It used to be extremely isolationist and the employees would actively push you to not buying anything and leaving asap as you've probably interrupted their D&D or MTG game by shopping. Their selection was nearly illogically lacking, such as 1 of 5 core books being the only available or simply not getting any new or desired items. Yet the ccgs seem to be enough to have allowed them to move and grow They're worth the 2nd chance even though they may have seriously offended you, which is why no one I know, (40yr of CCG ttrpg friends and experience and friends), will ship there. The employees would start fights rather than actually help. But I have not seen that since they moved. Tony & Bill are a pleasure to chat with when I'm in the new location. Fair prices and something for everyone.
