I thought it was screen protector...it wasn't. I went back there and repair guy offered to put on a new screen. It was still out of focus/blurry. A few days past. I went there again for him to fix it. He told me he's getting brand new screens and he'll change it so dropped it off to him to put on a brand new screen. When I came back to pick up my phone, my front camera was still out of focus/blurry. He gave me the sorry excuse of him not having the parts to fix. HE DAMAGED MY FRONT CAMERA and HE'S NOT TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR IT NOR WILL HE FIX IT. Please don't come here.

Immediately after I entered, I was greeted, and the gentleman took my name and number and told me to have a seat. I sat for nearly an hour as the employees danced around me to assist other customers. The person that checked me in even helped the person that entered after me (assuming they were friends or from the same country). -- I continued to sit patiently. Eventually, another employee asked if I had been helped. I made it very clear (in a raised tone) that I was in good spirits and wanted to be patient; however, I was about 10 minutes from leaving and switching to Verizon. The young lady helped me, and I proceeded with the upgrade. As for the location in general, I doubt I would return or recommend it.

I should have known something was wrong because another person was in the store complaining that their phone was also damaged after the repair. While replacing my phone screen, the technician damaged the sensors resulting in a blurred screen (see pic). FaceID is also broken. I brought this to the store manager's attention and he said he couldn't fix or replace my phone. Bad business. Pay the extra $40 and have the Apple store repair your device. They always stand behind their work, unlike CPR. I now have to buy a new phone all because of what was supposed to be a one hour repair. Good luck!

He even threw in a free flexible screen protector since my old one is old and has some "leak" spots already. Assessed and installed in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommended.
