Then I'm told it would be 15 minutes but after 35 minutes I still wasn't being helped and my baby was screaming and the girl checking people in decided to tell me... well we can't say how much time it will take.. then why did you tell me a time twice already???? And why wouldn't you take care of the people that can quickly get out of the way especially when all you're doing is sitting there checking people in with an iPad???? I will never go back there and if I can find another provider I'll be switching! Since when did a freaking cable store become another DMV??

The Dish Network guys came out today and they were excellent! They helped install my TV, TV mount,…read moreand a soundbar with subwoofer. They were incredibly polite and made sure I was 100% happy with everything. They showed me the placement of where the TV was going to sit first, which I was really appreciative of. They also helped me turn on the TV and get it completely set up. I was really thankful because now I can instantly watch my TV and don't have to worry about anything- they did it all for me. I purchased the TV through Amazon so the install process was through them, but I think the subcontract the Dish network people. They were also timely and wore little booties! It was the best install experience!

He was very easy going and knowledgeable. He answered any questions I had and was in an out of the house within ten minutes. He was very quick and efficient. I have had reliable internet ever since it was installed, which I can not say the same with other internet companies I have had in the past.

As time went on I still had no service so I cancelled my account. Now Verizon has recanted on refund because I cancelled my account. This is theft, I paid for a service & Verizon didn't provide it. BEWARE OF VERIZON'S SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES. Don't believe the "your refund has been processed".
