I came here after my inner/outer detail with Lim, from Detail by Precision. He pointed out that my…read moreroof was already starting to break down: patchy, worn, almost like these "salt-burn" marks across the paint of the roof. I'll be honest, I'm still learning about paint health but I know enough to recognize when something needs attention. I love my car, it's reliable, it supports everything I need to do in my life--and since I fully own it, I wanted to do something meaningful for it for my birthday. They walked me through two options: vinyl vs. PPF. And the way they explained PPF just made sense. It wasn't just about aesthetics, it was about peace of mind. Protection from all the elements this car goes through daily. Longevity. Something that holds integrity over time, not just a quick fix. That mattered to me. The owner was incredibly informative. You can tell there's intention behind everything here: not just the service, but the design, the experience, the way they think. As a designer, I pick up on that immediately. It doesn't feel random...it feels considered. And the front desk, she was amazing! I wish I remembered her name. But you know when someone's vibe is just genuine? Not performative, not transactional--just kind, attentive, and actually caring about helping you? That was her. It makes a difference. What really surprised me was the turnaround. Same day. I wasn't expecting that at all! They finished the roof in a black gloss PPF, and it completely transformed the car. It looks like a panoramic roof now--clean, elevated, honestly more expensive. It was such a strong recommendation, and I'm really glad I trusted it. We also talked about window tinting, and after this experience, I'm already planning to come back. The level of professionalism, the clarity, the care--it's consistent across everything they do. When you get PPF you get a followup appointment to ensure everything is curing properly. You can tell they work on luxury vehicles, there's a precision to their standards. But what stood out to me is that they bring that same level of care to anyone who walks in. No matter your vehicle, they are dedicated to making it feel top notch. That matters. I highly recommend them. Truly. Thank you Graphix Lab! Attaching photos of how shiny black gloss PPF looks.

I always passed by GraphTech in Daly City, went there and was disappointed by their customer service. A $35/fee oh come on! That's nonsense! So when I went home, I went back on Yelp and noticed that this place had high ratings too, so I emailed Joel w/ the Hello Kitty Cupcake image i wanted and he quoted me for about $20. He also emailed to let me know that it was ready. Came by yesterday and I loved it! It was exactly the same as my friend's decal! Told him I'd come back today to pay for it, and I also emailed him last night an image of Keroppi and he made it for me.. so all together I got (2) of Hello Kitty and (2) of Keroppi for only $30! That's so much better than the other place. Can't wait to have more decals done here! Thanks so much Joel! I am a very happy customer!

I have nothing but good stuff to say about Norcal Signs. They provided cheaper quotes than their competition, they were highly professional, and they were just pleasant people to work with. I am extremely satisfied with the storefront signage, the 3-D address numbers, and the window decals they made for my own business. We will definitely be working with them again in the near future.

The draft they sent back looked perfect, so I gave the go-ahead. However, when I received the actual product, the color was blatantly orange, not red. Upon contacting them to rectify the issue, I was met with rudeness and a refusal to acknowledge the mistake. I was told that it's just how vinyl printing works, which was neither helpful nor satisfactory. Very disappointing service, especially considering the high reviews they had. Their prices were average, but now I completely wasted over $500, which is a lot of money when you're running a small business. Also beware, I went to their physical office in SSF as listen on Yelp, and it is another company (window tinting). Seems a little shady to me.

The gentleman who came seemed great, but he didn't send me a quote. One week later, I hadn't heard anything from them. After calling to ask if I could get my quote, the Owner (I believe) told me that they may "take a pass," on our projects. When I asked why, she said they "do this all of the time." She sent a follow-up email blaming it on their schedule and workload, but I had not even given them a delivery schedule. It was a super disappopinting experience. My advice - if you plan on getting a quote from them for a commercial project, get quotes from competitors as well. Be aware that this company evidently chooses to "take a pass" on projects often.

They helped and accommodated me all through the process when I had some last minute special needs. Seriously, this is the best customer service I have enjoyed in some time. Thank you Signworks for appreciating our business. Folks, here is the icing on the cake. My assistant didnt forward part of the order. This was discovered after the partial order had been processed. Signworks worked with us, adjusted pricing, and met our deadline and still came in a couple bucks budget even though they would have been well within their rights to hold the price of the part of the project that had already been started. If you need a sign made in the Peninsula, this is the place to get it!!!

We contracted Signworks in October for overhead exterior signage and paid over $7,000 in deposit…read morefee's (50% of the total project cost) as required. Four months later, the permit process has still not been properly submitted and the project has not moved forward. During this time, the company was sold to new ownership and we were not notified of the transition. Their office location closed and their main phone number was disconnected, which initially led us to believe the company had shut down after collecting our deposit. After considerable effort, I was able to track down a number for one of their project managers (Doug), who was helpful and put me in touch with the new owner. The new owner was apologetic for the delay and assured us the permits would be submitted last week. Since then, I have followed up three separate times and have not received confirmation that the permits have been submitted or any clear update on next steps. For any business, exterior signage is critical for visibility. A four-month delay after a $7,000 deposit, combined with nonexistent communication, has been extremely frustrating. I genuinely hope to update this review with a positive follow-up stating that the project was completed and commitments were honored. I would gladly revise this review if the situation is resolved promptly. At this time, however, we are still waiting for meaningful progress.

Our contractor ordered a notice printout from another company who never emailed us until a day AFTER it was due, so we contacted SpeedPro via email late evening. The owner got back to me before 7 am the next day, and between her and her employee whom I talked to when I called the business everything worked out perfectly. The only tiny thing that I could do without was a little bit of attitude when I got mixed up and sent the incorrect attachment first, and then followed up almost immediately with the right one. They acted a bit frustrated/annoyed by that, but things happen and I corrected myself right away and checked with them to make sure they were printing the right version. All in all, very good experience. The City of Oakland was satisfied with their work and so were we.
