was supposed to all take place on 6/4/22. I get a text they're coming 2 -7 (this is a Saturday). I spend the afternoon waiting at home. No text, no nothing. It's 7pm. I call. I am told from a agent that it's one stop away. Ok, fine. I wait. It's 8pm. I call again. I am told they went back to the facility. Seriously? Wow. Rescheduled for 6/13. Ok. Told they will come 2pm or so and will text me 30min before arrival. They come at 11am with no notification. Well, at least they're here. They review the order but leave out installation. Wait a minute! I show them exactly what the order is. They tell me they can't install anything. Only delivery. WHAT?! So they call the facility and we confirm they messed up (of course). I ask if they can come the next day to install then. They say ok, they will come 8am on 6/14. Ok fine. So now all my appliances are in my garage. 6/14. Nothing. No notification, they are a no show. I call. This time they tell me their truck broke down. Uh huh, sure. Reschedule again for 6/20. 6/20. I am told they are coming from 4 - 8pm. I check the status. Canceled. REALLY. Seriously. REALLY? Every time I call I ask for the number to the facility and they refuse. This is amazing. I am stuck with very appliances that I get to look at every time I go to my garage. And...that's it. What am I supposed to do? I have contacted Samsung plenty of times too but to no avail. They say they will contact XPO and so they contact me and they never deliver. What a terrible loop. read more

We had a great experience with RXO. We ordered a mattress and frame from Fig and opted in for the white glove delivery. Scheduling the delivery online took less than a minute, they confirmed the delivery window the day before, and called again this morning to let us know everything was running on time. Gustavo and his team showed up early and we so quick and helpful with setting up the new bed frame and hauling away our old mattress and frame. 10/10 would do again. read more

This review is regarding Casper bed logistics NOT the two courteous men who eventually came into my house and assembled the bed; they were awesome. So my story with Rxo began after my 5/30/24 bed frame, headboard and mattress purchase from Casper in Bellevue, WA. I was notified to schedule my delivery for the frame and headboard (the mattress had been placed on the floor) which I did for 6/29; on 6/28 I was notified that my delivery was cancelled because "part 1(headboard) of 2 (frame) was not available". This was disappointing as Casper informed me that both pieces had left the warehouse but to be patient it would probably be just another day or two. This turned into an email, telephone chasing nightmare from 6/28 until 7/26!! Every contact with Rxo was the same...only 1 item has been received; every contact with Casper support was the same...both items have left the warehouse we will reach out to Rxo and Rxo response was "we cannot locate the item" Finally on 7/26 my patience was gone and I demanded from Josue F at Casper support to speak with someone in charge and behold Alex telephoned me with all apologies...imagine my surprise! My item could still "not be located" however Alex reordered a second headboard for me, as the first one had obviously disappeared! my delivery was finally scheduled for 8/29! 3 months from original purchase date and my mattress on the floor! Now this part is really infuriating...when Rxo showed up with my delivery on 8/29 there were TWO HEADBOARDS... now when, who, what, how did a SECOND headboard come to pass???? My theory is that they had it all along, right beside my frame but instead of physically, on two feet, looking for my headboard with two eyes they simply "didn't see that it was numerically received" and denied its existence at my inconvenience!! Now to summarize this very extensive review, I would say to you....do not rely on Rxo for timely delivery! They are the worst! I'm not sure I've ever experienced a more disorganized group! Such a huge mess to get a Samsung delivery if a washing machine that took several attempts to happen. First time confirmed delivery never showed up, and the never called to let me know they couldn't make it. Of course by then I'd already taken off work to recieve the delivery that never happened. Rescheduled a few days later, and when they arrive they say they can't remove my old machine because there is a tiny leak. So they just leave the new machine in my garage and I cant figure out how to get ahold of someone to come pick up the old one. When calling their number, it says there are 83 people of ahead of us...which is honestly unbelievable! We ended up moving and installing them ourselves, even though we paid them extra for that service. Would prefer to never deal with them again if I could! read more

UPDATE 1/30/2022: they finally delivered the fridge on 12/24/2021, but have scratched up all our walls, railing, and trim in the process of installing it. The delivery guys are literally 25 years old (they told me) and know nothing about professional delivery. They didnt take the doors off the fridge to make it smaller and fit, but instead force it through, which led to all the scratches. The manager at the Sumner location promised us a maximum $100 compensation for the late delivery, but of course, theyre liars, so we still have not received anything. It has been over a month. I called them in the morning, afternoon, night, the sumner location never picks up. They're just horrible at delivering on their promises. read more

I was rescheduled twice. Delivery was supposed to be on Friday 6/30, it was then rescheduled for Saturday 7/1 from 12-4. I requested the day off from my job, waited all day. No call, no show! Contacted them multiple times and no one could provide an update. Urgent msgs were sent to the hub only to get no response. Contacted them on Sunday still no answer to what is going on. I was told that it was still out for delivery from 6:38am the previous day. Mind you warehouse is only an hour away from me. Don't do business with them. There is no option for zero or negative star, otherwise I would had given that. I am having horrible experience with XPO logistics. My Samsung fridge is in their warehouse for more than one months and they are continuously rescheduling the delivery. At first my refrigerator was scheduled to be delivered on December 22, but they rescheduled to January 12. On January 12, they mentioned they can not deliver and they wanted to reschedule new delivery date in February. They change schedules right on the day of delivery. I see a lot of unhappy customers here. So my question is who they are delivering to? Or is there someone working there? How companies like Samsung, Peloton etc work with such unethical, unprofessional company. I tried to reach out to customer support for both XPO logistics and Samsung but no help. We bought furniture.. it was XPO logistics was contracted for delivery by our seller. They had no room on their truck... so reserved space for us one month in advance, while our furniture sat in their warehouse for an entire month. Then they called us the morning of delivery and told us that there was no more room on the truck and we were "gonna have to wait a lot more." Warning!! DON'T USE XPO FOR RESIDENTIAL OR COMMERCIAL USE!!! All the 1 star reviews are accurate! This has been one of the most frustrating things in my life ever. I wish I was joking!! I ordered a washer and dryer with pedestals from Samsung. Samsung contracted the delivery to XPO and a delivery date of Nov 2 was given. We purchased a new house and bought specific models from Samsung so they could be delivered asap as we did not want to go to a laundromat. Daily laundry is a necessity as we have 5 people and a dog that live in our house. Nov 2 came around and they delayed the delivery saying that the pedestals were stuck in a container. We weren't happy about it but after multiple calls to Samsung and XPO we couldn't get anywhere. They would not deliver the washer and dryer without the pedestals. Asked for compensation as now we have to use a laundromat but none was given. New delivery date of Dec 17 given. Dec 17 comes around and they can't deliver again. WTF? Took time off work to make sure I was home and tried to set things up so the delivery was fast. A new delivery date of Jan 5th 2022 was given. I was furious!! Another month of the laundromat?? Ohhh helll no!!! Called XPO but all they could do was send an "urgent" email to the local warehouse and request a call. They will call within 24-48 hours. After 24 hours I called again and Tried escalating but the agents give excuses like there isn't a manager available. You haven't waited long enough for a call back. After begging to speak to a supervisor you get one. After speaking to the supervisor they send another urgent email to the warehouse and expect a call back within 24 hours. This is the highest you can escalate things to. Then you just hit a dead end. After calling them everyday for 5 days. Multiple urgent emails and calls placed by xpo to the warehouse but the warehouse did not call me back once!! One day I get a call at 7 am that I missed and got a notification I would get a delivery on Dec 29. I was ecstatic! Took another day off and got things ready to make sure the delivery was smooth. On Dec 29th after the time for the delivery window has passed my mood changed. I called XPO again and started the process of them sending an urgent email again. Found out the next day after I called back again that the warehouse was closed due to the road being blocked. We had snow here for a week and snow pretty much shuts down Seattle. Guess what my new delivery date is. Jan 17th! I have paid for this washer and dryer and it's been sitting in the damn warehouse since Nov. Who pays for a product and have it sit at a warehouse for 2 months. So if you're looking for a quick, seamless, friendly company to deliver something for you. Don't look here! If you are looking for free storage for a few months. Consider sending a product using XPO! read more

My delivery time between 8am-12pm. Staff called closed to 9:50 and arrived 30 mins after. They went to work right away. They moved my old refrigerator and set my new one the way I wanted. The whole thing went smoothly I think. Staff very courteous and professional. He explained few things how the refrigerator runs, took picture, and I provided e signature and that was it. I had delivery scheduled for a Samsung fridge. XPO didn't bother to show up, or explain/communicate a delay in any way. Attempting to reschedule, I spent hours on the phone trying to sort it out. On the rare occasion that XPO support could be troubled to answer, they weren't able to effectively reach this Sumner hub. Samsung likewise did not receive replies to their attempts to reschedule. I finally reached out to the email address provided in some of these Yelp reviews. That went nowhere, until the code provided by Bryan B below was issued. Once I had that, I was able to get delivery rescheduled in a reasonable timeframe. However, the experience on the day was not good -- the delivery people were very crude and rough, driving like maniacs on my property, and stomping into my landscaped moss garden to try to grab rocks to put under the tires of the truck. A simple trim kit I also ordered from Samsung was also shipped using XPO, unfortunately. It was due today, and (surprise surprise), another no-show (at least this time with a "could not be completed as planned" message). Now I'm back in scheduling limbo with their terrible system. The excuse I was given was for the fridge the seasonal peak, but something is up with these guys. Samsung management and perhaps the BBB will be hearing about this. read more

Update - received a follow up call from XPO promising to expedite the delivery. The worst delivery service ever. Had 2 orders in the last month. The first one got rescheduled the morning of expected delivery. Ended up being delivered on the wrong day, but at least it was delivered. Now for the second order, first attempt was a no show. Not hearing from them, I called on the delivery day just to find out it had to be rescheduled. Please also note that the vender called and confirmed the delivery for me the day before. Second attempt, again, no show. Received a text the morning of scheduled delivery to call a number to reschedule. Was put on hold for 30 minutes with no one answering. This is supposed to be a Christmas gift, and I am not optimistic it will be delivered on time. I cannot believe large businesses are still using their service! read more

My timeline: * order placed * delivery scheduled (this worked well) * day of delivery: no one shows up during my assigned window of 10-2p (I had stayed home from work), and there was no communication. * 2:30p: I speak with RXO agent; they assure me delivery is on its way and the crew will send me a revised ETA via text and email * 4:30p: still no communication and no crew. I talk to RXO again; they said the installer left a note that they were running late and they would ensure he followed up w/me via text and email * 5:30p: still no communication. I cancel dinner out (my children had been looking forward to this for a week) * 6p: crew shows up with no warning. They bring the bed frame and mattress upstairs and start to leave. If I could give them less than zero I would. They are liars. The customer service is none existing. I have scheduled 3 times to have appliances delivered and 3 times they never delivered, called or rescheduled after assurances from Heather that it would be delivered. It's beyond ridiculous. They also refused to refund me the delivery instalation fee. I personally think my stuff was stolen. The first time the delivery driver lied and said we weren't home. 2nd time they "didn't load it on the truck" found that out after I had to call them again and again. Thomas reached out very quickly and helped expedite a new delivery, updating me multiple times and staying involved until after the delivery was finished today. I'll be honest, I was floored anyone actually got back to me but RXO stepped up and made things right and communicated very well. I still don't know what happened with the original delivery, but it sounds like this was not the norm. Thomas was detailed, clear and honest about the situation and made no excuses. Good customer service is hard to come by these days, but RXO made things right, so I have no problem following up with a good review based on how things turned out. Updated Rating: We've been reimbursed for the plumber who ultimately finished the installation and parts we purchased out of pocket. I really don't know why Costco uses them for their delivery / installs. Our experience was terrible. The install team brought a defective gas installation piece the first time and told us to go through Costco who had no idea what they were talking since this kit is not something they provide. No one wanted to take responsibility. We decided to just pay for a new one ourselves since it was getting nowhere and we needed a dryer. The second time around the installation team broke our gas connector piece, and they told us to go buy another one. We bought another connector piece and a different installer came back and said that this was not something they could install. (I'm making the assumption that they just didn't know how to do it.) We hired a plumber who pretty much called these guys idiots and said it was a simple gas dryer install. All he did was put the pieces together. We went through the Costco claims process due to having to purchase extra pieces for our gas dryer and this company has so far not responded to our claim. It's been almost a month now and zero response from their phone line and email. read more
