Once I arrived to drop off the phone to be repaired, I was greeted with excellent customer service and effective communication. When the repair was completed they notified me it was ready for pickup. When I returned to pick up the phone I was happy to see that the repairs were perfectly executed and the phone was like new. Greatly appreciate this repair shop. I will absolutely be coming back for all of my electronics repair needs.

After months of delays, repeated calls, and multiple visits (Dec 15, Jan 12, Feb 2, Feb 17), I was finally told on Feb 17 that the device was "unrepairable"--despite previously being told they were waiting on parts. I later had another technician evaluate the iPad, who found that the motherboard was cracked and additional internal damage had occurred while it was in their possession. When I returned on March 24 to request a refund, the owner refused, was unprofessional, and blamed the damage on the device being bent, which was not the case when I dropped it off. I paid for a repair that was never completed, and my device was returned in worse condition. I would not recommend this business.

I'll admit, they were slightly more expensive than the quote I got from another store, but this place was worth the extra money. While we were waiting for the repair, they offered us complimentary drinks, I made the offhanded remark that I was fine, unless there was a specific drink, knowing that there wasn't. However, with me even realizing, the manager sent one of the employees next door to the store to actually purchase the exact drink that I mentioned. He walked in 5 minutes later and handed me the drink. It was so thoughtful. I was very grateful. While in there I told my husband we should get him a new case and screen protector. Then we were told that the price for the screen replacement INCLUDED a new case and screen protector! (I had planned on purchasing one!)
