As usual service is bad. Had to go here since they failed to mail my equipment THREE times. Each time the rep said the previous rep did not complete my order or it was not found in system. Walked in only wanting to pick up my x1box self install. I was 30 in line on a Tuesday at like 11 am. You would think they have enough common sense to have an express line but apparently I'm the first customer to need a quick item. There needs to be a better system here for people who are dropping off or picking up equipment. Nobody wants to spend hours of their afternoon here for a quick transaction. It just doesn't make sense to make everyone wait, when there are quicker and more organized ways of doing things. Figure out a station for drop off and pick up and separate it from all other needs, that's all it would take for customer service to improve instantly. read more

This store is amazing ! The people that work here are very nice and they greet you right when you come in ! I always make an appointment before I go so I won't have to wait as long as others do. The employee Michael Rios is great he is a very honest person when it comes to attending me and my billing situation or anything I come in for really. It's a beautiful new store perhaps they should've spent some of their money on training people rather than on Decour. I Went into plantation store this afternoon and asked a basic question the person at the upfront looked at me like I was speaking Greek cannot answer the question and told me what I was asking was 100% incorrect. I question " Is Comcast phone considered VOIP??" I had to phone what they call customer service to confirm that it was VOIP. I have a piece of medical equipment that needs a filter to work over VOIP. After a call to customer service you can do an online survey regarding customer service. Over the years I have answered the survey question 20 times. This is the best run service center I have ever been to. I took in a broken cable box, had that box deducted from my account and exchanged out 3 old remotes for new ones. I was in and out in 8 minutes. This is taking into account that Joshua, the incredibly nice service rep I dealt with, was also training someone while helping me. Love this place!! read more

This location is excellent, clean and efficient. Deserves 5 stars. I came in with a huge problem- had Kelie help me who went over and above to make sure to get my issue fixed. From the the 1st encounter lack therefore the bad service begins. Suggestion: have the person at the front nicely greet YOUR clients and have a separate area for return of equipment. Maybe self service. You can't even hear the Reps call your name from their station. YOUR clients are keeping you in business and you should appreciate them. YOUR employees are running your business. I have no complaints about my visit to the Xfinity store. One of my cable boxes stopped working, so I came in to swap it out for a new one. Upon arriving, I spoke with the man behind the entrance desk. He took my equipment and helped me sign in to be helped as soon as a service agent was available. According to the TV screens posted, I was fourth in line. This was around 3:00 pm on a Saturday afternoon. There were 8-10 agents working. All were helping people, and it was my turn in less than 5 minutes. Michael assisted me. He was super friendly and efficient. In just a few more minutes, I was out the door and headed home with my new box. I am happy with the service I received for my simple request. read more

The company is no good. They continuously change their rates and are always charging absurd fees. I have had to sit on 5 calls with Comcast for over an hour long. They have are not able to help at all. They are terrible. Honestly- you are better off going back to an old school television set before purchasing from Comcast. WOW, was I impressed with this place. I have been to the Pompano and Davie locations. This location has them beat and so close to my house. Great parking lot, easy to find. Very friendly and helpful staff. Inviting store and well air conditioned. No lines. I came to exchange a remote control. I was in and out in five minutes. WOW again. read more

The absolute worst! Let's start at the bottom: Worst customer service I've ever dealt with - with constant lying and misinformation and stonewalling and promised confirmation emails that never arrive by poor outsourced Indian reps named Jeremy and Albert (yeah, right!) and hold times up to an hour, and reps telling you they understand how frustrated you must be about the lies and misinformation and stonewalling and hour long hold times. (not just me but nationwide by far the worst company in America for this). Slightly up from there is the equipment: my security system has stopped working several times which led to my comments about customer service. The camera I paid for doesn't work, yet they won't take it off the bill anywhere I can see. They want me to uninstall it myself and return it to the Comcast center 30 miles away for a credit, even after the tech said it didn't work. They have clearly earned their reputation as the worst company in America. Work for them at your own peril, folks. Unless you like being yelled at by people who have been lied to and stolen from, your career will be short. UPDATE: still the worst. UPDATE 2: they've managed to get even worse. Wait. We received a new cable box from this location. I liked that they have a similar setup like the ATT store where you sign in when you enter and know how many people are ahead of you. There were 10 people ahead of us but it was a very short wait, probably only 5 minutes. The reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 4 is that they gave us a refurbished remote control that didn't work. That was disappointing, the remote buttons were very worn and the letters were worn off in places. The next day we went in and 24 were ahead of us, but Aritzal didn't make us wait. He brought out a new remote so we were out of there in less than 1 minute. Thank you Aritzal (hope I'm spelling that correctly). On a side note, I never call customer service during the day, all of their calls are outsourced to India and Pakistan. When you call in the evening, the wait time is longer, but at least you get someone stateside. read more

Wow! So amazed how quickly we got in and out. We came in an hour before closing and we were quickly greeted by a nice gentleman. We only waited for maybe 5 minutes. We we're dreading coming to the store because of previous experiences. Once they called our names we gave them our boxes, our lady told us how we can save money and we saved $90 a month!! Awful awful awful service. Comcast can change its name to Xfinity, but its utter lack of regard for customers remains. We regret switching from AT&T. We signed up for Xfinity over two weeks ago and have not gotten our wifi extender pods, which means that half our house has no internet - the installer came and installed everything else but didn't bring the pods. Since that time, I've spoken to 5 xfinity representatives, each saying that we will get the pods in 1-2 days...10 days later, no pods. Even worse, when I ask specific questions I get dishonest responses - I ask if the pods are on the way and the representative says yes, only later to find (after talking to another rep) that they have not been shipped. The lies only get more ridiculous the more I dig in - the last representative I spoke to initially told me they weren't shipped, then when I pressed he said they were actually shipped yesterday but can't give me a tracking number. Does anyone believe Xfinity would ship something without a tracking number? Even worse, when I continues to press, the rep tried to change the subject - he said my internet is working so the pods aren't an issue - as if somehow he thinks I would forget the initial premise of my call, which is that I need the pods for the internet to work in half of my house. I expected much, much better from Xfinity. They left some coal in our stockings for Christmas this year! read more

Comcast/Xfinity or however they're branding themselves this month is known for long lines and poor customer service. As such, my boyfriend and I decided to come early to return some equipment abd possibly get Internet only. We cut the cable 6+ months ago and have been just fine with a digital antenna, Netflix and my Mobile Hotspot. We arrived just before 8. There was one nutcase in front of us outside sitting on the floor. They opened the door promptly at 8. The guy breezed past the employee who was intending to check him in. Screaming and ranting on about something. We were checked in by a nice employee and waited. The new location is big with several more windows/reps than the Davie store I previously visited. That place and the DMV are THE worst! We noticed there were not a lot of seats. I guess they're trying to be more efficient with a get 'em in get 'em out approach. We were called up to the representative and she took care of our issues with ease. I was impressed that we were done within 10 minutes. My tip is go early to avoid any lines! read more

This store sucks, the manager sucks and the employees suck. Employees take forever to deal with each customer. Too many stations and not enough fast and hard working employees. After they finish with a customer, (something that could take up to 30 minutes), they start looking at their computer monitors for 15 minutes more doing nothing before calling the next customer in line, or they just leave their post. The manager (short little guy), doesn't do anything to alleviate the wait for us the customers. He walks slowly throughout the store from computer to computer, pretending to work and does nothing even though he sees that there are always a lot of customers waiting. He should get behind a customer service desk and start helping the customers. The manager is an incompetent idiot that does not care if there are 50 customers waiting to solve problems in a timely manner. Not even in a third world country the private offices run as bad as the xfinity store in Plantation. If you dont want to spend 3 hours there, go somewhere else. read more
