The manager, Jose and Juan, offered me a plan for $123/month, along with promotional items including two tablets, a JBL boombox, a phone case, and a screen protector. He claimed these were part of a "free promotion."Subsequently, I discovered my actual bill was $164/month, not the $123 promised. When I attempted to return the tablets, the store refused to accept them. A T-Mobile phone representative later informed me that I could still return the tablets within the return period.Upon revisiting the store to process the return, I encountered extremely rude employees. Manager Jose, who had initially assisted me, walked out of the store without addressing my concerns.This experience demonstrates: 1. Misrepresentation of plan pricing 2. I thought it was screen protector...it wasn't. I went back there and repair guy offered to put on a new screen. It was still out of focus/blurry. A few days past. I went there again for him to fix it. He told me he's getting brand new screens and he'll change it so dropped it off to him to put on a brand new screen. When I came back to pick up my phone, my front camera was still out of focus/blurry. He gave me the sorry excuse of him not having the parts to fix.
