The manager, Jose and Juan, offered me a plan for $123/month, along with promotional items including two tablets, a JBL boombox, a phone case, and a screen protector. He claimed these were part of a "free promotion."Subsequently, I discovered my actual bill was $164/month, not the $123 promised. When I attempted to return the tablets, the store refused to accept them. A T-Mobile phone representative later informed me that I could still return the tablets within the return period.Upon revisiting the store to process the return, I encountered extremely rude employees. Manager Jose, who had initially assisted me, walked out of the store without addressing my concerns.This experience demonstrates: 1. Misrepresentation of plan pricing 2. They handle broken screens, water damage, nonfunctional buttons, and other repairs. The owner took time to listen to what happened to my phone and gave me his best estimate of success. In the end, he resurrected my phone and it is good as new! There's a $50 diagnostic fee, which was less than any other that I have seen. Keep in mind that that's nonrefundable, even if your phone can't be fixed. Mine was fixed. It's definitely worth trying for a repair rather than buying a new phone.
