The most horrible company in the earth. Now everything is an excuse. They only sale the don't help you with anything. And the number they gave is a wrong number and nobody answer. I need to check my billing information because is to high. And the answer was. Taxes going up. Really? Can't believe this is happening in this moments. This is not the only company in USA for cable. The single best experience I've ever had with Comcast. In general I hate Comcast, and when I say hate, I mean hate. With a deep burning passion. I've had so many terrible experiences I've considered cancelling my service, even though they are the only provider in my area. Meaning I've seriously considered living detached from world, so I wouldn't have to deal with the evil that is Comcast. Needless to say, I was not thrilled about having to go into the customer service center. I had looked up this and another service center that were the "closest" to me (still more than 7 miles away in a city of over 5 million people) and they both had 1 star reviews. This didn't surprise me considering it is Comcast, but the pictures and stories from the other location were downright ridiculous and this one at least looked nice but only had one review. Needless to say, I did not have high hopes. I carved out 2 hours of my day, assuming I'd at least need that, and went in prepared for the worse. However upon arrival I wasn't just pleasantly surprised, I was absolutely floored. The center was completely up to date, clean, and there were no lines! I was able to walk right up to a desk and talk to a representative named Juan Carlos who was the final piece to the Comcast dream experience. He was able to help me with both courtesy and efficiency, and had me all wrapped up in about 5 mins with all my questions answered, even some I didn't think to ask! I had long since abandoned all hope of a good experience with Comcast, but in the words of Sam Wise "In the end, it's only a passing thing, this shadow. Even darkness must pass. A new day will come. And when the sun shines it will shine out the clearer." This location brought me a new dawn of hope for my Xfinity experience, and for that, I will be forever grateful! read more

*At Miami's Flagler location* We were attended by Jovani, but if you come across an employee named Brandon, LEAVE. I was translating the message to my grandma in Spanish and he interrupted me with his napolean demeanor demanding I'd "let him finish". Please be aware at Xfinity you will be paying more for less. We were simply there to remove the internet service while trying to keep the cable and were told we were going to be charged more... FOR ONE LESS THING. He gave us the # to a retention line and told us the prices went up because of taxes... read more

I have never been to an xfinity store were I had a good experience. It is always over crowded, the service is always the same the employees feel they have to be here to earn a paycheck and that is all. Never a smile, actually not even a question, it is just lets get you out of here as soon as possible. If they treat their employees as they do their customers, I can understand and feel very sorry for them. They can get away with all of this so we are very limited on internet access around here. But little by little they grandiose behavior will come to an end. Now is just the TV soon hopefully we will be able to dump their internet services too!!! I can't wait. read more

My experience with Comcast Xfinity is that it is unreliable. Don't use this provider. I was told by a Comcast representative to drive to this location which was a 40 minute drive from my home. I rushed to get here and they could not help any of us because their servers had been down all day. If the problem was there from the morning, it should've been addressed by 4:30pm. Also, Comcast should have had a note of this in their system and not wasted my time or gasoline sending me here. read more

This is the worst company... I have been dealing with nothing but problems for over a year . They don't care to help you when you call. They call me to set up a payment arrangement, before the date is reached will cut off service and demand payment to reconnect even though they already have a scheduled date to take payment... I don't understand how a company can expect to keep customers when they treat them this way. Everything COMCAST and XFINITY is pure GARBAGE!!!! For many years I over-paid for cable TV services which were always interrupted with poor service and maintenance which lasted for many hours at a time and slow internet. The same goes for the store which exchanged a bad cable box for one that had no channels forcing me to return it only to get a box that waste more energy and electricity causing my FPL bills to go up. The deals for packages suck too! I regret dumping Dish years ago because only problem I had with Dish was rain storms and cloudy days not over priced channels and poor signals on and off like with Xfinity. Next I will go with Uverse which is way better and cheaper! Anybody is better than Xfinity and Comcast! read more

I went to return my cable box today around noon. I saw there were a few people in front of me. I was okay with the fact I had to wait but was very bothered to see the lack of interest from the representatives. One was sitting at her desk looking at her cellphone and distracting her co-worker by showing her what was on her phone. 35 minutes later my name was called, I gave my box and while I stood there waiting to get confirmation. another co-worker approaches them and starts to talking to them, like if I wasn't even there. I asked if everything was okay for me to leave and CSR replied, yes just waiting for the system to update your return. She should told me this instead of speak to the others. Unprofessional service. Lack of interest towards their customer and forgetting that the customer pays them for service not a favor. Very disappointed with Xfinity, hopefully the manager will read this and act on it. read more

If I could give it a zero I would. I ordered cable and phone for my 96 year old aunt. I received my confirmation number and a call verify the appointment. No one showed up. No phone call, nothing. When I called to find out why, I was told they could not tell me. How stupid. I made the appointment. They have my phone number. This is the worst place of business and they have you screwed because it is the way to get cable. They are so nasty. This place sucks. read more

Where I can start.....Well, everybody knows comcast right? Well same thing with Xfinity Mobile, don't waist your time!!!! Anyways, suddenly after a year with Xfinity mobile my calls stopped working so I chat with xfinity since I couldn't call right, well, the person who helped me told me she can't help me and that I had to request a call back from the support team, I told her "again" that my calls weren't working so her other option was sent me to the store. I dont like to go to the store because you can be there forever, anyways without an option I ended at the store, somebody really nice helped me out but told me that I had to go to my house and picked my old phone because that was the only way they can help me to change the imei on their system since I changed my phone like "5 months ago" but for any reason It was working well until yesterday. I went home because luckely I had the other phone and when I came to the store this nice guy wasn't there, so I waited for my turn "again" and the nice surprise was that the other person that helped me "not that nice" told me he' never heard about that option the other guy told me and that my only two options were to buy a new phone with them which I don't need, change my phone number that I have for years, so, not an option, or go to another company and then come back to xfinitywhat the heck......I' m not going to waiste my time anymore with this crappy company (xfinity/comcast) which don't care about good service. read more
