That day a tech helped us to remove the data. We were told to take the computer home to finish the process. Once we got home. It couldn't hook up to our internet. So we returned to the store on Friday, September 18th not knowing you could only pick up the iPhone 18. No signs explaining that the store was closed to everyone else. We have to travel 40 minutes to this store. Once we arrived no one would help us. I asked to speak with the Manager and the guy that come over to us said he was the Sr. Manager. He was so rude when we told him what we needed was tech help. He got in my face and told me to come back tomorrow at 10:00 am. He wouldn't even listen to my issue he just continued to say come back tomorrow. I can't believe how we were treated. I have all Apple products, an Apple watch, iPad and an iPhone. Nothing mattered to this rude Sr Manager. I was curious what a Sr. Managers salary is. According to Goggle the compensation is from $155,000 to $255,000. Decided to go with Verizon unlimited data plan and get a jet pack for computer. Will save money which is the ultimate goal. Basic xfinity cable TV and internet was getting way too expensive. The manager, whose name I didn't get (tall, blonde hair, blue eyes), refused it for three reasons: 1.) It was missing the tags. I had the confirmation email which he refused to look at. 2.) He said I had worn it, which obviously I had? I would need to put it on to determine whether or not it fit & I was satisfied with it. 3.) Manager's discretion. He refused to elaborate. The suit, for all intents and purposes was in perfect condition. The manager was obstinate and condescending throughout the entire interaction, and tried to compare me returning a suit with a 90 day return policy to trying to return a car to a dealership. When I pointed out how flimsy that logic was and reiterated Men's Warehouse's return policy to him, he became really condescending and rude. I ended up driving an hour into Pittsburgh to return my suit at a different location, which they accepted, no questions asked. The manager at this location seriously needs to get off his pedestal and start treating people with an ounce of respect, and he's clearly projecting some issues onto people that are forced to interact with him. Last time I ever buy something at Men's Warehouse because of him.

This photo center is what you would expect at most Walmart's. It's not tucked back in it's own…read morelittle room like most but it shares with the electronics department. I've never had a issue coming here and the staff are always nice and helpful. All the monitors do have ore hooked cords for standard phones so that's nice. Also More times than others my photos are ready much faster than they predicted. Overall I'll definitely be returning if in the area.
