    Dropped off rental modem and controller etc. Eric helped me out who was quite convivial. Everything took less than 3 minutes.

After my phone was stolen, I spent two days getting the runaround from Verizon and Apple. I walked into this store upset and at my breaking point. Gavin gave me his full attention and then spent 2.5 hours fighting with Verizon customer service on my behalf. I watched them hang up on him three times. He never gave up -- he said the customer needed to be helped, and he meant every word. Four hours later, everything was resolved. He got me exactly what I needed plus a $150 bill credit. If you need help and want someone who truly takes their job seriously, go see Gavin. He doesn't just deserve a great review -- he deserves a medal and a promotion. Pic A is how it began and Pic B is how the first tech left it. Said he didn't have the part and that I may need to buy it. Called my building's rep who was not very helpful and then called tech support (1-855-690-9105) I spent a lot of time on the phone with tech support who swore up and down that Verizon has all parts and that I shouldn't have to pay. They sent another tech, Cesar, who left it like the Pic C - was very upset and called tech support who this time said she couldn't find my account - that did not help matters. Called tech support again (who found my account) and even let them view through my phone's camera and they were baffled and said the techs should have it. Got the DC office manager who said he'd ordered the part...see the text pic and I bet you can guess what happened. A 3rd tech came by who was honest and said they just didn't have this part in the warehouse. Eventually I just bought the part myself and finished it myself (Pic D and Pic E) and I'm lucky the part came with extra screws as Cesar must have tossed some. It appeared as though the building Verizon rep was going to compensate me but it has been a month and I haven't heard a peep. See the email pic. If you claim a building is Verizon ready, then please have all the parts - making your customers buy anything to finish the job is just an embarrassment.

I emphatically stated I will not sign a long term contract after just getting out of the previous telephone company. But so many pages and not enough days to read everything they will slip the long term contract by with your signature. That is only the first problem with these "slimeballs". They never hooked up the second office number to roll over to the main office lines. How much business or just calls never came in??? The price quote was also a big lie.     Global Telecom Brokers, aka GTB out of Owings Mills, and its attorney Barton J Sidle make their…read moreliving by signing long-term contracts, providing less-than acceptable services and then suing their clients when they cancel the services. As of October 2013, they have filed over 330 law suits against their clients, according to the Maryland District Court record alone. Please look up their name under "Maryland Judiciary Case Search" and you will see what I mean. In our case, we signed a contract to provide 1.5 Mbps Internet speed along with telephone services. The actual speed we were getting was between 0.08 and 0.1 Mbps at all times no matter what time of day you tested it. As for the service itself, they promise you 99.99% up time, we were getting service interruptions between internet and phone service almost on a daily basis. Every time we called, they tell us that they have "opened a ticket", whatever that means, and they will fix the problem, no one ever calls or follows up with us and the service come back hours later and sometime 2 or 3 days later. Imagine running a business under these conditions. I do not recommend Global Telecom Brokers not even to my worst enemy. Service is useless, very expensive, it comes with a ton of promises and I guarantee you none will be delivered. They have a tendency of doing everything verbally (by telephone) rather than reply to emails, and now I know why, so nothing is in writing when they go to court. Avoid Global Telecom Brokers at all cost because they are a scam. I can't wait for Maryland to shut them down for their illegal activities.

She was the only employee in the store and during the time I was there, she was assisting as many as four customers at a time. She was always courteous, friendly and extremely professional.. I was there for TWO (2) hours. From what I saw, the other customers were just like me........not happy when they arrived. Ariana greeted us all and explained that she would be with us shortly. It was truly amazing to see how she kept everybody in the loop without having a meltdown. I commend Ariana without reservation. She knows what she is doing and how to treat unhappy customers. She is truly an asset for Verizon. I hope the Verizon management realizes just how fortunate they are to have Ariana as their employee.

Additionally, he set us up for WIFI change from Cox to Verizon wireless. He demonstrated expertise in hardware/software, the transition process, and the engagement with Verizon Corporate functions (as TCC is a 3rd party vendor and not a Verizon full service center). His customer focus, professionalism - general personality - and product/transfer process knowledge made this a flawless experience. Transfer was exceptional along with excellent communication along each step of the process. KUDOs to Jason - he rocked it!
