I have seen him personally help several people and takes the time to explain everything to them including policies, insurance process and even phone models that fit what that person wants. I can vouch for him that he has even come to the store with food in hes hand and has left it in the counter to go help me out he has even set up the bluetooth in my car twice after I lost my first phone

This guy takes out the phones and sells them outside, which he sold me 4 phones and two didn't work and I went to look for my money and he did not return it to me, I also saw that a very old woman came out of that place, of course, first he was the same person twice. please take inventory and this goes to Mike's boss, and another thing the cameras work I think it's the best because that way they can see everything more clearly

11.08.2023. Stopped in during my lunch break. First timer in this location. Attractive store…read morecelebrating the Glenarden / Palmer Park area. All smiles! There was a nice selection of sizes, colors & finishes for the training lines I wanted. My son also found some Nike yoga pieces that he liked as well. Good price. Good Value. My issue today was SERVICE or lack there of. There was no sense of urgency or respect for the patrons time. Unlike my experiences in Oxon Hill & definitely not like the Nike Unite stores in NYC. I saw a young lady casually standing at the online order booth on her phone. Two employees at the registers dealing with customers with extenuating situations & others (maybe managers) just buzzing around the store as the line continued to grow. There were literally only 2 people in front of us and we were in line 30 minutes. To make matters worse, my 15% in store reward from my Nike app was NOT applied. I returned to the store but couldn't get anyone's attention to address. Had to leave annoyed in order to get back to work.

Every time I go in the store the Customer service is outstanding! (I do not go on the weekends,…read morebecause there are a lot of people in the store then.) Anyway, The staff is knowledgeable they know all about the shoes, they explain the sales and the return policy! I enjoy that store! It's always a pleasant experience! I usually find a good bargain (or two)! This time some items were 40% off!

The store is very nicely organized. There is a huge selection of jewelry, trinkets and other knick…read moreknacks. It is divided by jewelry style, designer etc. Incredibly easy to navigate and find what you are looking for. The store gets cramped when it's busy with not much room to move around without being shoulder to shoulder with other shoppers. Great store overall however the customer service was not exactly stellar. Although there were employees available and offering to help with many things, it seemed kind of forced. I really cannot complain that much but this store sells rather expensive everything and when an employee looks unhappy and disinterested in helping, after offering help, it can detract from the experience. Again.. I don't have much to complain about but I cannot give 5 stars.

Not bad at all. I came here on Black Friday....pretty much asking to be a glutton for punishment…read more lol. As you can probably guess, it was a madhouse and very crowded! But, surprisingly the store was fully stocked, well organized and full of great stuff. I bought two pair of shoes, a couple of running shorts, gym gear and a hat for less than $120 bucks! Talk about a deal...Anyone who knows about a Nike store, you can pay that price for just one pair of shoes or hoodie alone!! LOL! The floor plan is open which is great for accommodating large crowds, and this place tends to get crowded for sure but, what I've noticed is that the lines at check out move fast and they tend to have a good rotation of inventory. There were a couple of items on the floor where I needed a different size and one of the staff members were able to check their stock and pull the size I needed from the inventory room. I really appreciated that as to he could've been lazy, and not even bother to put forth the effort, giving that the store was so crowded. In all, easy to shop because of the set up and attentive staff. Also, great prices and return policy. The store is large, clean with lots of rotating stock and items for a factory outlet store. Will definitely come back. * YELP ELITE TIP: Get the Nike app and sign-up/become a Nike Insider Member for 15% percent off your first purchase, monthly exclusive deals, sale offers and a 20% off special discount for your Birthday!
