All of my guest were super uncomfortable it was embarrassing for me as a host to have everyone come to a party where it is almost 90 degrees inside. To top it off there was about 3 other parties & only ONE party host (employee) to help with all 4 parties. My party started at 4 I had guest who had arrived already & we're all waiting around for the kids game cards. We did not receive our game cards till about 420 bc the party host was super busy helping the other parties, getting anything took forever. Our party ran out of water & I asked for the water jug to be refilled & it took about 20 minutes to have refilled. I felt bad for the party host he was doing the best that he could, super unprofessional on management to not have more staff help with all of the parties they had booked. The employee that was explaining the laser tag rules was super RUDE, he asked do we have any birthdays today my 7 year old raised her hand & said me & the employee rudely goes we know it's your birthday. HOW RUDE! Why even ask that then. I was told this by multiple guests. The restroom disgusting! No soap just hand sanitizer. The laser tag room was even hotter. All of my guest came out dripping sweat that most of them didn't want to do the next round bc of how hot & uncomfortable everyone was. Super disappointing and embarrassing. The whole point of me booking a party was so that my guest would be inside and not hot during this summer heat wave. WOULD NEVER BOOK A PARTY OR COME HERE AGAIN.

Deanna, the owner, was wonderful and made sure everything ran smoothly and that we were well taken care of from start to finish. We were also pleasantly surprised by how good the pizza was! The facility was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for a group of energetic kids. We couldn't have asked for a better party experience. Highly recommend for birthday parties, class celebrations, or just a fun outing!

From the moment we arrived until the end of the night, we were treated with so much kindness and genuinely great customer service. We were first greeted by a young lady who was extremely friendly, welcoming, and happy to help us. There was about a two-hour wait for bowling, and because we had arrived later in the evening, she went out of her way to get a manager to assist us. A huge shout-out to Ryan, the manager, who was brand new but did an absolutely amazing job! He was able to get us into bowling earlier than expected, added some extra money to our game cards, and continued to make sure our family was taken care of throughout the entire night. He truly went above and beyond, and it made such a difference in our experience. I also want to recognize Guadalupe in the prize/toy area, who was incredibly sweet and kind to my family. Everyone we encountered made us feel welcomed and appreciated. Nowadays, it can be hard to find places where the staff genuinely seems happy to help and goes that extra mile for their customers. Main Event Montclair really stood out. We left feeling so grateful for how well our family was treated. Thank you, Ryan, Guadalupe, and the entire Main Event team for making our night so special. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back soon!

We also took some cool pictures at the stage that they have. Honestly I had no idea what to expect but my group had such an amazing time. There was 15 of us and we played about 5 games in a span of our 1 hour time slot. Our game master was so great, she had great vibes and was very informative with all of our questions. Either i'm old or out of shape (or a mixture of both) but i was huffing and puffing between the games and I think the timeframe per game was good. The breaks inbetween helped a lot too LOL Can't wait to be back. The missions were really fun!

They did a great job designing the course and making it feel interactive. It was pretty busy, so we had to wait at a few holes for the groups ahead of us, but it was definitely worth the wait. We also did the 3D zombie ride, which was pretty cool, but the highlight for me was definitely the laser tag. Having two teams and an actual scoring system made it really competitive and interactive. By the end, it honestly felt like we had gotten a workout in! I highly recommend giving the laser tag a try. We didn't get a chance to do the go-karts because the line was really long, but considering we went on a Saturday, that was expected. We also didn't try any of the food or drinks, so I can't really comment on those. Overall, we had a great time and the employees were cool. We didn't have any issues during our visit and would definitely come back. Just be prepared for crowds and longer lines if you're going on a Saturday or busy weekend!

The entire place was very clean, spacious, and well kept, which made the experience even better. One of my favorite things was that it wasn't packed at all when we went. We barely had to wait in lines, so the kids were able to go from one activity to another without spending the day waiting around. Overall, we all had such a great time and definitely left happy! Also played some arcades while waiting but quite a few of the machines were completely broken or after inserting tokens would not work or malfunction. I told the staff every time and received some tokens back but they never went to check on the machine or even wrote anything down. This makes the experience for others less enjoyable if they're uncomfortable asking for a refund. The bathrooms were out of soap, and when I told the staff they didn't seem too concerned and said "oh, looks like this hand sanitizer is here instead" except the hand sanitizer was on top of the paper towel dispenser and not in reach of most people. Arcades are already dirty but the fact there was no soap just means viruses will spread much faster. They don't disinfect the laser tag equipment between uses and also there are ramps in the arena that aren't properly marked resulting in tripping hazards which caused injuries during my experience.

I would give this place 3 stars overall. The kids still had fun, but there were several things that…read moremade the experience disappointing. One issue was the online tickets. The passes we purchased were only valid for 3 months, and there was no reminder before they expired. We bought 6 tickets for the kids, but they got sick and couldn't come in time. When we returned later, we were simply told the tickets had expired. While I understand businesses have policies, a 3-month limit feels too short for families with young children, since schedules and illnesses can easily come up unexpectedly. The staff was polite, but not particularly helpful in trying to find a solution. The facility itself also felt somewhat under-maintained. Cleanliness could definitely be improved, seating is limited for parents, and there's no Wi-Fi available. The required socks are also $5 a pair, and overall the pricing feels more focused on maximizing profit than improving customer comfort and experience. The kids still enjoyed themselves, which is why I'm giving 3 stars instead of lower. I just hope management considers making the experience more customer-friendly for families.
