    Leaving a Very Happy Customer at Plantation location. Went in hoping for some results, expecting the same runaround. Was more than satisfied with the resukts!

    I've visited this Xfinity store a few times. This store is located in a busy plaza but I've always been able to find a spot. The store is bright, open and airy. The seats could be more comfortable. The greeter takes your name and reason for your visit as soon as you walk in. The next available agent will call your name to assist you. I never waited more then 5-10 minutes to see a rep. Greeters were polite and reps. helpful & effcient. I would recommend this Xfinity store by Comcast.

    It's a monopoly. They don't care and love hidden fees:) Many complaints have been filed with BBB.

(Would give 0 stars if I could) Went to upgrade my phone which is on a 2 year payment plan. Had my old phone for over 2 years, knowing I owed nothing in it. They tried to tell me I had to pay $300 to pay off the phone to upgrade it. After seeing that I was confused and calling Verizon myself, they quickly back tracked and told me I never had to pay the $300, only the upgrade fee. I was helped my Lamour, who told me at that point that all I owed was the tax on the new phone which was $175. It was not $175, he had secretly added in an extra $80 by putting a phone case and screen protector on my phone. I did not ask for nor agree to this, I assumed he was throwing it in for free since we had bought him lunch. Unfortunately, I did not check the receipt until I got home. This wasn't a big deal, though the next scam the pulled on us was. My boyfriend also upgraded my phone and was offered an iPad at no extra cost. He made sure to ask that he would owe NOTHING extra. They secretly added a cellular plan on it, an extra $10 a month on his bill. When we realized, we went back to the store to return the iPad. We had thrown out the box (our fault) thinking there was no need for it. They said they would not take the iPad back without the box (understandable), but told him in order to cancel the service he would have to buy out the iPad for $510. Keep in mind, Lamour assured him this iPad would cost NOTHING extra. I'm not sure if it's the store or this specific associate, but if you're coming here, be sure to not take anything that is offered to you as they will scam you the second you are kind to them. Stay far away.

I was misinformed about their trade-in promotional value for my iPhone at the time; I was misinformed when told that my monthly cost would be lower for the same services I had been receiving; I was not made aware of additional costs that I received a bill for after the trade-in. A couple of months after, I had to argue for almost two hours during a phone conversation, thankfully with a competent and understanding representative, to finally get my monthly bill down to what it was before the trade-in. I am very grateful to that representative for all of his effort, time, and valuable assistance! Everything before that, in my opinion, felt like a nightmare!

We were T-Mobile customers years ago and then switched to AT&T because of a promotion. T-Mobile was better quality so we were anticipating when our phones would be paid off. I went into T-Mobile by myself, just to inquire about prices, plans, and how to switch over. It is so unfortunate that most people who work in sales do not explain information clearly, lie, or omit information. I am a very stern customer because I have been through enough experiences to confirm all information provided. The first couple of times I visited here was for T-Mobile Tuesdays to pick up free items. Both times they claimed to not have any left but I went later in the afternoon and the store was completely empty. I assume either T-Mobile only sends like 10 items or the employees stole them all. But who knows. I stopped attempting after that. Again when I visited, it was later in the afternoon and the store was empty. I inquired about everything I needed to know and the staff were very helpful and provided the information I was seeking. That was a good start for me. Unfortunately, the only option I had was to pay off my phone to switch over, if I wanted to keep the older phone. I was really liking the newest model and decided to talk my husband into also getting a new phone. They had the BOGO deal but of course it is not as cut and dry as a supermarket BOGO deal lol. It still does not make sense to me but they provide credits or whatever each month. We looked at our options and decided to go for it. We still had some questions regarding pricing. We are from the era without all this technology so the amount of money these businesses want for products, is ridiculous and not necessary to us. I made the decision and off we went on a Friday night. The place was packed! There were only 3 or 4 employees working but they were all busy. The guy who was helping us, was also helping 2 other customers at the same time. It sucked because we were there for almost 2 hours but these phones take way longer to update and transfer than in the past. Plus, we picked out cases and our guy talked us into glass protectors for our screens. Even though screen was cracked on my husband's older phone, he was still able to trade it in. I traded mine in as well. We wanted to save as much money as possible. We were fortunate that everything worked out without any obstacles and did not need to return to the store.

    Bluestream activated in my condo unit yesterday. And to be honest with you, I didn't know anything…read moreabout fiber optic. My HOA contracted with them, so there's no choice. My eyebrows raised last year when I heard that the cost was reduced only because of a long term contract, I said oh boy, hope they're good. So anyway, yesterday was the day. Tech was a sweetheart. Skilled as well. I saw that cable cords were no longer necessary, as fiber optic uses wifi. So, there's a connector to my outside wall, a gray box modem mounted on an inside wall, and a small gray node thing plugged into my electric outlet, which connects my ethernet cord to my CPU. In the living room with the TV, just a small box and one cord to the TV. Gray box modem has indicator light spots for 5 spaces. Mine lights up 3, with a 4th flashing. I asked if that's normal, they said yeah. Internet seems fine. But the TV, I noticed, right off the bat had kind of a latency/lag when you scroll through the menu, he said that's normal. (Well, it wasn't normal for Xfinity). Then throughout the whole night the screen would freeze and go to the blue circle loading, and eventually it shut down altogether saying I'm not on the network. I wasn't loving Bluestream at this point, obviously. And I miss my old Xfinity remote that was comfortable in my hand, had only a few buttons, and lit up like a Xmas tree when you shook it, so you can see it in the dark. This remote has like, 30 tiny things you can press (including the number buttons). I called CS, and was impressed. Right away you get a person, you get help, and you can understand them, and they seem to want to help you. They are available 24/7 she said, which is great. She has me unplug the box and plug back in, and she reset things on her end. That "fixed" it. But I got the distinct impression this is a common problem. She said it doesn't usually occur on the first day, though. So, I'm thinking, maybe I should google this company at this point, and I do, and there's all these bad reviews on yelp. I filtered BY DATE so as not to bias toward good or bad reviews, and all the most recent were bad. That's astonishing. So, I fully expect service to be interrupted at some point again, and they'll "fix" it again, but I'll just deal with it. My internet is fine, which is the main thing. I'm starting to wonder that with the TV, if this isn't a sign to start watching less TV. There might be a silver lining.

    I don't recommend Bluestream Cable, if you have a choice. Some days I lose my phone connection and…read moreother days and evenings no cable. What is their problem?. Their ratings are terrible, and now, WIFI is so slow plus service is interrupted every week. I don't think they can handle the problems and I don't want to pay for no service, so often. I also don't want my tv to go off when I step out of the room to get a glass of water.
