The times she has gone on vacation I've come back, and every time I regret it. I needed a one week fill. Instead of charging me for a one week fill with foreign lash fee, they charged me for a 6 week fill!! Even the tech told me that wasn't right.. The second time I came back the tech was struggling, it felt like she spent more time ungluing my lashes from the pad then actually doing my lashes. When I got home, I noticed she had CUT a third of my bottom lashes because she didn't cover them with the pad correctly. And the last time, I was told I didn't have an appointment, when I showed the tech my text confirmation she said the tech is on her way she was over 30 minutes late and finished a full set in about 40 minutes. I had showed the tech a picture from THEIR yelp page of what I wanted and my lashes looked nothing like it. Then she said "let me check your profile" because my biggest complaint was the length. She used 14/15s when I get 19/20s.. and she said oh ,ok. So she tried to add longer lashes in, four times she took off the pads thinking she was done but I kept saying they are too short and look nothing like the picture. I finally gave up. She glued lashes on top of lashes so now I have thick clumps of glue along my lash line that are too heavy for my lashes. The longer lashes look messy and out of place. I reached out via email thre days later to get this rectified but I haven't received a response.

After my appointment, my lashes felt damaged, almost burned. When I later saw my regular technician in Washington, she confirmed there was noticeable damage and advised me to let my lashes recover for a few months. It was an upsetting experience, and I didn't get a lash lift again for quite some time. I hope things have improved since then, but I wanted to share. When I checked in, I asked if any of providers I saw on Google were there and Sabin was! She was kind, gentle, and very attentive. I told her all of my areas of concern and she provided a plan for me. She threaded my brows, and waxed my armpits and chin. While I was waiting for her, I saw a lot of other people getting their eyebrows tinted. I was curious about the process so I asked and based on her response I was confident enough to try it. It was a great experience! My Biggest concern was the tint being too dark. Typically the darker you go, the longer the tint will last, but I had events that week and I didn't want my eyebrows looking crazy dark. I expressed that to Sabin she told me that she could give me a lighter tint that would look natural. I was a bit nervous, but it was perfect! It lasted me about ~ two weeks. If I have a period of time where I don't have to go out in the public thenmaybe I'll get the darker tint but the natural tint she did for me was great. I'll definitely be back! The waxing was quick and painless. Total I believe my visit cost me around 60 bucks including tip. They do sell products at the front and I was convinced to buy the wipes for my eyebrows. I don't really think they were necessary as you could just use a dental gentle napkin or cloth to wipe your brows daily. They are located in a smaller lot so parking can be tricky, but I was able to find a spot just fine. The place itself was clean and they have about eight seats for services and a long bench in the waiting area for guest.
