Decided to go with Verizon unlimited data plan and get a jet pack for computer. Will save money which is the ultimate goal. Basic xfinity cable TV and internet was getting way too expensive. That day a tech helped us to remove the data. We were told to take the computer home to finish the process. Once we got home. It couldn't hook up to our internet. So we returned to the store on Friday, September 18th not knowing you could only pick up the iPhone 18. No signs explaining that the store was closed to everyone else. We have to travel 40 minutes to this store. Once we arrived no one would help us. I asked to speak with the Manager and the guy that come over to us said he was the Sr. Manager. He was so rude when we told him what we needed was tech help. He got in my face and told me to come back tomorrow at 10:00 am. He wouldn't even listen to my issue he just continued to say come back tomorrow. I can't believe how we were treated. I have all Apple products, an Apple watch, iPad and an iPhone. Nothing mattered to this rude Sr Manager. I was curious what a Sr. Managers salary is. According to Goggle the compensation is from $155,000 to $255,000. Having a bit of a problem with an employee in your Washington PA Tanger Outlet location. Karen, the…read morestore manager, makes shopping at that location extremely uncomfortable with both her unfriendly disposition and ad hoc credit card policies. My wife and I both feel like she follows us around the store after we politely decline an offer of help. When we check out using the card reader that faces the customer(which is designed specifically so my card doesn't leave my possession), she always asks to see our credit card, even after we present our PLATINUM MEMBERSHIP card(which she coincidentally forgets to scan so we lose our points, so we've called customer service with our past two receipts to have them manually credit the points to our account). She then asks for ID, which I understand once in awhile is ok, but every time I shop there, it's the same story(and I've watched her ring other customers up without checking signatures on credit cards or ID'ing, so why me? Is it because of my accent?). MY WIFE AND I SHOP THERE ABOUT TWICE A MONTH AND EVERY OTHER EMPLOYEE OTHER THAN KAREN IS FRIENDLY AND RINGS ME UP WITHOUT A HASSLE. After my wife complained to me about how uncomfortable Karen made us feel last time, I got Robin, the regional manager, on the phone and asked for clarification on store policy and an apology. Karen called today and gave the most insincere apology I've ever heard(it was more a slap in the face than a conversation to clear things up) and cited her level of discomfort calling me since no customer has ever complained about her before. Her ID and card policy is something she only does because someone stole her credit card, not a store or company policy she said. I ended the conversation after it was apparent she didn't empathize with my position as she saw my issue as a mark on her perfect record
