    I'm shocked to see such low rating for this store. We arrived to upgrade our internet and get a router. We signed in and was told the wait would be about 30 minutes. We waited in their comfy seating area and watched Harry Potter that was playing while we waited. I'm nosey so I was listening in on how they were treating customers. They had 6 customer service folks working and they all sounded very knowledgeable and friendly. We didn't even wait the full 30 minutes. The nice guy we got assigned to helped us and got us in and out fast. I would recommend this location for customer service help. We have been here multiple times to get new remotes. We walk in and ask for a new remote, they look up our account and BOOM they hand us a remote. We will keep coming here if anything else is needed for our service. I highly recommend giving these guys a chance. Also, this location was super clean and lots of parking.

    Unfortunately they were close last time I came down but they were open today best customer service ever thank you Paris you and your team are amazing you guys answer all the questions and you take the time with each customer individually and treat them with much respect

    I'd recommend Shawn to anyone: his knowledge, efficiency, customer engagement, and outcomes…read moredelivered are outstanding. He's a networking and IT superstar. Costs: If you are upgrading your home network or other capability, and need to buy new/more gear, Shawn doesn't charge a markup on the equipment. In fact, once he's designed your solution he will provide you with links to the exact products required and let you buy them directly from the vendors if desired. Or he'll buy them himself and present you with the receipts. Hourly rate: With the skills Shawn possesses, his hourly rate is substantial. And it should be. However, you can still bring your project in at a very reasonable cost PROVIDED you can be a smart customer. By this I mean you must be clear on the capabilities you want to achieve--or at least be able to listen to Shawn describe what's possible and then make rapid decisions. If instead you want a lot of customer education, Shawn can do that too because he knows an immense amount about IT and can communicate effectively. However, it's a bit like paying for a neurosurgeon to teach you about the types of aspirin available to treat a headache. That doesn't make sense; get a nurse instead! In my case, my wife and I work from the house. My goals were to increase the reliability of our home network. We wanted better maintainability (so when the internet goes down I can rapidly identify the problem and fix it). We wanted better network security. I wanted to add a home security camera because of problems with car prowls, etc. And finally, I wanted to move our networking gear out of our super-hot furnace room to a cooler and cleaner location. This was a lot. Other vendors had previously failed to come up with an affordable solution--or any solution at all. Shawn showed us how to do it for a very reasonable sum. Once we had a plan, I was able to control costs by getting a carpenter friend to open up the wall and pull wires through to the new location for the gear. Shawn also kept costs down by allowing me to provide extra hands as he mounted gear on the wall, connected all of our wireless access points to the new console, etc. These steps all require two people. Shawn was willing to let me help and he even maintained a high level of wit and good-natured ribbing throoughout the long day of work. In sum: great outcome, great satisfaction, great price. They were also the most cost effective based on our comparisons and the fact that it didn't take weeks and multiple technicians to troubleshoot the issue. Sean has my highest recommendation without reservation!

I contacted Alee with HiTek Telecom to get a quote on a complete network job for my home. Not only do my spouse that I work from home, but I also do a lot of photography and video that I transfer back-and-forth on my network and into the cloud. I was tired of poor and drop connections with my consumer level Wi-Fi system. In addition, I wanted a local security camera system that I can control without relying on a cloud service. After receiving a quote and agreeing on the scope of work, I scheduled the installation. Alee came out on time on the date scheduled and we walked through the plan of installation and confirmed what all my needs were. Alee and his team worked through the day and completed the install job in an incredibly professional manner. The installation and the cable runs, and all of the final product was exactly as described. After the install, Alee walked me through downloading all of the software that I needed, how to access and navigate the system, how to navigate and operate the security cameras, and ensure that everything was working properly. To be sure, this was a relatively large install for a residential application. I wanted ethernet drops in every room of my house, a new professional grade network cabinet, in-ceiling WIFi network, and a new suite of security cameras. I couldn't have asked for a better end product. I am quite pleased with the attention to detail of the install and making sure everything was perfect, workmanlike, and care was taken in my home. Alee came back out to adjust a couple of things for me after the fact and install an additional camera. Again, he was on time on the scheduled day. The workmanship was just as good and the communication has been stellar throughout. I truly can't recommend HiTek and Alee enough. Top-notch product and top-notch service.

    When third-party workmen in our yard knocked out our business' internet access, we were in panic…read moremode. We needed to splice or rerun the fiber optic cable as quickly as possible. After soliciting three bids, we chose to go with Premier Communications. Premier responded to our request for a bid within 20 minutes, and scheduled a technical visit that same day. Every person I spoke with from Premier(Scott the owner, the scheduler and Jeff, the technician,) was knowledgeable, straight- forward, professional and considerate. The scheduler/dispatcher kept us consistently updated with regards to the technician's arrival time. We were especially impressed by our technician Jeff. Jeff was really sympathetic with regards to our need for a quick and reliable fix at an affordable price. Jeff offered us several options and the next day he came back and fixed our problem like a true expert. Premier's estimate was roughly 1/2 to 2/3 of the other estimates we received. Jeff and the rest of the Premier staff did a fantastic job at getting us re-connected within a day and a half. I would recommend Premier Communications to anyone who needs assistance with installation of PBX systems, cabling, and cable repairs.

She promised us $300 in gift cards for signing up on line, and that our reward would take about 8-weeks to get to us. What a lie! We're now going on 24-months of service and still no gift cards. Initially, for the first month of service we were unable to get good reception for WiFi (internet) and we were getting the dreaded spinning circle on our electronic devises (TV, iPads & cellphones) and reception was extremely bad. Then we were told to pick up something called a Mesh unit that was to be connected to the modem which would help with reception. We made about six (6) calls to customer service for help getting the Mesh unit pointing in the best position to receive signals, and every rep had a different explanation or excuse as to why reception was so poor: Cell tower down, obstacles blocking signals, etc. For the past couple of past couple of weeks now (October) we finally get service without the spinning circle . Another issue we have is cellphone service which is supposed to be 5G. More often we're lucky to get 2-3 reception bars and usually on 4G or less. Another failure of T-Mobile. We wonder how many other customers have gone through the same issues, and be promised cash cards as gifts for joining T-Mobile, whose claim is to be the best provider of service. Are those setting up service on line pocketing the gift cards? We're still waiting.....

We spoke with Nancy via telephone who set up our transition and promised us $300 with gift cards for changing providers. She said it would take a few weeks to receive the cards. That was 8-months ago. No gift cards. We set-up the original equipment (modem/router) and it was one problem after another. Phone call to service department began. As instructed, we moved the device from one room to another with no luck. The spinning wheel on our TV was constant. Excuses began piling up. The tower is down, the weather, work is being done on the equipment, etc. Finally, a tech suggested we get something called a 'mesh' that enhances reception. Within a few days, a mesh unit was received via mail. The device was set up, poor reception continues. More calls to customer service. Last week a technician said TMOBILE has a new more powerful modem. He supposedly put in a work order, so we dismantle our current system and take it to our closest TMOBILE store and exchange the old for the new. At the store the rep there tells us they don't give out new equipment. More & more frustration. Return home, called customer service again then were told they would mail the new unit to us. It arrived a few days later. End results, the spinning circle continues, not as bad as before, but still present every so often. We DO NOT recommend TMOBILE at all.
