One was a priceless painting my mother painted and another was a small 18th-century chest that my mother had left me. The third was a small drum table with a broken leg. The two men who collected the items took great care with them and the items all arrived in California very well wrapped and in excellent shape. It even looked as if the packers had glued the leg together! The price was better than I was quoted by other shippers, who had a minimum that assumed more volume than I had. I would definitely use Navis again.

I posted a negative review on Yelp for this business, but found it impossible to leave it on their site for other potential customers to review for a more balanced report card. This is an intentional devious business decision by Navis that serves the MD and VA areas!!!! Navis website disclosure: We will create the right custom packing and shipping solution for your items; and just so you have peace of mind, we will provide you with personalized service and attention including updates and tracking information about your shipment. Navis failed to initially inform me: "Our trucks handle pickups and deliveries within Delaware, Maryland and Virginia... we use third-party carriers for out-of-state deliveries." My delivery was in CA. Navis does not track third-party shipments by their website commitment. Rather, Navis provided a "tracking site" for the third-party carrier. Per the third-party carrier status, the shipment left Navis on September 16, 2025, and on the following day, September 17, 2025, it arrived in CA at 2:07 a.m. September 18, 2025: Hayward, [CA - in storage] September 19, 2025: Hayward " September 20, 2025: Hayward " September 21, 2025: Hayward " September 22, 2025: Hayward " September 23, 2025: Hayward " September 24, 2025: Shipment delivered.     While shipping returns for Temu and Amazon, the employee at the counter informed me that the Temu…read moreitems needed to be packaged. Initially, his explanation was unclear, as I am accustomed to Amazon returns, which typically do not require packaging. Once I understood the difference, I informed him that I also had Amazon returns. At that point, he refused to assist me further and directed me to use the kiosk, stating that I was "being difficult". The employee was disrespectful throughout the interaction, refused to provide his name, and walked away when I attempted to take a photo. I also overheard him telling another customer that I was being difficult, despite the fact that he had refused to assist me. I have worked in customer service for many years and was surprised by this behavior. I have been a regular customer at this location for years and have never previously had an issue. This interaction was extremely disappointing and has unfortunately made me hesitant to return due to the actions of one employee.
