The shipping company was supposed to deliver two refrigerators for my business from an Amazon order and it pushed me out two more weeks from when it was supposed to come. Even though it has been sitting at their warehouse for a week and a half terrible customer service terrible shipping company I would not recommend this company at all to use ever. and furthermore, upon reading other reviews and listening to the owner respond, he obviously doesn't even work on fixing his crappy shipping company to make it the best that it can be. They cancelled my delivery 3 times due to "unforseen circumstances". I explained it was a refrigerator that was ordered on 3/15/26. Hard to live without. They said they didn't get it from LG until 3/24/26. They are only 37 minutes from my house. When they finally did arrive on 4/1/26, it was obvious why the delays. They had a rental truck. I'm sure they were waiting for more deliveries in my area to make it more cost effective for them. No consideration for the customer's inconvenience. Delivery guys were fine. read more

The delivery guys for this particular company were fantastic, but I'm giving this company a one star because they kept giving me the runaround , first they told me they'd be here between 11 and 12 next. They told me they'd be here at 1:45 then they told me they'd be here at 2:22 and it ended up geting here till almost 5 PM.. This was not the delivery men's fault at all. He didn't even respond to my email! Or my voicemails. RXO management (in their cringey terms "higher ups") spend all day hanging their workers out to dry. They give the CSRs the same run-around they give the Customers! They have to send a begging email that gets ignored. Management has a very poor attitude, and they are in the South - not even NY. The only reason I'm giving one star is because I have to. The gentlemen that delivered my peloton tread mill were great. They were polite, knowledgeable and did a great job. However, in the days leading up to the peloton being delivered were terrible when dealing with this company. While scheduling the delivery it said deliveries until 8pm and that they would contact the day before and set up a time with you. Monday night I received an email from peloton stating my tread would be delivered the next day between 7a-8p. Great, called them and discussed that no one would be home until at least 4pm. They said that would be fine and put it in the delivery notes. Then, RXO sends an email stating delivery is scheduled 9a-12p. I call them and explain that no one would be home and it needed to be changed. I was told "there is no guarantee" to which I told them I guaranteed I would not be home, nor would anyone to accept the delivery. My husband then called and spoke to someone who stated it would be no problem. They would call around 4:30 on their way to the address. Great. Tuesday comes and I get a call at 10am that we are the next stop and they would be there within 30 min. I was hung up on an uncountable amount of times. I was promised I would receive calls back multiple times. I never received any calls back, but instead had to keep calling back, spending hours on hold to attempt to talk with someone who could help me. I was told they would reattempt delivery that night (which never happened). The peloton was not scanned back into the facility (which is when I was told I could reschedule the delivery) until 7:30a Wednesday. My husband received a call saying it could be delivered Thursday, but they never set the appointment. I called at least 4 times, talking to several different people as the next available time on their website was 14 days away (Christmas eve) which also wouldn't work for me. I had to speak to multiple people, threaten taking legal action and magically they again had an available appointment Thursday. Will not be using this company ever again read more

1st delivery attempt they refused to unload my delivery as there was snow on my driveway - This was after waiting 3 hours ( 1-4pm delivery timeframe ) as they showed up and proceeded to take my package back with them - I was then rescheduled for 4 days later with a delivery window of 11-2pm after taking another 3 hours out of my work day to wait around I finally reached out at 1:30 as I had not received a call .... they called me back and said that a " truck broke down" and would likely not be able to delivery my package.... This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional, and I would NEVER recommend them. 12/10/2024 Today's updated: I was told I would have an update by noon.. well that did not happen - I had to call the 800 number and the robot told me they have me scheduled now for Dec 17th - Absolutely Unacceptable that my package THEY canceled on twice is not being delivered until a week from today - And the contact at RXO has failed to get back to me as promised before noon read more

Updated 9/11/24: As you can see by the review above, the company did nothing at the time to actually deliver the bed. I ended up canceling the order through IKEA in an attempt to reorder and be assigned a different delivery company. That didn't work, so I just canceled the order and ordered one through Amazon. Since posting reviews of my experience with RXO Liverpool, the company has reached out to "see what they can do." Anyone with sense in their head can see that offering to help after the order has been canceled is purely symbolic and not meant to achieve anything other than good PR. RXO has cost IKEA this order (albeit small) and has ensured that any future order of mine that is scheduled to be shipped by RXO will be canceled immediately. Do not waste your time waiting for RXO to play games and avoid delivering your order. read more

This is a review of the Liverpool facility. I ordered a Peloton bike on January 17th and the soonest delivery date I could chose was February 11th. I waited for my phone call giving me the three-hour delivery window the day prior as instructed and it never came. I called the main number I was provided for RXO and was told I would have it by morning. Come morning, I had no call or email or text. I called yet again and was told they'd send an urgent email and I'd get my window. I then received a call telling me my delivery was cancelled. I was given the option to reschedule it for March 11th. I called and said I needed it sooner and they rescheduled me for February 14th. The same thing happened today, I never received my call the night before for the time window, I called, they said I'd have the information in the morning, I didn't. I called and this time the representative reached out by phone to the local facility and was told my delivery was cancelled due to "bad weather." I checked the radar and there is no bad weather between the local facility and my residence after late morning. It's Central/Northern New York, it snows, but the radar is completely clear after 10:45 a.m. I am currently waiting for my call to reschedule. I called Peloton customer service and they called RXO with me on the line and got the same information. The people I spoke with at RXO's call center and the Peloton representative were all wonderful! They all tried their best to help me and were very friendly. It's just the shipping center in Liverpool that is the issue. I will update this review as my case progresses. read more

HORRIBLE. They have had my couch in the warehouse for a month. Everytime I call, there are NO AVAILABLE DATES. The warehouse is approximately 3 hours from my home. You're telling me in a month, they could not organize a delivery? And I cannot actually talk to anyone at the real warehouse which is a load of BS. I loved being able to see the truck moving on a map via the tracking they sent, it helped me get my dog situated and be outside for them. Two super sweet guys, handled all the IKEA boxes with great care. My driveway can be tricky but they were ready for that, one of them jumped out and waved the driver along to avoid mud etc. This delivery was delightful! read more

This company is the most unprofessional poorly run 'logistics' company I've ever encountered. The driver outwardly lied to me and said he would be back in 2 days to install my units. I ordered a Peloton three weeks ago. I was told the initial delivery date was going to be last Wednesday. The guy no showed because he was stuck in bad weather and said he would deliver it on Saturday. I received no phone call and no one showed up. I have contacted RXO twice now and they're telling me I cannot get delivery until February 8th. But they will "email" someone and see if they can get it sooner. They'll get back to me when they can ... I've not heard from anyone. read more

XPOLogistics has been very frustrating to deal with. I have had two deliveries cancelled so far with them. The first one the driver stated no one was home. Not true, we were home all day, and the diver never called us. The second attempt was cancelled because the driver turned around stating the delivery was rescheduled enroute. Not by me! Who would of done this? Again, the driver never called with an update. I have called the contact number in each case, and was told that someone would call me. Never happened! The third attempt is scheduled for this Saturday. Last chance for them to get this right. How can any company be this inept, and stay in business? read more

My delivery date for Peloton tread was Jan 26. XPO logistics was to deliver - did not call and did not show. Off shore phone # is the customer support who gave me a new delivery date of freaking MAY 4. After numerous phone calls to peloton support I was promised each day I'd get a phone call from the local hub in Liverpool to set up an earlier delivery date. 4 days later No one calls. Do not recommend. I have been waiting months for an order that keeps getting delayed the day before the delivery. My order shipped on April 27th with a delivery date of June 20th, which got delayed to August 15th I was contacted on the 14th it's delayed to September 12th. I have called the number which goes to a call center and was told it would be delivered this week and I would receive a call I never did so called back today and told September 12th is the earliest. And my order is already marked as delivered with the company I ordered from. I can not find a number that doesn't go to a call center and no has been helpful. They damaged my property while delivering and installing my appliances. Damage estimate is $5000. I have sent them all the information (pictures, plumber diagnosis, contractor damage estimate) but they keep hanging up and ignoring me (for two months). I am taking them to court. Be wary if this is the company delivering your appliances. We ordered appliances through Samsung on Sept. 3 and they use this company, XPO, for delivery and installation. Initial delivery was for Oct 7 - 14 and finally was scheduled for Oct. 17. Although we were supposed to receive 24 hour notice, we never did and on the morning of delivery were received notice that delivery/installation would occur between 4 pm and 8 pm with a 30 minute heads up they were on their way (so a wasted day off!!). At 4:53 pm, the tracking app was updated to say the driver cancelled enroute, with no explanation or when we would be rescheduled and no phone call...we discovered by tracking delivery. We have contacted XPO numerous times without satisfaction and have been told a variety of reasons for cancellation: the driver came and we weren't home (no evidence on of our security cameras of this), the items were damaged, they didn't have the team of licensed installers available to install appliances, etc. Now our delivery is not happening until October 28th!!! Fingers crossed all goes well on yet another needed day off. I would recommend if purchasing large items to find out who the shipping company and if it is XPO, just be aware of the potential frustration and run around you may end up experiencing. read more

Been trying to cancel an order RXO could not fulfill for 7 days now. So far, I've made no progress with them. This is 1 month after placing an order for an appliance delivery. Apparently they cannot get a technician to perform an installation, and cannot cancel. They cannot provide ticket numbers for customer support cases, there are no supervisors (at all apparently), and a clear breakdown in communications between their hub and warehouse facilities. Overall a terrible company to work with. Would never wish the treatment I've received on anyone. read more
