1 star for RXO for never communicating with me the day prior to delivery as promised. I called them several times over 2 days with no help at all. They seemed completely confused & disorganized. I finally got an update WHILE the delivery guys were actually here in the house with the bed. My delivery window (when I did finally get it) only said 6am-7pm...ALL DAY...which is just ridiculous. The delivery guys themselves get 5 stars. They were quick and very professional. I am definitely not happy. My delivery from RXO was to include a Serta mattress and an adjustable base. I only received the base. The mattress "wasn't on the truck" but shows it was ordered and was scheduled for delivery along with the adjustable base. After 7 calls/interactions with RXO and Serta over 10 days, still no mattress. Worst of all? Every time I interact with someone they promise a call back with a resolution by a specific day/time. No calls. No resolutions. Radio silence . I paid $1200 for a bed and do not have it. Unacceptable. If Serta shows it was sent to RXO and RXO shows it was scanned and put on the delivery truck and the truck arrived at my home with no mattress, why am I left holding the bag to get answers? Delivery driver arrived earlier than expected, arrived 10 minutes earlier. He called saying that he would be between 30 and 45 minutes out, he arrived in 22. There's the 15 minute grace period, had the driver gotten here in the timeframe that he said he would I would have made my delivery time. This is a complete inconvenience, I have a family of five without refrigerator, washer and dryer. For rescheduling it shows that it will have to wait another five days. I would've actually made it earlier than the time allloted had he actually made it when he was supposed to (30 min from his call). Completely disappointed that the driver would take self interest over a client needs. I saw him as he was leaving my community. I called him immediately with no answer. read more

Very courteous and professional delivery personnel! They worked quickly and efficiently to remove our old box springs and mattress and get the new ones in place. They took the plastic wrapping on the mattress with them. Very satisfied! One caution: RXO was given the wrong address for our house by the mattress store we used. It wasn't RXO's fault. My advice is to call RXO a few days before delivery and verify they have the correct address. read more

Wouldn't have occurred to me to review a delivery company on Yelp, but they asked so I am. Definition of success for delivery is 1) showing up on time and 2) not damaging anything. XPO did both. Called to let me know they were 10 minutes out, which was nice. They also removed all the packaging in advance so we didn't have to worry about it. If its one thing I cant stand is a dishonest business. Lie#1: I ordered an item from a retailer and got the "confirmed" text message twice for my delivery. Waited.. Waited... called and asked about the delivery and they said that " no one was home " and they were returning the item back to the hub. I was there all day and told them I can stay longer if they come back. They said no. Lie#2: The notes said that I called in to reschedule while the package was en route . Never happened, I called in to figure out where my "confirmed" delivery was. The process is for them to call me ahead of the delivery time, and the driver decided to deviate from the process and decide to not call or they lied about even showing up. read more

Dealing with XPO for our Samsung fridge delivery has been a horrific nightmare. And they don't even care. Let me tell you why. We ordered our fridge directly from Samsung on Aug 28. Samsung delivered the fridge to this XPO hub warehouse on Sept 14. Delivery date was set for Friday Sept 16 and all seemed to be going well. On Sept 16, the XPO delivery driver said he only had a fridge panel to deliver and not a fridge. So he sent the panel back to the hub and screwed everything up. That's when the nightmare started. A week later a new delivery date was scheduled for Sept 28. This was a Wednesday that we took off of work and made sure we were home for the delivery. Darkness on Sept 28. Crickets. No calls or communication from XPO and they never showed. It is now OCTOBER 12 and we don't have a fridge in our new home. All calls and emails directed to XPO have gone unanswered. Until yesterday when someone from XPO finally gave us an update on our fridge: it's lost. Gone. Poof! How do you lose a 350lb fridge? I'm not sure how you could lose a 350lb anything, but XPO knows how. Just ask them. Hopefully it comes before Thanksgiving. read more

Purchased a piece of residential lawn equipment from Tractor Supply. Paid $200 for delivery. They contracted this company and WOW has it been ridiculously hard. 1. Got told it was going to be delivered on Monday. 2. Check Mon... Was told it was already delivered Thursday of last week (I think we'd notice if a $4k riding mower got dropped off 3. Called Tractor Supply. Was told the mower would be delivered the next day (or maybe Weds) 4. Tues afternoon comes and we decide to confirm with XPO. Was told that Tractor Supply messes UP up all the time and that we should have it by Weds 5. Call Weds afternoon... Told they don't have a truck to service our area and could we make arrangements to come pick it up. We own a logistics company. There's is no way on God's green Earth we'd expect our customers to handle what we've been paid to do. We are now waiting at the XPO hub with a flat bed we rented. This company's one shining star are their dock workers. They went out of their way to help us break down and load our mower. read more
