Dear Comcast, At some point, customers need to be able to talk to a real person. Putting them in a continuous loop of AI robots who cannot solve any problem and only redirect them to webpages that are down, or don't answer the question in the first place results in hoards of upset customers who will continue to write these 1-star reviews because we literally cannot write a review with fewer stars. Even chat agents cannot assist and cannot formulate a correct, coherent sentence to communicate appropriately with your customer base. Two days and hours of communicating with a robot and I still have not managed to resolve my issue, but I'm becoming more frustrated by the minute and cannot wait to return my equipment and wash my hands of Xfinity/Comcast forever! read more

Got a call from comcast....keep that in mind. I have complained for years...nothing from the executive team except....we cant see nothing on this end. So, I started contacting the CEO each time I had an outage....then I get a phone call from the local mgr telling me not to contact them...contact him! OK, my response....I have compalined to you and your folks for at least 10 years... our recordings of TV shows come in very broken, while watching TV it freezes up...stops starts, delay 5 seconds off of the folks on TV talking....all of this.....and yet the local MGR does not want me contacting the big boss....why would that be....you know comcast think we are all dumb....so, my statement to him....is after so many years of reporting this to you and the local team....I have gotten nothing! Even when they changed out our box...the main box that was about 10 years old.....they didnt even give us a new remote....buttons missing, used buttons you cant see....but....when that main box went broke and I had to argue that it was broken because they do not see it being broken on there side.... so I have to prove I have outages and bad equipment....so if I contact you for 10 years and you do nothing....the boss is the next move....then when I started contacting the bosses....I get...please do not contact them contact me....but...you see....after 10 years of not getting anything done....at least the big bosses are taliking to him....so without me contacting the big bosses I get nothing...but at least I did get a call from local mgt....saying do not call our bosses no more.....sounds kinda strange in many ways when the local boss demands you to stop calling the big boss...like his bonus is being effected or something. Now his last call.....I have had a few surgeries...spine, new shoulder....sorry I could not get back with you on your time frame....because the fisrt words on the message on my phone....this is the last time I am going to call you. This is the same guy who asked me not to call the big bosses anymore....so....I got someones attention and yet I still have crap service....the young lady who just gave comcast 5 stars...in a year your going to see her 1 star them and say the exact same thing....but for a new customer she said what we all say...its expensive! So comcast...tell me why just in denver all the homes....except the ones we pay for with our huge inflated bill....show me wher the money is going....to include your executive bonuses....because you are rated 1-2 stars....why any person is getting a bonus is beyond me! For what did they get the bonus for? Telling folks like me not to call the big bosses....that rates a huge bonus! Until washington steps in and fixes this monopoly....we can do nothing...except for complain as much as we can to whom ever we can daily....at one point....they will get a lawsuit going in state and we can all jump on that...and if you have not yet gotten on the other lawsuit its time to sign up.... the lawsuit pending is for false advertising...telling all of us how great the service is....this is going on in other states as well....but it will take washington to step in....so....just a glimpse...I pay a normal bill of 320-360 a month... and comcast has 18.55 million folks pay cable bills with them....because we need the fastes internet....I would say 50% of the 18 million pay as much as I do....so in one month......3.24 billion dollars in one month....this is just if 50% are paying the same bill I am....but...for fun....lets say 250.00 per 100% of the folks....that would mean comcast makes....a month.....a month......4.62500 billion a month.....this is what they make.....now....show me wher that money has gone....in a year.....55 billion five hundred million! IN A MONTH!!!!!! A MONTH!!!! And FYI..... I told you they just came out and changed my main box and did not give me a new remote....my bill this month....went up 20.00 for....remotes! If I could give a 0.5 I would. Granted our tv and internet work 50% of the time so please keep that in mind. Recently moved, after they "buried" the lines (as we were at a funeral as it was being done). And noticed they left six inches of the old line above ground. Asked several questions as to regulation and was told I was speaking to the billing department after not asking to be. I am currently on hold after 30+ min and finally getting kissed. Is there a regulation as to how deep the cords needed to be buried... no answer. Was told a ticket would be created and responded to within 48+ hours. While this company is disregarding families with young children whom play outside. Currently on hold for a manager after refusing a simple work order. Wait time is 36 min read more

We pay nearly $300 for our service with Comcast, that includes "upgraded" wifi. Our WIFI has gone out three times in two days. Cost is outrageous and service is terrible. I am so disgusted with the Comcast service I am getting in my home in Briargate CO. For several days now I cannot get all the channels I pay for on my television and when you try to call you get a computer and cannot talk to a real person. We pay over $200 for our Comcast service and cannot even get someone to come check and see why our channels and internet are constantly not working. I am trying to get a technician to come to my house and see why we are having so many problems with not only our TV channels but also with our internet which is constantly not working. I finally understand why people vehemently complain about Comcast's customer service. I received an offer in the mail for Internet and TV. However, when completing the app online, Comcast does NOT provide the full price, even at the screen Comcast is asking for my credit card. I call the phone number on the ad so that I can get a complete price. Instead of getting to new customer sales, I get an automated recording asking for my account number. At this point, I'm stuck in a loop, hoping to get to new customer sales. Comcast likes to brag that they have such great customer service. Yet, there is no reasonable way to write to them. I refuse to use the Chat option as this is where they place their dumbest "experts" and it is 99% a waste of time. Their spam service sucks. I have, as an example, a constant recurring spam email from a pretend woodworking group. There is NO WAY to submit the spam to Comcast without getting a reply that gives instructions for more complicated procedures. They will not simply take a copy of the junk mail. When I tried getting to someone on the phone I was on hold for so long I hung up. You call this customer service or caring for customers? I don't. read more

Do not do business with these internet giants. They will rob you with impunity, and they are such a large corporation you will not be able to get your money back from them without legal proceedings. They add unauthorized charges and when you confront them about it their worthless CS agents try to cover their tracks insisting that repairs to the service is the customer's financial obligation when it states explicitly in THEIR contract that you are only charged for imstallation services. Any further charges are to be authorized by the customer before work begins, but they charge you on the sly for it and then insist that the customer pay for it. My company used Comcast Business services for several years. While the service itself was fine, the customer service and billing departments are terrible. Sometimes there are not good options, but if there are, I recommend not using Comcast Business. read more

I cancelled my Comcast service April 8 cause I was moving and Comcast didn't serve the area I moved to. I turned in all of my equipment April 9 at the Xfinity store in Colorado Springs but those idiots at Comcast didn't cancel my account until almost 2 months later. I've spoken to them three times about this and I was assured it would be fixed. Well Comcast's was of fixing things sucks. They just turn you into a dept collector instead of actually fixing their screw up. I wasn't even in the state and they are still charging me for their service. These guys are completely incompetent. I cannot recommend Comcast less as an ISP. My internet gets slowed down at the end of every month even though I have not reached my cap. The beginning of the month is fine mostly, but every month without fail the speed crashes. Hardwired we are getting 16mbps down when we pay for 60. Then their speed test still has us at +- 30. Their fix? Send a reset signal to the modem. They sent techs out to my location and aside from replacing a cable to the house, which I was told would fix the issue, nothing has been done. The cable replacement did not fix the issue either. The problem is they have the market cornered in Colorado Springs along with Centurylink who already does not provide where I live. I either get Comcast or nothing. If you can avoid using Comcast do. read more

This company is notorious for cramming and slamming and should be avoided at all costs. You will find that you have to debate your bill from day 1. Customer service can't do anything. You must ask for cancellations. My bill was never accurate I have transcripts of chats saying "your bill will be (this much) after taxes and fees" only to get charged twice as much because their agent cancelled my account and charged me for starting another in order to get commission. The service is slow, TV is intermittent on whether it even works (forget about HD). You will reset your modem weekly, and likely find lots of unknown fees on your bill. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! read more

I would highly recommend not doing business with Comcast, as a business. They completely get you by making their customers sign on for another 24 months when they offer you any sort of speed up grade discounts. Don't do it!! Even after being a great customer. Phone and Internet $166.00 rip off. The Internet doesn't work great and definitely has very slow times often. read more
