There was 15 of us and we played about 5 games in a span of our 1 hour time slot. Our game master was so great, she had great vibes and was very informative with all of our questions. Either i'm old or out of shape (or a mixture of both) but i was huffing and puffing between the games and I think the timeframe per game was good. The breaks inbetween helped a lot too LOL Can't wait to be back. The missions were really fun!

We waited a good 10 minutes and when we noticed the person who was supposed to help us was out there batting while he was working. Another thing that we didn't like was if you have Schools first debit card for some reason they couldn't take it. The good thing was we had cash with us, but if we didn't we were going to be screwed. All I got to say is they have to work better with customer service.

Also played some arcades while waiting but quite a few of the machines were completely broken or after inserting tokens would not work or malfunction. I told the staff every time and received some tokens back but they never went to check on the machine or even wrote anything down. This makes the experience for others less enjoyable if they're uncomfortable asking for a refund. The bathrooms were out of soap, and when I told the staff they didn't seem too concerned and said "oh, looks like this hand sanitizer is here instead" except the hand sanitizer was on top of the paper towel dispenser and not in reach of most people. Arcades are already dirty but the fact there was no soap just means viruses will spread much faster. They don't disinfect the laser tag equipment between uses and also there are ramps in the arena that aren't properly marked resulting in tripping hazards which caused injuries during my experience.

The passes we purchased were only valid for 3 months, and there was no reminder before they expired. We bought 6 tickets for the kids, but they got sick and couldn't come in time. When we returned later, we were simply told the tickets had expired. While I understand businesses have policies, a 3-month limit feels too short for families with young children, since schedules and illnesses can easily come up unexpectedly. The staff was polite, but not particularly helpful in trying to find a solution. The facility itself also felt somewhat under-maintained. Cleanliness could definitely be improved, seating is limited for parents, and there's no Wi-Fi available. The required socks are also $5 a pair, and overall the pricing feels more focused on maximizing profit than improving customer comfort and experience. The kids still enjoyed themselves, which is why I'm giving 3 stars instead of lower. I just hope management considers making the experience more customer-friendly for families.
