That day a tech helped us to remove the data. We were told to take the computer home to finish the process. Once we got home. It couldn't hook up to our internet. So we returned to the store on Friday, September 18th not knowing you could only pick up the iPhone 18. No signs explaining that the store was closed to everyone else. We have to travel 40 minutes to this store. Once we arrived no one would help us. I asked to speak with the Manager and the guy that come over to us said he was the Sr. Manager. He was so rude when we told him what we needed was tech help. He got in my face and told me to come back tomorrow at 10:00 am. He wouldn't even listen to my issue he just continued to say come back tomorrow. I can't believe how we were treated. I have all Apple products, an Apple watch, iPad and an iPhone. Nothing mattered to this rude Sr Manager. I was curious what a Sr. Managers salary is. According to Goggle the compensation is from $155,000 to $255,000. I'm still trying to figure out what this space used to be before converting to a used console/game…read morespot. When you are walking by outside the window shopping will pull you in. That's what got us, we saw a few things that we wanted to see more of. There are multiple aisles of glass cases filled with every console ever made. Mixed in in those cases are games for each of those consoles. Also, there are a few other things that I don't even remember. Being that the items were in glass cases it almost felt like we were in a gaming museum. Especially after seeing some of the prices for some of the consoles. A lot of them are more expensive than when they were first released. I can see some of the variations of systems being expensive, but almost all of them were a bit too much. After scoping out the merchandise we were back out into the mall. Especially since the employees inside seemed to be amazingly bored and couldn't be bothered to look up from behind the counter.

I have to tell you, in a month's time span I get hit with a lot of birthdays. It takes a lot out…read moreof you, I mean a lot. Constantly looking for gifts for people, and then there's the cards. I usually forget the cards, but not this year. On a recent outing to make my general errands while on my way to work I found myself in this plaza in the Irwin area. Since this is up off the main artery I had no clue this existed. Plus it is towards the back of the plaza. In fact I would not have known it was here unless I had come to the liquor store. Inside it is one of the smaller Hallmark stores I have been in. Maybe that is because it is a narrow storefront, but it just felt smaller. I came in, browsed through the cards, selected a few and made my way to the front where they have the non-card items for sale. I was looking for one of those trinkets that move with the sun. I did not see it, but asked if they may have had it and I looked past it. The staff were super pleasant and somehow understood what I was talking about even though my description of it was rather vague. Unfortunately they did not have any of those trinkets and instead of leaving it at that, advised me where I might be able to find one of those such trinkets. Super star service for sure.

They have a good selection of Ungar Standard Line soldering iron handles, tips, and heaters. They also have some new old stock Vaco tools. The electronic components stock is nothing special, just NTE. Barno is always the highlight of my visits to Pittsburgh.

I'm not sure I trust your movie selection skills quite yet. Cleverly curated displays of different genres, characters, and IP. We were drawn in by the Japanese soda selection, but we loved exploring the Peanuts, Stitch, Harry Potter, and candy sections too. Definitely a simple place to find that themed gift for someone that you don't really know what to shop for. Or just a place to go down memory lane and look at trinkets from your favorite shows. The place was very well maintained and the workers were very attentive to the customers.

I'm not sure if this Go! is a permanent location like some other malls. But if it is not, at least it is consistent with the location it selects every year to set up shop. (They also have a kiosk area in mall walkway area) It is fairly easy to browse in here. The calendar section is set up nicely and all like items in a theme are placed together. The toys and game section is set up like this as well. However, it feels a bit messier than the calendar section. There always seems to be a sale going on in here. I feel like it never really changes, but there is always a sale. The toy section is a bit limited. They will have a variety, but might not be exactly what you are looking for. I call this a distraction store. A store that doesn't necessarily appear on your radar to directly go to, but a store that surprises you to get you off the beaten path.
