Alonso answered all of my questions and explained how I could hardwire my whole house. Everyone has been extremely nice and the service is great. I have had internet for about a week and the speeds have been exactly as promised. I'm very impressed and am relieved I chose stratusIQ as my internet provider. If you're on the fence, go with them. On 5-28-25, I received an e-mail from DirecTV stating that I was in arrears for 209.21 because my current billing cycle didn't expire until 6-4-25. I called their Customer Service and was told that I owed 209.21 for the period between 5-7-25 and 6-4-25 even though I had not received satellite TV service since 5-7-25 and that they did not prorate final bills. After complaining that it was unfair to pay for something I didn't receive and was not informed about, I was told that someone in their Loyalty Dept. could answer my questions. After several minutes off the phone, the agent returned and said that their Loyalty Dept. refused to talk with me because they only dealt with customers who were threatening to quit DirecTV. She then told me I could pay the 209.21 over the phone with a credit card. I reluctantly agreed and then was told the final bill would be 215.46 due to more late fees!!! I gave my card number to the agent and asked her to repeat it back to me to see if she got it right and she said she was unable to do that due to privacy laws!! Then she asked me to repeat my card number twice more to verify the number!!! This experience has been the worst I have ever dealt with and will certainly never do business with DirecTV again!!

I have had StreamWise Solutions for over 15 years and never had an issue with the equipment or the…read moreservice. Recently, Xfinity did an upgrade in the neighborhood, and things went topsy-turvy. I searched for "FreeTv" and discovered they had changed their name to Stream Wise Solutions. Fortunately, Brian and Bruce were still there. My equipment was so old that Brian recommended a Tablo upgrade. It was pricey, but I was Stream Wise able to get cable to my Xfinity modem brought into the house, something Xfinity and Best Buy didn't do. It was a difficult process. Juan did an outstanding job of bringing it into the house. If you are considering Stream Wise Solutions, ask for Juan. He is awesome. He really knows what he is doing. They made it super easy to give my equipment back and cancel my service at the same time. I actually got a refund back because I returned it before the month was over. At our new place, xfinity wasn't enabled, so they had to come out and get some cables connected. We have service but the cables are all still above ground, they had a crew come out to put them below ground but when my boyfriend asked them if they had called the 811 dot before they dig they said yes but there were no flags or marks in the yard. No one had come and flagged, and boyfriend told them this. We also have a sprinkler system, and we didn't want them to cause any damage. They called someone and said they'd be back in 2 hours. They haven't been back in 4 weeks. Xfinity is a great internet service provider, and we have had no problems but becautious when they come to dig. The lack of communication on when they will be back is disappointing.
