10/24/25 Friday Came around 5:45 PM for the open gym session. It was pretty empty besides some kids practicing. We came in with no climbing background so it was a very humbling experience! Much harder than the Ninja Warrior Adventure Park in Santa Ana. This place is better for experienced climbers or folks who have lessons and want to get practice in. They do offer chalk but I recommend you bring your own because it was kind of hidden and very limited. Most areas/courses were clear, but there was one corner of the gym that was kind of cluttered so it was hard to move around without feeling like I'd trip. read more

Came here for a birthday party and my son loved it. They were very patient with him even when he wanted to go on things that were not yet available or when he was being his daredevil self and jumping off things other 5 year olds wouldn't. We just had my son's 11th birthday party here and it was one of the best venues I've hosted at for either of my sons!! I go big for my kids' birthday parties and my son wanted to try something different this year. Somehow I found this gym and immediately loved the flexibility of the pricing structure and it's cheaper per kid if you have big parties. They provided 4 AWESOME instructors and we had 2 hours of private gym use which includes an area with tables for the parents to eat and hang out while watching their kids try to master very challenging courses :P Or parents are allowed to try these courses for free as long as you sign the waiver! The best part of this gym and birthday party is that have FANTASTIC instructors who are instructive, positive, helpful in providing tips and encouraging every step of the way. Plus they help to set up and clean up (you must TIP them because they really make the experience wonderful!!). I've hosted many parties and been to many - for most active and semi to wildly adventurous group of kids, this may be one of my top 3 birthday party venues! Kids are working hard to accomplish hard physical challenges with the guidance and support of a great staff. I think kids could get hurt as these courses are not "kid" ones but the same ones used by adult trainers. Thankfully no one was hurt and everyone seemed to have a ton of fun. Plus you can bring your own food/ drink in so it doesn't have to be terrible pizza with awful fruit punch! I do wish we had more than 30 minutes to eat (they instruct/supervise for 1.5 hours plus kids didn't want to get off the gym mats to eat!). Other than that, such a good time was had!! Give them a try - you will see how much fun and challenging this is for the kids and you will feel they are in good hands, despite some scary looking challenges!! read more

The coaches here are so knowledgeable and care about each athlete. Multiple times the coaches spent over an hour of their time during open gym to help me learn a new skill. Anyone wanting to try out ninja or parkour should definitely come check out Movement Lab! read more

BEWARE THIS PLACE IS A HAZARD!!Went for a kid party and my son lacerated his scalp from an exposed screw! Not only is this place wrought with negligence but the staff is immature and irresponsible lacking compassion. The staff didn't have sanitizing products for a case like this and the equipment was dirty and worn out. Not one employee came to aid my 11 year old son during and after the party was finished. When I told the staff what happened and what caused it, they just denied knowing a screw was exposed and it only took an hour to safety proof the area and throwing paper towels over a child's blood is considered ok as the children were still playing. My son received 6 staples and not one employee asked us if their was anything they could do. THEY COULD NOT PAY US TO WALK IN ONE MORE TIME! read more

I'm sure this is a great training facility for adults especially for the american ninja warriors training. They have all the obstacles just like in the show. But we came here yesterday for a kid birthday party. 10 year old kid. And this place is really not safe for kids at all! Of course the first they asked us to do was to sign a waiver. With this kind of place which did not have child safety at all, they needed to protect themselves from any accident that could happen. There were about 30 kids in the party with only 3 staff from the facility. They broke down into 3 groups and each group did different challenges. Anything done on the first floor was fine. But the second floor was super dangerous. Kids were running around in a 3 or 4 foot wide platform with no fence at all! And the staff did not care. Luckily no one fell. But this was super dangerous. After that, they gave the kids free time. Everyone could run around and use the facilities.... without supervision! Unbelievable! I would not recommend this place for kids at all. If you are adult then go ahead, but please do not bring your kids (or have a birthday party) here! This place should have not offered a birthday party package here! read more

First time here. We attempted to sign up earlier in the year for classes but then covid happened. Recently we signed up for a Day Camp session and we are so happy we did. The location can be a bit hard to find if you are new to the area or not local (thank goodness for GPS). However it's in a great area right off the 210 freeway. Plenty of parking as it is in a semi-warehouse district. The office staff is very friendly and made us feel welcome. The gym itself is a very open space with high ceilings and they do keep it clean. Our daughter worked with Coach Michael and Coach Arnold (who is also co-owner) and they are just great. They do warm-ups and go over safety protocols prior to beginning the session. Kids will be kids and want to try every apparatus in the gym but the coaches are very aware and do not allow the kids to go where they should not. For this particular day camp and due to restrictions is it limited to no more than 10 kids (ages 5-12). I am looking forward to when the gym will be open for regular classes so our daughter can progress on their band level system. She is determined to become a Ninja and as far as I have seen this is where I prefer to have her train. read more

Michael and Bryan, ninja warrior trainers and party coordinators are the best! My son and his friends have so much fun on this 9th bday party in this location. Not only the kids enjoyed the ninja warrior obstacle but also the parents by just watching the kids. They were amazed on the well prepare and knowledgeable the trainers. I am very perfectionist person that's why every year, I don't repeat the bday location of my son because I see things not in my standard. But this location exceeded my expectation and the most important is my son said that this is the best party and he wants to do it next year again. Do you want your kids to be safe? Then don't come here. I came for a Birthday party and the party itself was pretty decent. The safety was not good at all. First of all, there were three employees at the birthday party and way too many kids. The employees were rather playing over actually doing their job. First of all, the foam pit at the top does not have a railing and if a kid falls, it will be a huge regret. The kids would have fallen off if the parents were not watching them. The workers there were in the foam pit or playing from outside with the kids. There was no discipline as well. There were very little cushions at place on the structures, and I do not recommend coming here. read more

Arrived at location and we where informed that the waiver was filled out Incorrectly with the wrong name. I asked the employee if he could just change it on their website. He said he could not and we had to go back onto their website and submit a new waiver. I was confused because with today's technology they should be able to make changes. It took another 10 minutes to fill out the waiver with their wifi going in and out. They really need to invest in technology for their customers. I guess that's why they teach ninja training and are not with technology savy! read more

My son has been going here for two months now and absolutely loves it! The staff here is outstanding and has a solid understanding of body movement (or kinesiology). One of the owners, Arnold Hernandez, is a true professional, knows exactly how to keep the workouts great for kids of all ranges, and adults too. His staff knows how to make the workouts fun, challenging, and maintain a very safe environment. My son has increased his confidence, his skills for ANW Junior training, and has made friends. All of the kids training with my son encourage one another and watch each other make progress as the weeks pass. The gym is very large and has a lot of obstacles that change week to week so you learn something new. Every six weeks, they have "band testing" which is exactly like earning a belt. It's like watching a mini ANW Junior episode -- all the kids are timed and earn a band when they're successful at the course. They have three walls (10 feet, 12 feet, and 14 feet 8 inches). This place is totally epic! It makes me wish I was younger again so I can try it all out!! They are open on Sundays for birthday parties, which is how I found out about it. It's pretty cool seeing adult and Junior ANW that have been on the show working out here too. If you're reading this, you should try it. They have great deals and are open late! read more

My 13 and 11 yr old kids are having the time of their life at M Lab. They started the first day it opened in San Dimas and it's their favorite place now. The instructors (Arnold & Scott) take the time to teach proper technique and explain why you do xyz; this is very helpful for my kids. Also to make sure each student is grasping the skills; sometimes that means explaining it in different ways. We had a party here and attended a party; everyone from adults to kids had an amazing time. The smiles on all the faces and all the cheering, laughter it was truly incredible. My kids are doing the Ninja obstacles and the Parkour classes and eagerly get their homework done without hassles so they can be sure to attend the classes; they never want to miss a class...mom win :) read more
