Yes, we visited this Xfinity store! We were helped by an Xfinity in-store customer rep, Ms Shivari (please forgive our misspelling of her name!). She was very kind and provided great service in our phones being "Sims unlocked." we have valued the many years of service with Xfinity, but unfortunately the cost has doubled over the last year and the Wi-Fi online buffering was more than we could endure. Went in to setup a new wifi service and my experience was great. The store was packed and they said they were short staffed so there was a bit of a wait but hey, that happens sometimes. If I could give a zero or negative rating, I certainly would do that. Unfortunately, my wife has been placed in a nursing home, and the account has been in her name for these last many years. The ability to change the legal name on the account without bureaucratic obfuscation has been challenging. These people act like they have never had a situation like this before. This is very disappointing that such a large organization is incapable of making account changes. I will be looking for a replacement in the future. I do not need to pay a lot of fees each month to a nonresponsive company. read more

Went on two separate occasions to get new phones for me and my wife. We got attended by the same woman twice on those occasions. Both times we got turned down! First time was because my wife provided them with a Mexican I.D. Which they said they won't take... When it clearly states you can use one! it just has to be no more then 5 years expired. The second time we got there my wife used her expired drivers license. It wasn't even expired for a year and they still didn't accept it. Mind you she is already an account holder on xfinity home wifi. Overall the experience with them was terrible. Felt like they judged because of how we looked smh. Do better xfinity! read more

Complete waste of time! Im An xfinity account holder already and wanted to swap phone service from my current carrier because Xfinity has a good promotion going on right now if You bring in your old phone. I added additional lines and placed an order and was told to go to an Xfinity store and they would handle the rest. So I drive 30 minutes just for them to run a credit check without my permission!!! just to tell me that I'm not approved even though I was told that I was good to go because I have existing service with them! Horrible experience and now I have to go back and cancel the lines that I just bought because of this. I might just cancel my internet service because of this with Xfinity. read more

We needed a new modem for our internet so we called Comcast and they told us we could visit this store to exchange out. They said all we needed to do was let them know our name and they'd have the modem ready for us. When I stopped in there this morning it was so packed that the wait to just speak with a representative was 2 hours long. Since I had plans I could not wait that long. I came back around 3 and ended up waiting about 45 min to exchange the modem which didn't take long to do. I was a bit frustrated having to wait for a simple task especially since we called ahead to get it ordered. The staff were patient and friendly and store was clean and organized. It would be better if they had a clear way of scheduling appointments or wait times since you can't really leave for 2 hrs and come back (you could lose spot). read more

I was a customer with Att for 13 years and my phone bill kept going up. I decided to search out the other carriers to see if I could find a better plan. My husband and I made an appointment at the Xfinity store. Not only was the guy we talked to amazing (dark hair, medium height with glasses) he got us set up with new cell service, a new iPhone and a discount on our home internet! Let me tell you that we both walked out feeling on top of the world!! Our new phones are awesome (we were able to pay for them outright in the store). My WiFi Modem died so I took it into the very clean and organized store to get a replacement. I was met at the door by a smiling employee named Matt. He asked me why I came in- I told him - and he said just follow me over to my desk and we will get it all sorted out. He scanned the back of my broken modem and then say that I'll be right back... He went to the back room came out 30 seconds later with my new modem and the receipt. I was literally in the store for less than three minutes. More service like this please! read more

Worse than horrible! A Nightmare! First, a "bait and switch" on what they promised to install. Then, after being in the crawl space for 20 minutes - the technician left without saying a word; didn't come back!!! After 45 minutes on hold - got the name and phone of the local install supervisor ("Juan") BUT - he wouldn't answer or return phone calls. Then 4 hours with customer service trying to get the install done. After talking with 5 people - they promised 3 boxes and 5 outlets (I move the TV around every once in a while - rarely). Ifinity HQ went and scheduled another install appointment for this morning. Then - same installer came back this morning (I had been promised yesterday - they'd send somebody different). He said that even though the order was for five outlets and three boxes - his boss Juan told him this morning that he was not allowed to do that even thought 5 people from Ifinity yesterday PLUS the salesperson promised they could!!! Ifinity is HORRID! After technician left, I went outside - and he left the outdoor cover thrown to the side and the inside cables TOTALLY EXPOSED. Y You can't make this stuff up!!!!! Was away from AT&T for a total of 24 hours; they were SO gracious getting me back up on service again!!!! read more

Hello, We have been dealing with Comcast for over three weeks now trying to get a new Modem sent to us.  You would think this would be an easy fix but we have had nothing but trouple.  We have spent hours on the phone with Comcast over the past three weeks.  Each time I am told the order was processed wrong and a new Modem will be sent out by "Priority Mail" and we would have it in the next 24 hours.  We have done this SIX times now.  Please see the below reference numbers. If we do not have a tracking number for UPS or Fed Ex within the NEXT 24 hours we will CANCEL our service.  You can then come pick up your equipment up from our home.  We have been charged for our internet service and been unable to use it going on OVER FOUR WEEKS.  I would like for someone from the Corp. Office to contact me ASAP at 317-400-2833.  I would also like a credit on our bill for the service that you have been unable to provide.  Comcast is in business of "Providing A Service"!! read more

Check out the reviews on this location, the higher ratings are from 2015 pulling their score up to a solid two! The customer service is the absolute worst! Had two bad encounters with a guy who claimed to be the manager (which he is not). The latest being he suggested I wait an hour and a half to buy $200 worth of XPods. That's right, a point of purchase good that he could have taken care of in the time he took to explain to me that he doesn't report to anyone and if he did, "why would I give you their number?". I hope the real manager of the store does something about the poor service at her location. I would start with an explanation of basic customer service skills to this person. read more

I went to this store to return my modem. Person scanned modem and received it. Was told to wait. Mentioned to the guy out front the service was canceled and I had a email conformation to prove cancellation of service. He seemed uninterested and told me someone would be with me shortly. 10 minutes later I asked why I needed to be here and he replied that someone would be with me shortly. After another 5 minutes of waisted time and watching others get taken care of in front of me I asked again why I needed to be there only to be met with someone who didn't care. I finally just left, I was told over the phone all I needed to do was leave my modem and that was it. THIS COMPANY IS COMPLETE GARBAGE. After signing up for an Xfinity plan at a solicitation point in a WalMart, and after signing my name to a $59.95 charge, which showed up the next day at the bank as $119, and after finding hidden charges in the plan, and not having any success dealing with the continent of India to cancel the order, I finally made my way to the Xfinity Store in Greenwood. They were as helpful and efficient as the previous experience was awful. The Xfinity store actually gets 5 stars, while XFINITY Comcast gets zero stars. I guess that averages. He did have to tell me that it would take 4 weeks to get my money back. How about that, a fraudulent charge on my credit card, and I have to wait a month to get the money back. Or I let the charge ride and pay interest on it. But, I will take honest and helpful any day over fraud. I said, "I wonder how much different my opinion would have been of Xfinity, if I had come to the store to do my shopping, instead of the back aisle at WalMart." So today was a shot to the heart, I've had Comcast for almost 10 years. I added their home security system 6 months ago so a contract my renewed. I'm moving back to live with my dad in another state and he already has Comcast. So there is no need for my services anymore. I've never missed a bill and had almost their max package laying $280 a month for every service. I was also told by the technician who installed my home security that the entire system was mine upon signing up and getting it installed. So as I'm calling to cancel my services, I'm told that I will be paying $1000. I'm not choosing to move, I don't want to lose my services but because of life circumstances I have no choice. Because of this outrageous cancellation fee i will NEVER get Comcast again. This is so disrespectful for the time and money i have given this company. Along with all the struggles with their equipment and a technician "accidentally" cutting the line to my house which forced me to not have cable for 3 days. Which I was never compensated for. I will highly recommend anyone I talk to, to not do business with this company. I'm outraged by this huge inconvenience since these funds will be taken out of my moving expenses. read more

I first called customer service at the 800 number to see why I have an crazy outstanding bill when I ended the service and the customer service rep did not speak English and DID NOT understand anything that I was saying. So I had no choice but to drive 25 min to this location in hopes of getting help and to return their equipment. I go to Comcast/xfinity store to drop the equipment off on a Tuesday afternoon. I walk into the store and there was a total crowd, the staff was really nice BUT there was about an 45min to 1 hour wait just to speak to someone to drop off the equipment. There was about 2 other people after me that was helped before me. It is finally my turn and after returning the items I asked for a print out of any additional charges and why since the account was closed and they were not able to assist. So I now have to call and or go up to the store AGAIN to receive the help I need to solve the issue. They are a disaster and a complete joke! This was such a headache and I can not wait until everything is resolved and I am completely done with them! If only 0 star was available to give them. The only plus side was the staff inside of the store was really nice but just didn't provide the assistance that I needed. read more

When you buy something you expect it to work. This internet provider has brought me nothing but disappointment. Over and over again the internet goes out randomly for times up to hours. Imagine this, you're binge watching your new favorite show on Netflix, the plot is thickening, you're 15 episodes in, and right before something huge happens, Netflix starts buffering, you check your phone and it's on 4GLte, you check your router and all the lights are off, raging with fusturation you call the customer support for someone who clearly does not give a damn about their job picks up and takes your information down, you address your problem, wait on the line for 20 minutes for all of a sudden it disconnects. You call again, someone new picks up, you ask about the last call and they then tell you nothing has been documented and then you go through the crap again, finally get your WiFi working...and then a week later you do it all over again. That is what you're paying for with Xfinity. Absolutely garbage, would never recommend. read more

Went in around 1:30 this afternoon (Monday) and was back out in 15 minutes! There were 6 employees working and only 4 people waiting for a representative in front of me. I went in to add another cable box and return my old boxes, they told me they don't have the X1 boxes and would order me one. Two weeks later, I get a new remote controlled for X1 in the mail. I don't know how you can even confuse that considering there was an X1 box display sitting right next to me on the counter and I pointed to it and said "I need to add another X1 box just like this one to my service."
