Green course starts and runs closer to freeway, eventually ending away from it. A couple obvious things we immediately noticed, The water in the fountain ponds could use deep cleaning and lighting in a few areas need replacing. We spent a couple hours playing at our leisure. ( Expect to play at least 2 hours) There are benches along the way to sit, not too many slim tables to place drinks though. Also, if you need a restroom, you will need to walk back to the main entrance building. It's a good walk away if you're outdoors playing mini golfing. The arcade has a huge variety of games. Not to many classic but still a good time for kids to enjoy. The bowling alley looked enticing, clean and large enough to accommodate big groups. Whatever you decide to play, each area is priced differently. Good place to spend indoors or outdoors. Have fun!

From the moment we arrived until the end of the night, we were treated with so much kindness and genuinely great customer service. We were first greeted by a young lady who was extremely friendly, welcoming, and happy to help us. There was about a two-hour wait for bowling, and because we had arrived later in the evening, she went out of her way to get a manager to assist us. A huge shout-out to Ryan, the manager, who was brand new but did an absolutely amazing job! He was able to get us into bowling earlier than expected, added some extra money to our game cards, and continued to make sure our family was taken care of throughout the entire night. He truly went above and beyond, and it made such a difference in our experience. I also want to recognize Guadalupe in the prize/toy area, who was incredibly sweet and kind to my family. Everyone we encountered made us feel welcomed and appreciated. Nowadays, it can be hard to find places where the staff genuinely seems happy to help and goes that extra mile for their customers. Main Event Montclair really stood out. We left feeling so grateful for how well our family was treated. Thank you, Ryan, Guadalupe, and the entire Main Event team for making our night so special. Cons- Parking was expensive, Google Maps will try to kill you by telling you to enter the wrong driveway (the exit), don't order a salad it has no dressing offered (Weird!!!). People recording everywhere, dress code(some older women here to date? LOL), some seated areas closed, our picnic area had no reservation signs so we had to ask people to leave (I recommend you bring your own to avoid conflicts)

When I learned she was one of the "presenters" is when I searched for another company. Unfortunately no one else was available for my date so I called back. I spoke with her Monday about booking and she confirmed availability but said she was in the car and would call me back later to finish booking. Ok, great. She didn't call me back. I called her back Tuesday afternoon and left a message. Same thing Wednesday, I called a few times to follow up and pay. No response. Today, Thursday, I called and got a hold of her. She apparently has booked someone in my spot since we spoke. I am sooo angry. When we hung up Monday, I would have paid if she'd told me how instead said she was driving and we'd handle later. So I assumed we had our spot. When I reminded her of this, she told me I needed to understand she speaks to a lot of people every day and she had car troubles which she had to fix and handle. Quite frankly, I do understand things happen BUT how do you confirm someone else when you already told someone else they had that spot. Im furious but it may be for the best as I can not imagine her type of personality entertaining a bunch of 4 year olds. Terrible way to run your business. Look for a different company!!! I do NOT recommend. If you follow my reviews, I do NOT typically give out 1 star reviews and I'm very fair. But this review deserves it as they completely left me hanging for a party!
