They handle broken screens, water damage, nonfunctional buttons, and other repairs. The owner took time to listen to what happened to my phone and gave me his best estimate of success. In the end, he resurrected my phone and it is good as new! There's a $50 diagnostic fee, which was less than any other that I have seen. Keep in mind that that's nonrefundable, even if your phone can't be fixed. Mine was fixed. It's definitely worth trying for a repair rather than buying a new phone.

This place... So…read moreafter a lovely day of running errands, I decided to upgrade my phone. Immediately after I entered, I was greeted, and the gentleman took my name and number and told me to have a seat. I sat for nearly an hour as the employees danced around me to assist other customers. The person that checked me in even helped the person that entered after me (assuming they were friends or from the same country). -- I continued to sit patiently. Eventually, another employee asked if I had been helped. I made it very clear (in a raised tone) that I was in good spirits and wanted to be patient; however, I was about 10 minutes from leaving and switching to Verizon. The young lady helped me, and I proceeded with the upgrade. As for the location in general, I doubt I would return or recommend it.

I should have known something was wrong because another person was in the store complaining that their phone was also damaged after the repair. While replacing my phone screen, the technician damaged the sensors resulting in a blurred screen (see pic). FaceID is also broken. I brought this to the store manager's attention and he said he couldn't fix or replace my phone. Bad business. Pay the extra $40 and have the Apple store repair your device. They always stand behind their work, unlike CPR. I now have to buy a new phone all because of what was supposed to be a one hour repair. Good luck!

Gerald was informative and easy to talk to, and he really took his time breaking everything down so I felt comfortable. Also, the manager had real patience because I had questions, needed clarification, and definitely had a mini breakdown (don't judge me, lol). We picked a date/time and asked for (1) Flat Mount and (1) Swing Mount and they had the parts at a reasonable price. Constant communication up to arrival, which was great. Marcus arrived in a company vehicle with all his equipment and the two mounts. Marcus was awesome, he slipped on shoe covers before going upstairs. We showed him what we wanted and he went to work. I told him that if he needed help to mount the TVs once he placed the mounts on the wall to give me a shout. I went downstairs, and barely heard him working. He worked so quietly that my nervous pup didn't even bark or get anxious. Marcus worked fast, told me he was done, and he had the TVs mounted on the wall. The swing arm mount is perfectly placed and moves smoothly. It is just what I envisioned and hoped for and no mess. Marcus gave us the different payment options, price was as quoted with no changes. Marcus told us to call if any issues. I highly recommend Marcus & TV Geeks !!!
