I decided to have Jay replace a broken screen on another iPad Air 2 I had as well after the initial repair. His quote was again reasonable and I trust his work to be top notch. Immediately after I entered, I was greeted, and the gentleman took my name and number and told me to have a seat. I sat for nearly an hour as the employees danced around me to assist other customers. The person that checked me in even helped the person that entered after me (assuming they were friends or from the same country). -- I continued to sit patiently. Eventually, another employee asked if I had been helped. I made it very clear (in a raised tone) that I was in good spirits and wanted to be patient; however, I was about 10 minutes from leaving and switching to Verizon. The young lady helped me, and I proceeded with the upgrade. As for the location in general, I doubt I would return or recommend it.

Well, I must have spent 20 minutes trying to figure out how many minutes I had left. (I'm too lazy to search for the owner's manual.) That's where this T-Mobile store comes into place. I stopped by this location as it is right up the street from my gym. There were quite a few people in the store and all the customer service reps were busy helping people with this gizmo and that. I actually only had to wait about five minutes to be honest. I explained my issue and the service rep was very nice and not only talked me through how to check my minutes, but wrote it down for me. He also wisely advised me to buy a $10 card so my present balance (about $80) would roll-over for another year. He patiently explained how to add the minutes to my phone. Now I know I'll have my phone readily available when needed. I have been happy with my T-Mobile service since abandoning AT&T. I've never had a dropped call or any trouble what so ever.

I brought this to the store manager's attention and he said he couldn't fix or replace my phone. Bad business. Pay the extra $40 and have the Apple store repair your device.
