I got promises of repairs to get my issues resolved. Because I still didn't have service I, after many many conversations, was promised a refund for that month. As time went on I still had no service so I cancelled my account. Now Verizon has recanted on refund because I cancelled my account. This is theft, I paid for a service & Verizon didn't provide it. BEWARE OF VERIZON'S SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES. Don't believe the "your refund has been processed".

I would say overall I had a very bad experience with Verizon…read more I needed to return some equipment and get a new remote. I checked online and the main brand new Verizon on Mcknight rd said it took equipment returns. I already reviewed that location they sent me to this location saying they do take returns. I walked in with my equipment and had to wait about 20 minutes until one of the reps was not busy with a customer. He told me they do not take returns except when you first call verizon an get a return authorization. Ok so no=w I am pissed spent 20 minutes at first store then another 30 minutes at this store only to have to go outside and spend almost 90 minutes not he phone waiting for a verizon rep. Finally I got someone to talk to and they accepted the return and gave me a return number which I then brought back into the store. The rep in the store filed the info and took the return info and took the equipment. overall terrible experience. The store itself is tiny and is geared mostly to phone sales. I am not sure how to rate this transaction.?????? The store reps where nice and friendly. The store clerks were in a bad spot as well as Verizon makes it so difficult to do returns on equipment. I would say I give the store reps 4 stars but 1 star for Verizon so I am thinking 2 stars is plenty.

I wanted to simply remove one line from our plan and it absolutely cannot be done. Verizon has…read morehired a third party to do this and they have no idea what they are doing. The employees at Verizon disavow all knowledge of this company and do not help to facilitate the process at all. It has taken hours of phone calls over the past week, and two visits to the store and it's still not done. It appears that the process is designed to make you give up making any changes to your plan. It's unbelievably frustrating and a huge disappointment for a company this big.

J&M Computer Repair Services is the best around! I contacted Jason, the owner, after my MacBook…read morescreen suddenly cracked and the display became completely unreadable. It was very unexpected and stressful, especially because I rely on my laptop for work. I had never experienced anything like this before, and since my laptop was no longer covered by my school's warranty, I was also worried about how much the repair would cost. I was unfamiliar with local repair shops, so I decided to reach out to J&M after seeing their great reviews and getting a recommendation from a friend. From the moment I reached out, Jason was incredibly helpful. He was knowledgeable, quick to respond, friendly, and made the entire process so easy. He had my laptop repaired the next day and stayed after hours to make sure I was able to pick it up before the weekend. The service here is unmatched. The pricing was extremely reasonable, especially compared to other repair options I looked into. I truly could not have asked for a better experience. I would HIGHLY recommend J&M Computer Repair Services to anyone in need of computer or electronic repairs!
