The employee was disrespectful throughout the interaction, refused to provide his name, and walked away when I attempted to take a photo. I also overheard him telling another customer that I was being difficult, despite the fact that he had refused to assist me. I have worked in customer service for many years and was surprised by this behavior. I have been a regular customer at this location for years and have never previously had an issue. This interaction was extremely disappointing and has unfortunately made me hesitant to return due to the actions of one employee.
